Not every day, 1-2 times a month, those statistics managed to gather. In my opinion, the best shawarma from those places where I have tried, and I have tried a lot. I like the stable quality, the sauces are always without excessive fat content and an excessive amount of seasonings and garlic, the pita bread is always optimal, it is not over-dried, does not crumble, but also not soft. There is always enough meat, the kebab with shrimp is well flooded with these very shrimps. Once I watched someone in the kitchen telling an employee that it was necessary to monitor the quality and something needed to be redone.
Recently, I caught myself thinking that the last few months I've already got tired of experimenting with new places, going to old ones for not very high-quality dishes too, and as a result I'm driving here, even though I live in another area. Everything was cool with the shrimp, but with the beef it seemed to be over-salted very harshly (and over-salted because it gave a smell, most likely), I would have stopped by and returned such a shawarma, but I was passing through. Question: why is there a delivery through the site if employees do not track orders?

The "kind staff" in the person of a girl with a piercing wildly ignores customers as much as possible, a girl stood in front of me and waited for the cashier to pay attention to her. Then it was my turn, calling the order number into the "void", she ignored me and continued the dialogue with the chefs, trying to ask them to redo another order. I stood for a few minutes and went to the store. Returning 5-10 minutes later, I asked if my order was ready, to which the girl hesitated and began to look for it, and to my surprise it did not even begin to prepare. Question!?!??
1. Why do you need the application if the timing and time of readiness of the shawarma (kebab) is not indicated? (The statuses of my order in the application did not match reality as much as possible)
2. ... eventually teach the staff to communicate (create regulations), I do not want to communicate with "brick" people at all.
3. Decide whether you are doing it qualitatively or quantitatively. (both parameters may overlap, but alas not in your current case)
4. The quality of the shawarma (I speak for previous orders) has become disgusting, I do not want to eat lavash soaked in fat and leftover sauce at all.
5. By the end of the shawarma, everything remains in the package starting from its middle (meat, vegetables, sauce, fat, etc.)
6. There was a similar case on Sverdlov, we ordered 10 pcs through the application, an hour in advance, but when we arrived at the specified time, it turned out that the administrator missed my order and the total waiting time was more than 2.5 hours! As a result, the shawarma was cooked terribly.
