It turned out that khachapuri was on the 3rd, and ajakhuri seemed to have taken yesterday's and poorly warmed up: The potatoes were warm in places, cold in places. And it didn't taste good. The manager began to convince him that he was hot and fresh, and took him away. She returned, apologized, offered to re-order, but there was no desire anymore. Ajahuri was not included in the bill. If we had looked at the rating in advance, we would not have come here.
Disgusting service!! We were DOUBLE-crossed.
To be honest, it wasn't the first time we were there, everything was acceptable before. But today we were a small company, one person paid. When everyone got home and began to count to transfer money to a friend, it turned out that some positions were doubled, some were indicated incorrectly.

When we called the restaurant in the evening to sort out the situation, one waiter confirmed our correctness, the second woman stood her ground. We have achieved a partial refund (I hope they will still be credited to the account) but not the entire amount that was overpaid.

We made an order, the waiter repeated it and disappeared. We waited for drinks for about half an hour. Khinkali, khachapuri and chicken kebab were ordered from the food.
They brought only a kebab and it was not chicken, they refused to replace it, assuring us that it was chicken.
Then it turned out that khachapuri and khinkali were not added to our order at all (at that time we waited for them for almost 1.5 hours).
All attempts to solve the problem with the staff and the administrator are in vain.
For such excellent service and food that we did not wait for, of course, we added another 15% to the bill.
It's just a very slow service. The beer was carried for 20 minutes.
The girl served us with a very dissatisfied face, expressing with all her appearance what a favor she was doing us.
Dishes from the 2-minute readiness category have to wait for half an hour. The breaded cheese was cold, I asked to replace it. After 10 minutes, another one was brought, just as cold. On the 3rd attempt, I finally got a hot one.
Pork and potatoes failed, the meat was not chewed.
The croutons with garlic were also brought cold, to my indignation after the cheese story, I was told that this is how it should be, this is a cold dish... It seemed strange to me.
The beer was delicious - unfiltered light and dark lager. That's the only reason I didn't set 1. You can go in for a drink if you're not in a hurry. There is - not here.
With all the ugly service, a 15% tip is already included in the bill.
The restaurant is in dire need of competent management who will learn and control the staff.

We ordered chicken wings. Okay, they were sharp, but they were dry. It's better to eat at the KFS

Pleasant environment. The city center. The beer is average. Khinkali is delicious.

The service is tin. We had booked in advance, but there were fewer chairs at the table than we would have booked. There were no chairs around either, and the waiters had to ask 5 (!) times to give us the missing chairs.
The food is carried extremely slowly, the bill is the same, and the bill included the dish that we ordered, but it just wasn't brought. After being asked to exclude the dish, the waiter disappeared once again for 15 minutes.
The food is not bad, but clearly not worth the service.
