We were at the spa. The payment terminal is not working and we were sent to the hotel reception, on the first floor, for payment. The door to the sauna is askew and it does not close well, with difficulty. The handrails in the pool are loose. The water is dirty.
We were in a restaurant on the 21st floor, liked it. But the prices are for wealthy people. The staff is friendly, the view from the windows is amazing. Even the toilet room is at the highest level.

We stayed in this hotel twice. In the summer of 2023, on my birthday. And in February 2024 for our wedding. For the first time, 5 stars could be given for accommodation and service. For the second time in 2024, three stars are a stretch.
We contacted the hotel in advance about parking – they said it was paid, okay. When we arrived at the hotel in our car, saying that we were guests, they asked us for money. Then it turned out at the reception that the residents did not need to pay. But they asked us to leave the car keys, we did. The next day, barely finding our keys, we found our car parked like this and with the doors unlocked. Considering that any passers-by can walk near the hotel, it was shocking. There were personal belongings in the car, but it is open. Some kind of irresponsible behavior by the hotel staff.
When booking a room, the number of guests, 2 adults, was immediately indicated. When checking into the room, there were all the necessary things for 1 person, I had to ask to bring the whole second set.
The hotel did not congratulate the wedding in any way, even in words. Well, this is just a minus of personal attitude and some kind of inattention.
The rooms themselves are super. Everything is clean, fresh, comfortable and comfortable. Excellent spa area with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam. A wonderful massage. Breakfast is also 5 points. I like the hotel, but after our second visit, we will not book any more.

We checked into a room with a kitchen. If it's dark outside, then you won't be able to eat at the kitchen table. Dark. The lamps are hanging over the table, but there is no light from them.
A floor lamp was brought at the request, from which the ceiling was removed. Voila, a 5-star hotel with a light bulb from village life.

Opening cold water is fine. You open the hot one and get a foaming muddy liquid in a bathtub with someone else's hair.

The hotel is good. But, the service is terrible. To do the cleaning in the room, you need to ask at the reception and then it's not a fact that they will do it. We have been living for a quarter of a day and it's the same every day: we pressed the button that cleaning is needed, asked at the reception, we come in the evening - it's not cleaned. We call the reception, after an hour a second call to the reception with a request for cleaning ... and only after the third call will they come to change towels…
At the moment, this is the best hotel in the capital where I stayed. Amazing breakfasts, clean and cozy rooms, a restaurant on the top floor with an observation deck offering stunning views of the capital.

Favorite hotel in the city. It's still brand new, modern, and comfortable. However, in the frosts that are not typical for Tashkent, it turned out that there is no thermal air curtain over the entrance doors and huge glass doors freeze the entire hall every time they open. Well, I think they will fix it. And so everything is on top.
Cleanliness, service, food!
The hotel is good, but I liked the Hyatt more, although it is not as new as the Hilton. There are no normal restaurants and bars near the Hilton Hotel, all decent establishments are near the Hyatt. If someone needs a park that is next to the Hilton, then please choose it, but there is nothing special in the park, it is boring.
