They were misled on many issues: they sold batteries for a remote control that runs on a solar battery, took a mouse, although the TV applications do not work with it in principle (and they did not want to take it back), they had to call tech support on interactive television to connect to a second device and it turned out that in the store we they said to do exactly the opposite.

But!! What a surprise it was when, upon closer examination of the headphones, it became obvious that they were used far more than once. The case is all scuffed, there are also traces of use on the headphones. And these are not the traces that can be obtained simply by taking them out of the box and putting them back!
