Because the purchase is not cheap, I decided for the first time to purchase this warranty for 2 years. The result was disastrous. My brush has gone bad. Because this vacuum cleaner has brushes with its own motors, and it is he who has stopped working, then it is actually not possible to use the vacuum cleaner. Having an additional guarantee in May 2021, I applied to the 5th element. They took the brush away for repair, warning us that if they could not repair it, they would replace it with a new one under warranty. After a while, we received an SMS from the store that the brush was ready. When her husband came to pick her up, he was told that she did not fall under warranty repair, because her price has now become high. But the pricing policy is the prerogative of the store, not mine.
That is, for two years you can use the money you receive and earn on it, but you cannot fulfill your obligations.
Dear customers, do not purchase an additional 5-element warranty! You will be shamelessly deceived!

The product is most likely not certified, the Xiaomi Mi A3 phone purchased from MTS does not work with all the functionality, the serial number of the watch does not break through from the manufacturer's factory. I put it into repair the next day, I waited in the osprey for 14 days, no problems were identified, the staff persistently insisted on replacing the phone (although it was not in their competence to advise the client), and if the product did not fit the assortment due to an incorrect product description.
When I replaced the phone with a newer one, the watch started working. They work well, the Bluetooth connection with the application is periodically broken, but it is restored very quickly. There is still a persistent feeling that the Bluetooth in the watch is not working correctly. I will probably contact the service center again. I have been wearing it for only 1 day since the 17th day of purchase. The Amazfit GTR 2 watch.
