I was pleasantly surprised by the consultant's knowledge about headphones. She came for one model, left with a new one. I really liked the smart noise reduction there, when you can adjust the headphones so that you can hear the interlocutor, or the environment. In general, there are many functions, I learned about such super-needs of the model thanks to the consultant, thanks to him for really understanding what he sells.
In general, the store and the entire chain of stores are good. There are excellent consultants, real pros, but there is also the opposite category. A large hall, a lot of goods.

The store is very good, as for the assortment, but the kansultans leave much to be desired, a specific injection of the product is more expensive and an additional guarantee, if you are interested in the product is on the stock, then you should immediately be dissuaded from it, allegedly referring to poor quality, and if you see that you are not aware of any new products, then get ready, you will be divorced in full.
Consultants of this particular point (in comparison with others) behave arrogantly, in every possible way demonstrating their superiority to the buyer, thereby showing disrespect to them. Moreover, they allow themselves to flirt and lower the buyer in the circle of their colleagues... A very uncomfortable, repulsive atmosphere that requires the attention of management.
I made an order for the 5th element, thanks to the forwarder Igor Gennadievich Khotylev. The order was delivered very quickly, I told and explained everything!)
The store is good, but intrusive sellers just get you, you come to buy something specifically, and they try to sell you another model and another manufacturer, which is very annoying.
It used to be a Euroopt. The Crown became. The range is good in Corona, but the prices are higher than in Eureka.
Culinary products in the Crown are disgusting.

I made a motion sensor under warranty (it was not included initially). The defect was confirmed, they said to come for a replacement. BUT they hand me a sensor, which was most likely a showcase sample.
Pay close attention to what you give out in the store. In my eyes, your reputation has been badly damaged!
