Maybe in another one (the information changed overnight). No one answers the phone, and no one picks up the phone from 11:00 to 14:00. No one is dealing with the issue. I am very disappointed in the staff of this store. I do not recommend contacting here!!!

On October 27, 2023, I went to a very popular store in Grodno 5 element to buy a phone. As usual, the seller came up to me and started offering phones. We stopped at one of them. REDMI NOTE 12 PRO.
I went to arrange installments, as it happens in the store.
After I made the installment plan and returned to the seller for the phone, I noticed THREE very gross violations on the part of the seller.
The first - they brought me a phone already unpacked, WITHOUT a cellophane wrapper !!!
The second - the seller did NOT even CHECK the phone for operability !!!
The third - the seller praised this type of phone very much.
When I started charging this phone on October 28, I saw that the phone was not charging at ALL.
On October 29, I put this phone on the warranty card in the 5th element. I received an answer that moisture was found inside the phone. Yes, yes, moisture!!! Only how she got there, no one knew at all.
And the 5th element refused to replace this phone.
When I wrote a complaint to the book of complaints and suggestions in the 5th element on November 8, only then, after viewing the CCTV cameras, the 5th element called me and said that I really turned out to be 100 percent right and they would replace my phone with a new one.

I don't like to arrange installments in the store for 4 hours and then reissue them, because the warehouse and the seller see different information.
The staff (some of them) are very inattentive. The fact that they "said too much", as one comrade told us today, now costs us another 120 rubles on top of other (transportation) costs. And a person at work needs to take a day at his own expense. I already suggested it in Google a couple of years ago: don't you want to start paying for shoals of employees if they make promises that you don't have and can't fulfill?)

I have long dreamed of a vertical vacuum cleaner. As you know, the prices for different models and brands are very different (starting from 100 rubles and up to 2,000 rubles or more). The sales consultant advertised LG GoldZero model A9ESSENTIAL, cost 1,260 rubles + Protection Program +2, cost 200 rubles. August 21, 2021 (Saturday) I made this purchase. On the same day, she began its operation, cleaned 1 room, started the 2nd, in which the vacuum cleaner pulled in the tulle. Since I didn't hear the impact, I assume that reflexively I pulled my hand away and maybe it came into contact with the battery. I finished cleaning the 2nd room, turned it off. If you want to remove garbage from the carpet in the hallway, you couldn't turn on the vacuum cleaner. At first, I assumed that the battery was dead. I put it on the charger. In the evening I tried again - silence in response. I was so upset that I didn't even notice the fur. damage is a scratch (maximum 2-3 mm) with a dent (maximum 1 mm deep) on the power regulator. This was shown to me the very next day in the store itself. And therefore, out of surprise and frustration that this could lead to a complete loss of the vacuum cleaner's functionality, I did not even have time to photograph this damage. (Now I want it to be read by those who want to buy this product. After all, I'm sorry, I didn't buy a crystal vase, but a thing that needs to be done even with the use of physical force).
When applying for the Protection + 2 Program, no one offered a similar functional technique for the duration of the repair. A month later, I was told that I had to request this service myself (which is provided by this program). Today, on November 6, 2021, once again I was informed by phone (I have already called the store 7 or 8 times myself) that the repair was extended for another week. 76 days have passed from August 22 to today. When asked how long it can take to repair a vacuum cleaner, I hear the same answer that the contract for the Protection Program +2 this period is unlimited and the service center can unilaterally extend this period (so it can be assumed that the repair can last 2 years or more while the Protection +2 Program period lasts). And apparently the thing, which, according to its purpose, performs "dirty", hard work, turned out to be so fragile that perhaps after another hour of operation and a small scratch, it will stop working again. But after all, it is unprofitable for the store to repair the same thing for 2 years (for only 200 rubles paid once). After that, the conclusion arises that the repair time is being delayed intentionally. When I ask to get the contact phone number of the service center, I hear the same thing that we do not provide, since nothing new will be reported there. According to the program agreement, I allegedly won't be able to show anything to anyone.
I can write a lot more, but in order not to overload you with information, I just want to leave some advice. First, do not listen to the tales of sales consultants about all the charms of their products (in my case, a vacuum cleaner, the model and brand are listed above), it is better to step aside and read the reviews on the forums of real people who exploited the thing. After all, no consultant will tell you about the problems that you will have to face in the future, that service centers are only in the capital, that you will wait for original spare parts and parts for months and that you are not legally protected at all. And, secondly, think about whether you need this program, if possible, repairs will cost a penny and within the time agreed with you in a service that you will find yourself.
I buy appliances exclusively here (washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, smart watch, curling iron, hair dryer, phone, laptop). There were questions from the phone, but the issue was resolved promptly under warranty.
