I liked everything!!! We were warmly welcomed!!! Many thanks to the administrator Elena!!! The hotel has a modern and stylish renovation, perfect cleanliness, friendly staff, the room has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Good sound insulation. The pool is gorgeous: warm, clean, with beautiful views!!! There weren't many people, there were enough sun beds for everyone. Breakfasts are organized according to a customized menu. They are very tasty. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The menu is not big, but each dish is a masterpiece with a beautiful presentation!! Many thanks to the chef!!! There are several recreation areas on the territory of the hotel (an outdoor cinema, a barbecue area, books, board games, a music corner in the lobby bar). You can also go to Gagra and the sea on a free shuttle. Special thanks to the owners for hosting with pets. Our dog was also satisfied. We will definitely return to the spiritual Abkhazia and the 7 Cypress Hotel. I recommend it to everyone

The room is magnificent, very cozy and clean. The interior is homely, cozy, and pleasant. Absolutely everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. Good cosmetics, snow-white towels and bed linen. Ascona bed, good mattress. Special thanks for the shopping bag and beach towels -convenient))
Transfer from the airport and back in good cars with attentive drivers, I recommend.
A shuttle takes you to Gagra and back every hour - a beautiful minivan.
The breakfasts to choose from (you order the day before) are great. In general, the kitchen is great! Bravo!
We stopped by at night, we were offered dinner in the room in advance, we arrived - and dinner was waiting for us, and a welcome bottle of champagne. Upon departure, a mini gift))

A wonderful hotel, with wonderful views, cozy rooms, excellent service and pleasant hosts. I really liked the restaurant, everything is delicious, refined and beautifully decorated. A good selection of wine, delicious homemade lemonade. The spouse appreciated the desserts (not too sweet) A la carte breakfast. But it's convenient for me. The choice is quite large. Everything is very homey. No one bothers any of the vacationers. There is no crowd. I don't even want to leave the hotel for the territory. But this is a vacation for lovers of silence. There is no noisy animation. It is clear that the owners of the hotel put their soul into it. They keep an eye on every corner and think about the comfort of the guests. The hotel is very cozy. Quiet, calm, beautiful.
It's great that there is a mini playground. My daughter has been crawling for 10 months.
The breakfasts are delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It's delicious, but I would like to see dishes without sauces on the menu. It can be steamed or grilled meat. But this is probably more delicious. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. Let's come back again :)

This is not just a hotel, it is an oasis, a corner of Italy in Abkhazia. Staying at this hotel brightened up all the disadvantages of a vacation in Abkhazia. Incredible views of the city and the sea. The infinity pool is gorgeous. We travel a lot and we have something to compare it with, the hotel is of a very good standard. From August 4 to August 16, 2024, a family of 3 people (a child of 12 years old) We had a rest in Abkhazia, at the 7 Cypress Hotel. We went to this hotel purposefully, expecting a high level of service, which is generally unusual in Abkhazia. The region has always been filled with vivid emotions from the natural beauties and the sea mirror. But every day, absolutely everyone, returning to the hotel from another trip from a beautiful place, you catch yourself thinking that you want to be here, the hotel literally envelops you with its comfort. Comfort in everything. An incredible location with an open view of Gagra and the sea surface. Well-thought-out recreation areas on a seemingly small territory of the hotel. Client orientation. The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive and polite, the restaurant is good. The idea of creating the 7 Cypress Hotel was brilliantly realized. But you need to see this with your own eyes in order to strive again to be in the shadow of the "7 cypresses" under the gentle sun of Abkhazia.

The hotel is super with a minus.
1) The rooms are perfect, super clean and stylish, the bed linen is excellent, the mattresses are comfortable.
2) The views are stunning, the pool is heated, the territory is well maintained.
We have already been here, and we will return again (although my husband says that we will not return because of 4 points)
3) service - everyone with whom they communicated left a very pleasant impression, while not intrusive
4) There is only one minus, but it is quite significant: This is a restaurant.
It just doesn't taste good.
Of all the hot things, I liked only filet mignon. Pizza is very tasteless dough and the filling is not balanced (we took 2: 4 cheese and with a pear) salads are not tasty, borscht and carbonara are fine - eat only to satisfy hunger, not for the sake of taste, risotto is more like porridge. Breakfasts are very average, coffee from a coffee machine (the main thing in breakfast is drip) is below average, unfortunately. You definitely won't be hungry, but you won't get any gastronomic pleasure, unfortunately.
We will come again, but we will have lunch and dinner in other places, and I am sincerely sorry.
Unfortunately, the European cuisine failed. It would be better if the menu was smaller, but delicious.
I would really like such an amazing place to develop, you don't often find such an approach to service, cleanliness and attention to detail.

Yesterday, my wife and I returned from a wonderful vacation in Abkhazia!

A sincerely kind and caring team , and most importantly , they do not noticeably make your stay calm and carefree (the height of professionalism ) !

The 7 Cypresses Hotel is a luxurious place. And luxury lies in everything:
• perfect interior, cleanliness and order
• staff - I highlighted this point as the second one, because everyone (absolutely everyone) is interested in the guest and does not show any excessive obsession or omits important details. Everyone is responsible, welcoming and positive. It is absolutely "on the face" that the team is cohesive.
• the restaurant is excellent 👍 Very often I try pasta "Carbonara" in different places, and you have it in 5++. This is absolutely true and shows that the chefs know their business, which is very pleasant.
• The daily guest rate is what speaks of your *sincere hospitality*, since no other hotel in Gagra (of a similar level) provides such an opportunity. And this opportunity is great. It is both convenient for the guest and good for the hotel. Such a stay is like a "sample / test sample", and the hotel shows itself in this format, and the guest will definitely return. This is not only profitable, but also very smart from the point of view of the client's strategy and path in the future, his impressions.
In conclusion, I would like to thank the founders and management of the hotel, as well as all the staff, because "7 cypresses" left an impression of reliability, fundamentality, thoroughness, respect and sincere love for their business and guests.

We ordered a transfer from the airport. Beslan met us in a gorgeous Mercedes. It didn't take long to cross the border with him. And the suitcases didn't need to be taken out of the car. In the future, the care of this person was constantly felt. He works as a security guard. I helped with personal requests for watch repair. And I also saw that it was raining, I suggested how to get to the taxi at the exit and not get wet.
The villa is a paradise. Care. Peace. Comfort. All photos correspond to reality.
Elena cleaned the room. She is very kind and friendly. When we left for the tour (organized by Vakhtang), she visited our dog several times. Elena and Katya are also very nice girls at the reception. Any appeal helped.

I'll start with the fact that I was in Abkhazia for the second time and fell madly in love with it.
We arrived at the Seven Cypresses Hotel for the first time on recommendation. And it was the third hotel in this 3-week vacation. The youngest daughter is a supporter of aesthetics, comfort and visual, so I was looking for something to end my vacation with. I DIDN'T REGRET IT!
The correspondence with the hotel was long before arrival, probably 6 months in advance. I carefully prepared for my wife's birthday and it fell on the "shoulders" of the hotel, where there was no beach, the promised transfer to the sea is not clear what is meant by this concept of a SHUTTLE. Unfortunately, there was a bitter experience earlier in different countries. And a lot of clarifications and questions poured into the chat of the 7 Cypress reception staff.
They adequately "carried out" me with my maniacal desire to do everything filigreed, and in correspondence I felt sincerity and the purest empathy for my experiences. The choice was made, the prepayment was made - and it was very comfortable and the return conditions were loyal.
The "X-day" came and we arrived on the appointed day.
Elena met us.
I work in the field of aesthetic medicine and inspire every employee and all employees to be sincere: from smiling at a meeting, performing a procedure, and especially "working out" the patient's anxiety after receiving services in plastic surgery or cosmetology. And this is a huge work of the head!!!
What I wanted to say with this digression is that sincerity has already been "read" at the entrance to the hotel!!! Everything is done well, with taste and for a comfortable stay of the guest. A pleasant meeting with a glass of sparkling wine. The warm enveloping aroma of the diffuser, fresh flowers on the table at the reception desk. Instruction on accommodation from the hostess of the reception with a walk around the territory.
Unobtrusive payment "only with cash!!!", ... "please, we will send you a link to pay with a card and you can pay later in the room after check-in"… It costs nothing, but it says a lot: we value you and your comfort!!!
We rented 2 rooms. Of course, the option that all rooms faced the sea bribed with its anticipation of evening gatherings on the balcony to watch the sunsets…
Rooms: every inch is thought out and used competently. The interior is warm and wooden decor elements and furniture certainly do their role of comfort. Plumbing, the scent of shower gel, shampoo, sheets and mattresses, an excellent air cooling system, a welcome bottle of sparkling wine in an ice bucket and a personal letter from the owners of the hotel on the bed- class. The service is in the details!!! These elements / details cannot be lost over time, when the business will be at the head of everything, and this is inevitable over time!!! These little things, nuances that are not directly monetized, but create the basis for the formation of impressions and emotions. But they are the ones that are stored in the "dry residue" of the guest's memory, which may unknowingly at some point make a choice in your direction. It's difficult, I know from my own experience.
*Restaurant: one of the criteria for choosing a hotel was it, its own restaurant with a full kitchen. The menu does not consist of 250 items, but all positions are exquisite and served "with a knife". Yes, there were hitches in the serving, the discrepancy between what was stated in the menu and what was served on the table, but everything was mowed down by professionals in their field - waiters. I will not single out anyone separately - all the guys and girls could perfectly brighten up the "mistakes" of the kitchen. And how delicious the dishes are presented by the waiters - a detailed description of what, how and with what…
And the waiter's phrase after my request: can you slice the watermelon you brought to our table during dinner: we can do ANYTHING for YOU! Bravo!!!
You can find and specify problems, errors and defects for everyone, but why? The main thing is what I ended up with - a pleasant "aftertaste" of my stay!
* The whole territory is thought out and made fundamentally, as for yourself! Everything is beaten and equipped.
Photos at sunset in the pool and on its edge ... when viewed from the right angle, they turn out impressive. I have invested several, in my opinion, successful ones. We got the most pleasure from walking along the trail down to the city, but we couldn't get back because of the heat, but we soaked in the local flavor.
A morning swim in the pool, where, by the way, the water is heated and there is no smell of chlorine, just set the beginning of a successful day, invigorated.
Ohhh, I almost forgot about the cinema!!! It's just a miracle, I plunged into childhood, when my parents took me and my sister and brother to watch movies at the summer cinema on weekends, at that time there were a lot of Indian movies. And here it is, despite the mosquitoes and other animals with wings, I brought my family and carried away watching a good old movie. It will remain right deep in the heart.
*TRANSFER. Well, a really very comfortable shuttle in the form of a branded minivan took us away and brought us according to the schedule. And here, too, there is a well-thought-out regulation of communication between the driver and passengers / guests!
Kudu you like, as far as possible from the stop location, as early as possible - we will take you to whichever beach you want. Be sure to turn on the music in the cabin during the transfer, someone loved Shura and his performance of the Pugachev song "Do Good", who has a flash drive with downloaded music, a playlist. And it was an obligatory element of service for every driver, in addition to sincere courtesy and courtesy to every passenger.
Of course there are disadvantages, but they probably exist and should be in every place, without this there will be no progress and competition, but I will write about them in a personal chat with the hotel and I am sure that everything will be fixed. They are a really well-coordinated team of professionals.

An absolutely unique place for Abkhazia!
Personally, I have not visited anything like this (yet). When you turn off the asphalt onto an incomprehensible gravel path, you subconsciously do not expect to see anything good. But, the gate opens and you enter another world. The feeling that you did not come to the hotel, but to visit your friends in an Italian villa.
The history of the hotel is very interesting and belongs to a wonderful couple from Moscow, Yuri and his wife Anna. Yuri, originally from Abkhazia. I've always dreamed of building a house here for myself and my family and started looking for a suitable plot. Many options were revised and, almost desperate, they arrived at this site on the hill. Taking wine out of the trunk (Anna remembers), looking through the thickets, among which towered cypresses, there was an amazing view of Gagra, the sea and the scarlet sunset! The choice was made. The idea to build a hotel came later, at the design stage. "We started counting all the relatives and how many rooms we needed," says Yuri, "and realized that the house is more like a hotel and other people can come here in their spare time."
This is how the 7 Cypress Boutique appeared.
The construction was long and difficult. The owner says that they wanted to give up this idea several times, but still managed to overcome all the difficulties and bring the matter to an end.
After parking on the territory, a very pleasant girl, Ekaterina, came out to meet us. Offering champagne and tangerines, she led us around the hotel and rooms, telling us all the details. How do you like this service in Abkhazia?
The entrance to the rooms is from the street, but even in winter it did not cause discomfort. The room is concise and has everything you need. The lobby with fireplace and access to the pool is located on the 1st floor. The heated infinity pool is a separate highlight of the hotel. The territory is not large, but well maintained. It additionally houses a sauna, a patio and a barbecue area.
The restaurant also left a pleasant impression. The guys in the kitchen, the bartender, the waiter, are all very friendly and try to do everything to make you feel cozy and comfortable. We must be aware that the hotel is intimate and there is no huge flow here, therefore everything is being prepared for you. Everything is delicious and at a very decent level. I recommend trying the eggplant salad. And they also try not to let locals in here for festive events. If you don't have enough local flavor, you can always take a taxi and enjoy it in establishments by the sea.
We were in winter and did not go to the sea. In my opinion, this is the perfect time. Beauty and peace. And what an amazing and almost family NG turned out to be. Many thanks to the hosts!
Yes, to be objective, the hotel is located far from the sea. Yuri put a lot of effort into making the hotel have its own small beach. Of course, this causes a lot of inconvenience. You also need to be aware that there is no animation and entertainment for children here. Of course, a long stay here can get boring if you are not travel enthusiasts like us.
This is an ideal place for solitude, reading books, thinking, leisurely conversations over a glass of Apsna and contemplating the beautiful view of the night Gagra.
Today it is an Italian pearl with European service on the hills of the Abkhazian Mountains.

I really liked it! The owners themselves met us as good friends! The hotel has only 15 rooms and therefore it was very comfortable on site. The sea and mountain views are magnificent! The breakfasts are great! A minibus takes you to the sea and picks you up from the sea at certain hours.

This is the best hotel in Abkhazia. I will definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances. We rested here during the May holidays. We arrived in the morning and were immediately checked in, without paying for early check-in, which was very pleasant. They took me around the hotel, told me where it was. Very pleasant, friendly staff. A bottle of sparkling wine is a compliment in the room. The room is clean, beautiful, with a wonderful view. The location of the hotel is good. There is a shuttle to the city, you can also walk normally. The pool is heated and clean. In the evening, you can watch a movie in the summer cinema, sit by the fire, play board games by the fireplace, or enjoy the beautiful view of the evening Gagra. They expected more from the hotel for the money, the territory is very small, the rooms are beautiful, but small. THE HOTEL WINS only because of the location, the beautiful sunset. A big minus is that the hotel is located in the wilderness, the transfer runs by the hour, it is very far from the center, you can't go anywhere near, there are only wild thickets and dogs running.And the most important thing is stinginess in everything for such a price! They will not pour an extra cup of coffee at breakfast, breakfast is not a buffet. 1 drink to choose from... total savings. The restaurant is a separate song! Very very expensive and they don't know how to cook at all. We ordered a rezzoto with mushrooms, served rice porridge with one mushroom, breast with vegetables, everything floats in oil, the breast is hard, the vegetables are raw. The coolest thing they have is advertising! Definitely not going back there!

The hotel is great. Wonderful mattresses, I'm picky about bad mattresses because of a bad back. I got 100% sleep here. Clean linen and towels, while towels are soft and pleasant to the body, which is extremely rare. Beach towels can be taken to the sea. A comfortable shuttle will take you there and take you back. The staff is very friendly, especially the waitress Maria. The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous. We didn't get tired of it for 4 nights, but we started to get bored. They asked for an extra sausage for men, they did it without any problems. The restaurant's menu is sparse, but the food is good. Corn cream soup came to me. The territory is excellent, there is a cinema in nature, a lot of vegetation, a barbecue area and of course a swimming pool. Chic with a nice seating area. You won't find many such pools anywhere, given the view from this pool. There are a lot of board tables in the hall, the children were busy in the evenings. The disadvantage is that at 22.00 the guard turns off the lights and locks the doors, respectively, the game is game over in the most interesting place. It is necessary to make the lobby around the clock or at least until 00:00. The hotel provides very convenient logistics to all corners of Abkhazia, and there is something to see. I really liked that we were greeted with champagne and an additional glass was poured without any questions. At the same time, there was a whole bottle of welcome champagne in the refrigerator. The bathroom is great. The water is running at a good pressure and there is ALWAYS hot ☝🏻
Alcohol is expensive and we took our own, but we could only use it on the veranda, which is a minus. You will not experience problems with drinking water, there are coolers everywhere. The air, the view and the atmosphere are conducive to a wonderful holiday. The hotel is highly recommended. With the exception of minor disadvantages, everything is very fine.

We went down the path to the sea, and then the shuttle picked us up. :)

The only thing was that the underfloor heating did not work (I think that the system should be checked there) and it was cold in the bathroom.

A magnificent family-run boutique hotel.
The furniture is new, the rooms are spacious, the design is modern. We swam in the outdoor pool in January - the water in it was 26 grams.
Breakfast is on the menu, the choice is small, but the food is delicious and fresh.
The hotel is perfect for family and romantic holidays in silence and away from the noise of the city.
The air is crystal clear, it is easy and pleasant to breathe.
Perhaps we will come to this wonderful villa again.

A very good place is a cozy family hotel with 15 rooms with a heated swimming pool. We had a family vacation from October 1 to October 15. Everything is fine, except for the kitchen- all the meat is dry, vegetables on the contrary are filled with oil, perhaps another chef is needed. There is no entertainment for children, a relaxing holiday for adults who are tired of work, fuss, noise!
And so- everything is perfectly clean: bed linen, pillows, blankets are absolutely white! The hosts are very friendly and welcoming! I would like to visit them again!

They give champagne upon check-in, if I'm not mistaken, then when booking two nights or more. Delicious Abkhazian sparkling wine)
The restaurant has a very nice staff, especially Evgenia)
At 17:00 they organize a tea party with delicious feijoa jam 😋

A lovely new family-run hotel. View from any point of the hotel to the sea, sunsets, cypresses.
A gorgeous swimming pool and territory, there is a summer kitchen, a summer cinema. Large lobby with fireplace, sofas, board games.
The owners Yura and Anya are very pleasant and hospitable hosts, they live right here, so they are always in touch.
The chef and the kitchen in general are a separate topic, it's worth going just for the sake of it :)
The rooms are cozy, tastefully decorated, excellent mattresses, heated floors in the bathroom, panoramic Windows with sea views, large balconies, air conditioning, mini-bar.
In general, as my son said, "I can't find a single flaw."
So I definitely recommend it.

Spent the weekend in this miracle hotels. I liked almost everything. The staff is 5 plus, smiling, friendly and will always answer all questions, conduct and tell everything. There are blankets, which is not unimportant in the evenings. The food is insanely delicious, especially trout, I advise everyone to try it.
Of the minuses: a cold pool, although it is stated that it is heated, and as can be seen from the reviews below, everyone notes this minus. It is necessary to warn the staff when booking and prescribe this important information. And the evening cinema needs to be moved to another place, sitting around septic tanks is somehow not pleasant 😂 and so - for insanely beautiful orders to everyone in 7 cypresses!!! 😍

The hotel is probably the best of all in Abkhazia. A small , very cozy restaurant with delicious cuisine . They meet you at the hotel with a glass of sparkling wine . As a compliment, a bottle of local champagne is waiting in the room , and at check-out they gave dried oranges for tea as a gift . In the first 4 days we lived by the sea, traveled around Abkhazia. I was surprised by the prices in the restaurants , while the service and quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired. I liked almost everything about 7 cypresses . There was one big minus that overshadowed our trip - it was the weather. It was quite cool for May and it often rained. I chose specially hotels with a heated pool, unfortunately at the 7 cypress hotel it was cold -23 degrees, in such weather it is impossible to swim in such water. The child and I were very upset. Among the wishes, it would probably be nice to invite live music on weekends, the hotel has this in mind. And my advice to those who do not drink local wines, bring your own. You will not find imported wines anywhere in Abkhazia, they are sold in shops and served in hotels only locally.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, this is the perfect place to find for a quiet family vacation. The owners of the hotel are wonderful sincere people. Very tasty food in the restaurant, ample territory, clean new cozy rooms. The hotel fully meets our expectations, we didn't even want to leave there, we spent all our days at the hotel. Objectively, the best hotel in Abkhazia. The staff of the hotel is not the staff, but the real hospitable hosts of the house! They took care of us like family)), they never forgot to bring and warm up breakfast when we woke it up every time. We got all the information about the local attractions and cuisine. In June 2023, we visited the hotel,, 7 cypresses,,. A wonderful hotel, a well-chosen team of professionals, impeccable service. The breakfast is varied and very tasty.
