I was supposed to fly to Bishkek on 06/16.24, the order XGNL9F, 06/13/14 I asked to change the departure date to September, there was a malfunction in the banks, I transferred the money for the transfer on 06/14.24. On the same day my father died in Moscow, I sent the airline a document confirming the transfer payment. I can't get an answer whether the ticket will be transferred to me or not, and the money for the transfer is not refunded. No conscience, no heart.
