Disgusting hotel. Breakfast-who had time. The choice is very small. The staff is not very courteous. We were stubbornly not given 3 blankets for 3 people! It's not supposed to and that's it! Even for a surcharge. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude. The room is stuffy, there is no air conditioning. Either we tolerate it, or we open the window and freeze.

- expensive (relative to Russian prices) . if you are also renting a hotel in the city, then it is quite expensive, of course, it is better to live at the water park for the duration of the visit.
- SPA for a fee, you can not return at the exit and the choice of saunas is too small (in St. Petersburg, the SPA area is much more extensive, included in the ticket and is not limited in time and frequency of visits.
- there is a strange atmosphere of coercion at the food court - an elderly lady forces young employees to work, who are clearly not eager to serve visitors quickly.
- the most important disadvantage is draconian sanctions for being late at the exit even for 1 minute, for the last half hour you have to nervously watch the clock to catch the children on the slides, collect them in a pile, change clothes, find a photo in the photo database, pay off and have time to jump out of the turnstile, which will only accept your the bracelet. According to the hotel. Since accommodation gives free access to the water park, 2 stars do not bother anyone and the excitement is great, everything is booked earlier. We arrived without reservation and were offered only separate houses for a family (2 adults + 2 teenagers), or booking 2 rooms on the trail. day. We chose the second option, checking into the Victoria 4* hotel, in which, in fact, two separate rooms cost the same as a house in Aqua Minsk. Therefore, it was probably worth staying in the cabin. But this way we got the opportunity to compare 2 hotels. As a result, I will say that I liked the rooms in 2* Aqua Minsk more than in 4* Victoria. The renovation is more modern, lighter, more cozy - but this, of course, is for an amateur.
Of the cons
- the hotel and the water park are separate buildings, you need to walk through the territory, run in slippers and a towel only in warm weather)
- there is a huge queue at check-in, people come 2-3 hours before the start, taking up the queue and the new arrivals are very surprised when the check-in starts. As a result, you lose up to 4-5 hours from free water park time (from 12 to 22) immediately upon check-in, and in the morning, if you are on 1 day, you need to run to 8 in order to have another 3 hours of tumbling before 12. In general, we had enough time, but the second time I would rather spend the whole day from morning to evening
- meals are not included in the room rate, and the choice of food in the hotel restaurant is small and unreasonably expensive, it is better to go to the city
- with room service, overlays happen - for example, a double bed, and a duvet cover lies on a single bed. The blankets are rolled up in bags in the closet, and it is not clear from the existing stains on them whether they have been disinfected in any way?
- the most unpleasant moment, although not decisive, is a completely frostbitten bartender at the reception desk, all questions are answered in semi-syllables with an obvious reluctance to do anything. In general, Minsk has faced this more than once, indifferently boorish, completely unfriendly communication with guests, very reminiscent of Soviet manners, especially among the generation over 40.. In St. Petersburg, they have already managed to get out of the habit of this..
As a result: visiting Minsk for 3 days left wonderful impressions, the city, culture, cleanliness, new buildings - everything is wonderful, and the water park is the highlight of this trip!

The hotel is located on the outskirts, if you need a center within walking distance, you are not here.
The hotel itself is not bad, but not outstanding either. The room is nice, the bed is nice, the bathroom is normal. The staff is friendly.
Breakfast was not included in the price of our room, it was paid separately. The breakfast is passable. On the 4th.
They chose it precisely because of the Aqua Complex, hoping to cover the advertised spa along the way. It didn't work out. The spa is booked in advance.

And all because there were children on the floor who were raging in the corridor near our rooms and the dogs reacted and could bark periodically. On the last day, I was generally threatened that the children were afraid that the dog might bark outside the door.... What??? It's an animal, it can bark during the day, it's normal. It would be one thing if we disturbed someone's sleep at night, but during the day, when everyone is hanging out at the water park, dogs interfered... Despite the fact that we also pay for the room and the surcharge for dogs is considerable. Then why do you place animals with yourself, if this is such a problem for you now. I emphasize that years earlier there were no problems, no one pulled me during the day and everything was fine.
As a result, the rest was just wildly spoiled. I suggest you settle on a separate floor so that everyone is happy, by the way, I also offered this, I was ready to move in and move to any place, if only they would let me eat quietly at least once or take a walk away. We went to the water park in the evening, I clarified at the bar, "will it be possible to have dinner at any time?" I was told that at any time and everything that is on the menu can be ordered, as a result we returned at 21.30, we wanted to feed the children, and we were told that the kitchen does not accept orders until 22.00, that's a twist, there were just no words!!! The maids are great, very nice women, the cleaning is on top. Will we come back again??? we have stayed at this hotel 7 times and I think the last one. The hotel still positions itself as the best in Minsk, but unfortunately this is not the case.
We booked a bungalow in the first week of the new year for 2 days, it is clear that the price of 900 rubles per day is too high, but this is our conscious choice.
There are more minuses than pluses, or rather, plus one is a water park, we came specifically from Russia.

The bungalow is very tired, even too tired, in the middle of the night everyone was woken up by the noise from the batteries, then there was still a show. In the morning, the reception was asked to figure out what was going on, smiling sweetly, they promised to do it, as well as clean up, of course no one was going to do it, and as I later realized this is a constant problem in winter, I do not know whether the hotels are the same or not, but there is one boiler room.
For some time now, the hotel has a buffet for all tourists. So the hotel is not ready to feed breakfast to everyone at once, since they mostly come here because of the water park, everyone tries to get there for the opening and naturally everyone meets at the same time in the restaurant, where in 2 days I saw 1 waiter who cleans the tables and 1 raznozchik who replenishes the dishes, needless to say that they do not Are they in time? The restaurant's premises are not designed for such a number of guests, it is also very inconvenient, there is another hall, but it is summer and in winter it is, to put it mildly, fresh.
The water park itself: it has become very uncomfortable, the pools are really cold and if you did not take an additional spa (baths), there is a chance to get sick. There are very few employees at the ticket offices, long queues, but this is just the same and understandable holidays.
In general, so far I can say there is no desire to return here, we will look for similar things in other places. (I took photos of the fatigue of the hotel).

I visited this hotel with the type of accommodation - a bungalow (this is a two-storey house with a terrace and a barbecue), a very convenient and profitable accommodation option for two families with children! Accommodation for children under the age of 9 is free of charge, the standard payment for the bungalow includes accommodation for 4 adults; important! That when staying in a room, you can actually visit the water park for free for two days and it is very profitable!!! The house itself is very comfortable: there are two bathrooms, two TVs and a full kitchen set (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, set of dishes and appliances); the house is in order, the sleeping sets are neat; another plus: the car can be parked directly at the house; near the house there is a forest park area and a pond (thrushes); I highly recommend the price, the quality is fully consistent!
