I really liked the hotel and the service. Smiling staff. They make their way well, every day, change towels. We had a breakfast, dinner rate (you can change it for lunch), delicious food, Swedish in the morning, lunch on the menu. There is a rooftop pool. La mer beach is a 15-minute walk away. The beach is nice, but it seems to be closed. White sand, sparsely populated. We took a taxi to the Dubai Mall. There are cafes and many shops near the hotel. I liked everything, I recommend it.

The hotel left mixed impressions - it was what I liked and what upset me.
The beach is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The beach is gorgeous - soft sand, clear water. There is a toilet, we did not find any changing rooms, there is a shower.
From the hotel to the metro station is a half-hour walk or 20 minutes by bus. The area of Pakistanis, Iranians, Filipinos. atypical Dubai)) but there are many cheap cafes and a supermarket nearby.
The room is very old and crying for repairs. There are dried stains everywhere on the carpet, furniture, and walls. The plumbing is broken. There are no sockets in the bathroom, there is no towel hook next to the sink, I had to go to the bathroom every time to wipe my hands. There is a hair dryer. They give you an adapter at the reception. There is a free safe.
Linen and towels are always clean, it seems to me that towels were changed every day (I don't understand why). But for some reason, one towel was not reported to us three times in a row. After the call at the reception, the issue was resolved. They save toilet paper)) I understand that they don't use it, but you need to be a tourist))
The air conditioner cannot be configured, it is centralized, you can only turn it on or off. The room was very cold (we were in March) and very humid. The clothes did not dry out for three days.
The Windows overlook the courtyard, where something buzzes all night (it looks like an air conditioner), and you can reach out to the neighbor opposite without any problems.
The breakfasts are hearty, but very monotonous (the same thing every day but in different variations - omelette, potatoes, vegetables, sausages, etc.), for 9 days of stay, everything was too boring.
The big plus of this hotel is the staff. Very responsive and friendly. All problems were solved promptly, and the necessary supplies were brought upon request. Everyone is very friendly.

The location is very advantageous, not far from the sea and not on the first line, which affects the cost.

The hotel is located in a ghetto for immigrants from Southeast Asia, you constantly get the feeling that you are in Thailand.
It's a long way to the sea, it's a long way to the nearest beach - La Mer, don't believe these "15 minutes", etc., look at the map. The beach is dirty, the water is dirty and this is not at all the consequences of the flood in April, as the "experts" lie. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to it, because 1.6 km along crooked trails, with a passage over an elevated bridge, in the heat.
You have to go to a bus stop 400 meters away and go to other beaches, such as Kite Beach, and this is 40-60 minutes in the morning crush with hard workers. Buses run every 20 minutes.
the food is extremely monotonous, for 13 days there are the same sausages and omelets.
Unexpectedly, the buffet for dinner was canceled as part of the main course. The dishes offered on the map were with very specific spices and almost no protein products.
The staff is helpful, but clueless, they chatter very quickly in terrible English with a small vocabulary, nothing is clear what they are saying, some kind of merged meowing of incorrectly pronounced words.
They cannot solve any minor problem, such as constantly self-deactivating electronic room keys. any question, such as replace the batteries in the TV remote control, throws you into a stupor.
The kettle, as always and everywhere, with the lid broken off, is even funny.
It's a pity I didn't film the faecal waters of La Mer and the devastation on the Lamerovsky promenade.

Overall, the hotel is wonderful!
12+ for all guests. In the Filipino-Pakistani district of Deira. Beautiful, well-groomed, bright. Excellent location and transport connection. We have never used a taxi. Between the center and the sea. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable. Three elevators. Excellent sound insulation. An important note is that the hotel is for non-smokers or non-smokers. The staff is English-speaking.
On the plus side: There is always hot water. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Wi-Fi is everywhere!!! There are many relaxation areas in the lobby.
There are a few butts.
1. It is further to the sea than indicated. The distance is 2 km on foot or 20-30 minutes under the heat. Through several roads with traffic lights. The nearest beach of La Mer is no longer the same. But still, the toilet, changing rooms and a shower remained from the infrastructure. The bathing area resembles a paddling pool. The water is blooming.
2. In ordinary rooms, even if you have a suitcase of clothes with you so as not to wash anything, it is not possible to dry a swimsuit and a beach towel. It takes a day to dry in the room - this causes a musty smell to appear in the room after a few days. The air conditioner is centralized and lives its own life - it's cold, it's hot. Not a very comfortable closet.
Rooms on both sides. Those whose windows overlooked the neighboring building have complaints of discomfort in the reviews.

Very nice 3* hotel. There were no problems with nutrition: fish and meat, greens (salads) were on the menu. Delicious. We stayed in February 2024. A great budget hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, attentive attitude to the guests from the staff. Upon check-in, the room category was upgraded for free. The room is cozy, comfortable from the point of view of ergonomics. The breakfasts are decent, I really liked the porridge and pastries, The cleaning is good + water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. They asked for slippers and a knife, everything was brought instantly👍 On the top floor there is a sauna and a hammam, visited once, liked the beach 20 minutes on foot. In general, we consider the hotel to be excellent in its category.

For your money, and three stars, the hotel is very good. The breakfast is super, the choice is great. The room was clean, everything worked, bed linen and towels were clean and of good quality. They cleaned it perfectly, right after you put up the sign. They did not take a deposit from us at all, and the tax was minimal. The main advantage of this hotel is the Lamer beach within walking distance.(15 min) No need to bother with transfers and taxis.

Overall, the price/quality/location is good.
I did not expect luxury here for the money I paid (12 nights for about 100-110 tr. with breakfast).
But it's clean, the workers are trying, the room is cleaned every day without reminders.
The breakfasts were helped out by excellent pastries. Otherwise, the choice is not great, but we did not stay hungry.
The location is very interesting:
You will go to the Left, you will come to Asia (Filipinos, etc.). All the nearest cafes are theirs, but in general, if you like wok, then it is quite decent here.
Go right, you will get to a decent part of Dubai (local restaurants, Turkish) and the famous restaurant La Mer. This hotel was chosen for him. Walk for 10-15 minutes at a calm pace.
The main attractions of Dubai (Dubai Mall, Frame, Gold Suk and spice market, Museum of the Future) are not far away, we took a taxi so as not to waste time and not walk too much in the heat.

We stayed at the hotel in November 2024. The hotel is modern. There is a swimming pool (some reviews say that it is missing). Of the advantages, I would like to note the proximity to the beach. One of the disadvantages is to get to the sights and metro by bus. If you left the hotel and went straight towards the beach, then the area is more or less nothing, two-storey Dubai. But if you leave the hotel and turn left, you get into a dirty unpleasant atmosphere. There is no sound insulation in the rooms.

Lunch was paid separately for 55 dirhams. also a good one. We bought excursions around Dubai, on a boat, to the observation deck, to the flower garden. We walked around the Deira district. Well done. LA MER Beach is a 12-minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of supermarkets near the hotel, the prices are reasonable, etc. the area is not expensive. Bus stops in 5 min. Air conditioning, TV - 2 Russian-speaking channels 👍, safe 🔥, refrigerator (perfectly cooled), hair dryer (good)👍, full-length mirror 👍, large mirror in the bathroom, hygienic shower 👍.
Changing the bed linen every day, it was not entirely clear by the towels, but most likely too. On the bed (white) it happened that there were either spots (blue) or holes, not very nice. The surfaces were not wiped, even by dry cleaning (switches, bedside tables, telephone in the bathroom and room, external walls of the toilet, etc.). There were soft carpets on the floor on both sides of the bed, which is very nice for the feet, but they were poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all....
Every day 👍water renewal, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, soap, garbage disposal. There is a kettle in the room👍

I chose this hotel because I didn't have time for the one I wanted, I read the reviews and everything seems to be fine, but no, personally, of course I didn't like everything from the very beginning, we arrived very early with a small child, waited for three hours, the deposit system is crap, i.e. you give them $ 130, and they return you at the last the day you were in Dubai in dirhams, what nonsense, they took dollars, so return them to them, they did not make any concessions, in general, the first impression was already spoiled. This is not the first time we have rested in the UAE, but we faced this for the first time, the hotels were more expensive and there was no deposit, but there would be something for that. And the view from the window is simple, shock and tears, you can't open the curtains.
And red-haired friends are running around here, it's fun in general, Cleaning for the view, the floors are dirty after cleaning, they are just vacuumed, but not washed!!!! It's terribly disgusting!!!!!
