The hotel we chose in Dubai (Al Khoury) is, let's say, such an average level.At the entrance, according to the tradition of the Reception, the guys certainly do not know Russian (they could not understand us a little, but we understood them), in general they figured it out, everyone very calmly decided on the rooms and gave us the keys.
At first we got a little lost from the floors, but it's a matter of habit.
The dining room is small, the food is delicious.There is no excitement, the atmosphere is calm, the rooms are not small, medium, the bed linen is snow-white, the mattresses are very high and soft, everything is clean and tidy, but we had no view from the window (someone's yard was visible).

Excellent hotel for price = quality, 10 minutes walk to the sea, la mer beach, quiet area, despite the large number of emigrants, 10 minutes by taxi to Burj Khalifa, you can take a bus and drive along the coast to the Ferris wheel (about 40 minutes-an hour drive), but you will see everything. There is a Russian-speaking ticket seller at the STT hotel, he will tell you everything, tell you, send it. The rooms are clean and small. The beach is 20 minutes away at a calm pace, there is no public cafe on the beach, there is a minimarket with water and ice cream.

The second time I stay at this hotel, because I like it. The location is very convenient, as La Mer beach is nearby - 15 minutes on foot, it's cheap to get to Dubai Mall by taxi. The hotel is very clean, the room is clean, cleaning every other day. The room has a kettle, coffee tea,electronic safe. The bathroom is very convenient. The beds are gorgeous, snow-white bed linen. And the breakfasts are delicious and varied - eggs, sausages, stewed and fresh vegetables, beans, baked potatoes, pastries - croissants, muffins, buns, a variety of fruits. The dinners are on the menu, but also very satisfying. Mushroom soup is a masterpiece, pizza, salads, fried chicken with vegetables. The staff speaks only English. The guide, a girl, speaks Russian, offers profitable excursions, for $ 45 she bought a sightseeing tour of Dubai, on a ship. The hotel where I was on my first trip to the Emirates. Decent price/quality ratio. But there are nuances: there is no pool, the view from the windows is on other buildings, dinner is on the menu, the area is Filipinos and Indians. But there are also big advantages: the beautiful Lar Mer beach is within walking distance (12 minutes at a brisk pace almost in a straight line, so there is no transfer to the beach), very good breakfasts, dinners are also delicious with large portions, but without frills, Dubai Mall is not far away. There are supermarkets from Indian to English chains, where there is an ATM. They clean well. The rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee, safe. There is no balcony, slippers and a bathrobe. There were no Russian speakers on the respeshen, there is enough basic English. It is better to go in winter, since you have to walk to the beach and there is no pool.

I rested in this hotel for a week. The location is good. Near shops, an exchange, places where you can eat. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are cleaned every day, two bottles of drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. Safe deposit. The staff is friendly. Eating buffet. There is no special variety, but you can always eat meat and fish. Fruits and greens every day.

Not a bad place. Away from the hustle and bustle. But at the same time, not far away. Dubai Mall is 15 minutes away by Yandex taxi. La mer beach is within walking distance of 15 minutes on foot. The excursions were ordered from Michael, or rather from Sai, she is there almost constantly, a very nice girl, speaks Russian, will tell you everything. Thank you to her!!! Now the cons, they're mostly to room service. The bed was changed for the first time after 7 days. Every day they made up and...wet towels were rolled up and safely put on a shelf.Determine where is whose then. They could have forgotten the second face towel, they put one in, but there was no second one. We had an incident with toilet paper. It ended closer to 22.00 and I had to go to the reception with an empty sleeve. Let's go, show them, have a laugh... They brought it, of course, within 5 minutes, but somehow you have to look. I was also upset by the fungus in the shower and really wanted to thoroughly wash everything in the shower, the ledge, the separation between the shower and the washroom.Somehow everything is black. In ten minutes "Alcohol Shop" (Google maps will tell you), but do not forget to take your passport, otherwise there is no way. There are also tour organizers in the hotel, the prices are no different from online, will help those who do not have much English, since the representative is a Russian-speaking girl. The hotel rooms are non-smoking, except those with a balcony. In general, the impression of the guest house is very positive.

Excellent combination of price/quality. City hotel, La Mer Beach is exactly 15 minutes away.
Breakfasts and lunches are good, but dinners are not very good anymore, but in any case, neither we nor the children (11 and 4 years old) remained hungry. The rooms are small , but we lived on the 2nd floor there are rooms with balconies .
Nearby there is a bank and many cafes and shops. You can get to the marina by taxi and take the ferry to Dubai Marina in 2 hours.

In general, I liked the hotel. But in my opinion, this is more a business hotel than a hotel for sea travel. There are no balconies at all (in standard rooms), there is no place where you can dry bathing accessories. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. Cleaning and delivery of a shower kit every day.true, I had to ask for lotion and hair conditioner every day. Dining room in the hall (very strange and not hygienic). For some reason, they promised to settle at 11, but in fact at exactly 2. As a result, we sat in the lobby for 3 hours waiting. We were told all the time - soon... why?. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. It's just wonderful! The restaurant has European food.

Located in a working-class area. At the same time, manazines, shops, supermarkets are within walking distance, really walking distance. There is a decent exchange office around the corner. There is no problem to have a snack. Coffee is made only in the Cousin. Very good and at an affordable price.
Transport - you can't walk to the metro, it's a long way. At the same time, the bus station is Satva Bas station literally 5 minutes. Yandex Maps draws all bus routes. And that's where the convenience begins. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Gold Market, metro - 15-20 minutes to the main points for reasonable money. And a taxi - he raised his hand and left. Again, for sane money. The food is so-so, business trip. The service is beyond praise for 3*. The staff does not have enough Russian, but well done, they are trying. Oh, yes, the beach. 15 minutes active, 20 minutes leg-by-leg. Excellent sandy beach with excellent infrastructure. Come, live, enjoy. A wonderful, hospitable, cozy city hotel. I RECOMMEND IT.

We really liked the hotel. Well, everything is fine. And the location, and the breakfasts and the beach and MICHAEL. The rooms are good. Only with the air conditioner at first we suffered. And then they turned it off completely... And we were happy. I just fell in love with this hotel. LA MER Beach is exactly 15 minutes away. And then along the beach three minutes to the sea. We had a rest at the end of April-May 2024. The hotel is clean, cleaning every day. That's it.
The food is worse only in cheap hotels in Egypt.
For breakfast, it is not known when the fried eggs are cooked with a very unpleasant taste, the same sausages.
cold boiled potatoes, juice concentrates. the pastries are delicious, everything else is just the
same For dinner without drinks.
Lunch is a separate story. You will be offered to choose from the menu:
-rice with hot spices and pieces of old chicken
-pizza (not taken)
-pasta with mushroom (one) poured with some kind of horror.
In addition, you can take salads from the buffet table made up of what remains
from previous breakfasts / dinners.
After trying these delights, we decided to eat in other places, since there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
I really liked the Filipino cuisine.
There are absolutely no transfers at this hotel, so you will have to move around on your own.
The beach is 1.5 km away in the heat. The beach itself is well equipped, but the water is stagnant like in a swamp.
During our stay, the sea water on this beach was dirty brown
and we went to other beaches. They are equipped in different ways (some, for example, Mercato, have neither a change of clothes nor a toilet),
but the water in the sea is clean and at least a small wave. On average
, it took about an hour by bus to get to the beach. the same amount back.
We took an excursion to Abu Dhabi from Michael. 40 S/person. They are being driven around the city to the embankment (so-so), the market
