We rested at the hotel in early December.
The hotel is 3 stars, no more.
1. The hotel is located close to the airport, most likely they will be the first to deliver, this is a plus. The hotel is located in a working-class area where Pakistanis, Vietnamese, Iranians, Hindus, etc. live and work. It's very noisy and there are a lot of them. There are a lot of Russians in hotels, but for some reason they are not on the street.
2. The hotel staff responds quickly to everything, helps.
3. The tourist tax in this hotel is 10 dirhams per night, per room.
4. La mer beach is within walking distance, 20 minutes walk. The beach is clean, beautiful, modern, new.
5. The metro is also within walking distance (about 40 minutes), where it is scary, dirty and unpleasant to go because of the locals.
6. The breakfasts are not bad, there is a small selection, but you can choose something to your taste (porridge, eggs, sausages, yogurt, buns, etc.). For lunch or dinner, only water is available from drinks. After 3 days, the taste of the dishes gets boring.
7. The rooms are ordinary, small, a little shabby, things are not particularly laid out, there is nowhere. There is a kettle, refrigerator, safe (free), hairdryer, wi-fi, tea, coffee, water. There are no bathrobes, slippers. In the shower there is a shower gel, shampoo, towels. A room with a double bed was not given, they said there were no available rooms, two were shifted, but the gap between them is large, in general it is not convenient. Cleaned every day, but not very clean, superficially.
8. There is a mosque near the hotel, at 6 o'clock in the morning they read namaz every day (through loudspeakers) and everything is very audible if the window is open.
9. There is an exchange and inexpensive supermarkets nearby. Cafes in the vicinity are all Vietnamese.
10. The audibility is very good in the hotel. Also, with the window open, it is very noisy around the clock, as the air conditioners are buzzing. They didn't turn on their air conditioner because they had a cold.
11. Hotels do not smoke, this is a plus
12. We had a view from the window to another building, windows to Windows (not changed, as there were no seats). No money was offered. The windows are dirty.
In general, it's normal for a budget holiday, but it's better to overpay and live in a more decent area. If it's your first time like us, we didn't know what was waiting for us, we took it through a travel agency, and we were advised this hotel, on a budget, but as I understood, they just didn't want to bother with us... we bought vouchers spontaneously. When you go to the Dubai Marina area from this hotel, you will understand the difference.
Hello everyone I am writing a "REAL REVIEW" in contrast to those reviews that are very much asked to leave at the hotel.
In order:
1) The hotel itself is very poorly oriented towards tourists, no one provides the correct information when you ask questions and there were a lot of nuances related to the communication of the hotel and the hotel employees (there was a case when toilet paper was not provided during cleaning, repeatedly asked the reception to resolve the issue, but no paper appeared and there was no 3rd day)
2) Food - it's just terrible, especially lunch and dinner!
3) The hotel itself is located in the slums, where at the exit you will be met by wild representatives of local fauna with a request and a plea for help; and in the late afternoon, from all corners of the hotel, in the nearby territories, rats will climb out on the road (which are very much in this area a lot).
Of the advantages, I can only single out a convenient trip to the beach, which can be reached within 10 minutes and, the price of the hotel, it is low compared to other hotels
The room was cold, they slept in winter clothes, the air conditioner was set at 13 degrees when they checked in on the street at 14 at night. The room is clean and the breakfast is good. But they were very cold
Economy hotel. We have been resting since 04.04.2023. Not a big room without a balcony on the 3rd floor. Clean and change towels every day. There is a kettle and accessories. LA MER Beach is 20 minutes away slowly. We took only breakfast, as everywhere, monotonously, but you will not stay hungry. For a budget holiday.
A small hotel with a rooftop pool, we had breakfast included, I can mention a good buffet. The beach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The rooms are nice, but the windows outside are dirty, this is the only thing that spoils the impression. And everything else is fine, the staff is always trying to help.
I was pleased with the excellent attitude of the maid, she changed towels without any problems.. She gave everything.. Cleaned up.. A lot of money was ripped off at the reception for half a day... Since the plane arrived at 8 am.. And they have a check-in with 2x...although there were a lot of available rooms.. Cleanly prince to rip off
The breakfast is delicious, but monotonous, the room seems to be okay, we tried, but the smell and cobwebs in the corners are not cleaned. The neighborhood is very noisy, with constant movement of people and everything moving.
nice hotel, very quiet. it was "out of season", there were few people, the buffet was canceled for lunch and dinner. the menu is even more interesting and tastier!
From the hotel to La Mer beach can be reached on foot in 10-15min.,to Burj Khalifa 40 min walk. We mostly traveled by taxi. We cleaned the rooms every day, the food is monotonous, to be honest, the quality of the products is 3, there was not even normal tea, packaged (The staff is polite. Excursions can be purchased from Michael (Russian-speaking) and you can contact him for any questions, he will always help.
For the stated three stars, even very good. Breakfast is usual: omelets, scrambled eggs, porridge, rice, potatoes, sausages, sausage, cheese, fruit. You won't stay hungry. The room is clean.
Good staff, I didn't hear anything rude from them. Everyone knows English, sometimes Russian. Literally 5-7 minutes from the beach. There are many shops and eateries nearby
A modest hotel . Clean. Room without a balcony, Windows facing the street. Therefore, the curtains are closed all the time, there is nothing to look at. The food is monotonous.
To the beach 15 minutes is not a quick step. The beach is great. Clear. Sand. The rooms are clean. Cleaning is timely. Towels are changed every day. The food is diverse.
It's beautiful and sunny in the photo, but not so pleasant in reality. The area is inexpensive, which can be a plus for those who want to save money. But I wouldn't start my acquaintance with Dubai here.
When we stopped at the hotel, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, we offered to move and somehow solve this issue.
Good service, meals three times a day, average choice, but don't stay hungry.
Close to the Dubai mall, the sea, small shops.
We're leaving tomorrow..we have been resting since 03/29/2021. The hotel is great!!! The perfect combination of price and quality..although the services - saunas, swimming pools do not work due to the pandemic. Excellent location from the beach 15min..and metro 25min...to all the main attractions too.
We rest in the junior suite, without food. The area is full of budget restaurants of Pan-Asian and Indian cuisine. There are plenty of supermarkets of any price category. Cleaning every day..the hotel is quiet and always smells of Indian incense. The curtains are dense and the condees work perfectly.
The hotel is not bad, but the rooms are different. The first time we settled in, it was great. I decided to choose this hotel next time, the room was given a small one and smelled of tobacco (.
Super!!! Great stay, friendly staff, food and rooms are on top.

Once again, a 3-star hotel
The continent next to the hotel shocked us, and the views were not beautiful either
But the hotel itself is clean
We will not go to this area anymore
