We are talking about agent Svetlana Gennadievna. On my part, I was asked to provide information on the potential volume of objects for rent in the Moskovsky and Leninsky districts of Minsk, without specifics and addresses, in order to understand the approximate number of potential objects for rent (The Agency requires 200 BYN in advance, and read reviews on this scheme below). To which I received the answer that she could not provide such information, it was necessary to communicate with each specific agent to whom the objects were assigned. Besides, she said that I didn't invite you here. Is this the attitude towards customers? (note to the head).
It would seem that conclusions should not be drawn from a particular case. But, having dialed the number of this agency, I hear rudeness again in response. The employee did not introduce himself and to my question who I am talking to, the answer is – you know where you are calling! I'm clarifying: how to contact an agent, to which the answer is – we will not cooperate with you.
Conclusion. Either I was unlucky with employees twice, or there is a global problem with the culture of communication and behavior with customers. I don't need anything more from this agency, but I hope the review will help other clients, as well as the management of this company, so that the business develops, is of high quality, and customers are satisfied. My experience of communicating with this agency, and in particular with agent Olga, ended with time spent, nerves, money for railway tickets and zero result.
13.08 we contacted the agency in order to find a room for rent for a student daughter. The contract was drawn up very quickly, and the agent also quickly took an advance payment of 200 rubles, prescribed in the contract, for some reason without a receipt. Before signing the contract, I clarified whether they have a single database of rooms, the answer is "yes", are there any rooms available that are on Kufara? She replied that there were many others besides them, which was generally encouraging. We filled out a form with wishes and requirements for the room that we would like to rent, on the basis of which the search was to be carried out. Further in the conversation, the agent clarified whether it would be convenient for us to come another day, I said that this was all unnecessary expenses, since we were from another city, after which we were offered "free time", and Olga had to look for a room (perhaps it was ...). After 15 around the same day, I called to clarify how things were going, and received an answer that the owners were all working, they would be home only in the evening. When asked how many room options we can be given to choose from, again, some vague answer is that no one promises 10... We decided that we would go home and arrive another day, the agent said that it was very good, she would prepare OPTIONS for us during this time and call us the day before. We agreed on 21.08 (no one said that we needed to arrive earlier, although I offered to come on 17.08, on Saturday) and even sent a message to my daughter's Viber "21.08 we invite you to CHECK in." We, hoping for the decency of the employee, had a quiet week. The day before, on 08/20, I called myself (for some reason I am 98% sure that no one was going to call us), Olga said that of course she would send us OPTIONS in the evening!
1-the only option we received in the morning, 08/21/2018 after my message. When asked where the promised options were, she said that she did not promise many of them, and I did not ask for much, but not 1!!!! The tenants, of course, were at work...
After we re-arrived at the agency, Olga began calling other owners, looking for options, so to speak, although, let me remind you, based on her promises, they should have already been ready. To repeated questions about the rooms with Kufara, which were in active ads and could be suitable for us, she said that these were the rooms of Vera's agent and she did not know anything about them. And anyway, what do we want, because already on August 21, all the options, if they appeared, then they gave up!!! And the fact that the contract was signed with us a week ago, apparently, did not affect the situation in any way.
As a result, the 2 options that were offered to us after visiting the agency did not suit us. We went, in the hope, to see the 1st option, but it turned out to be a pass-through room, which Olga was very surprised at, perhaps the owner misled her ...., which also indicates a lack of competence.
The result is that the contract was terminated, the money was returned (the daughter, dictated, wrote that she had no complaints), there is no room.
The conclusion is that they take an advance payment, which they should not do, and then the client is not interested. It is good if you are settled on the same day, because after a while no one will remember you. And there is no big choice of housing, as they praise themselves on Kufara.

But, in fairness, I note that we communicated with only one employee.
I managed to deal with this agency about 3 years ago. I was looking for a room at that time, but after a not very long search, I finished the search, because the situation had changed. When asked if I would be able to use the agency's services later, when I start searching again, Agent Elena replied that there was no problem. And so on July 29, I asked Elena again if it was possible to resume the search, to which a positive response was received, then I asked if I needed to reset the photo of the contract - there was no response. The next day, I reminded myself, to which I received the answer "so you write what you need?". I got the impression that I should read my own thoughts and post all the information without answers. As a result, I was offered one option. I called myself on the phone and the hostess, chewing into the receiver, told me that if I could not come to view the apartment from 13.00 to 15.00, then nothing would work with her. Then, a week after this single option, I wrote to Elena again to find out if there were any more options, to which she replied that she had thrown everything off to me and that that option was quite good. And since that moment, not a single option has been dropped to me. One option per month? Are you serious? I understand that my money, which I paid at the conclusion of the contract, has long been spent and forgotten, but the service has not been rendered as a result! Then, they also threw off the apartment after I unsubscribed that the apartment did not fit, because it had just already been rented. After some time, another apartment was thrown off. In total, they found 2 apartments in a month. But the fact that I found an apartment faster than the agency found something for me. Although it was agreed that I would like to find an apartment before a certain date. Moreover, the agent was not interested in her client at all: she did not respond to messages or replied in a rude tone, the agent did not care whether their client found an apartment through this agency. But how can you find an apartment when two ads for an apartment were dropped in a month, although many ads could be found on kufara according to my request. I think it's disgusting to take money from a person and not even try to do my job, even though it's been a couple of months, but I'm still in shock, how can you do this to people?
I turned to Vera's agent twice for help in renting an apartment. Both times my requests were, frankly, not sugar - as a foreigner, I need to register at least for my stay, the deadlines have always been quite tight, and the funds are quite limited. Both times, Vera was able to quickly find apartments with good repairs and facilities and negotiate with the owners about my registration - all I had to do was look at the apartment itself and sign a contract. I am very pleased with my experience and will probably turn to Faith in the future, when the time comes to buy real estate fully.

This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude in a whole year. And yes, sending an SMS with an offer to come to their office after such a dialogue is, of course, a strong funnel for a successful sale.
I don't recommend it. Long check-in. There is no customer base of its own. Communication is such a thing, when working together there were moments when the agent hung up the phone and this aggravated my condition. They offer options, to put it mildly, not very much. We chose an apartment, moved in. But after a while we managed to find a place ourselves, through good friends. I am writing this review not to upset the agents, but simply so that people understand that this agency is not very productive. Housing is selected for a long time, nervously, you will find out almost everything yourself and contact the landlords yourself. You pay immediately, and then the selection is long, nervous, and very stressful. It is better to contact those agencies where payment is made upon check-in, where the agent is interested in settling you rather so that you like everything and you move into the apartment, and he earns a certain amount. Yes, other agencies may pay twice as much for services, but this is probably the moment when it's not worth saving. We had to move from one rented apartment to another. We applied on June 8, we had to leave before June 15, in fact we checked in on June 21. It's good that the owners of the last apartment went to a meeting and did not drive us much, they waited another week until we found a place to live, otherwise they would have stayed on the street.

They do not have their own base of landlords, which they assure. They just took the ad from realt.by , and was sent as from his base. They came to look at the apartment, and the owner says that he does not cooperate with any agency and is looking for tenants himself. They just got divorced for money. Look for housing yourself from different sources, do not rush, there are just "seasons and non-seasons" for apartments. Mostly good options appear in winter and spring. Good luck in your search and save money and nerves.
