I want to share positive reviews about the hotel Ambasadorr. We rested for 9 nights. These days flew by very quickly.... I'll start with the number. We had a room in the main building on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool
The room is clean, the renovation is fresh, everything worked. Towels were changed every day, 1.5 liters of drinking water was replenished every day, the bed was changed several times. It should be especially noted the food in the hotel.....great! Everything is very tasty and varied. There is always fish /dorado often, sea tongue, red fish /, chicken meat, turkey, sometimes buckwheat, lamb, very tasty offal. Sweets not only soaked in syrup, there were eclairs, cakes with nuts, baked apples, pumpkin, etc. Special RESPECT to the cook! Local drinks, different from 10 to 23. In the bar, a young man Farhat makes delicious cocktails, a super cool guy, always joking.... Thanks to him too! The hotel has a SPA. Oksana is in charge of the reception at the SPA. She's great in every sense. You voice your wishes to her and she helps you choose what you need and according to your capabilities. For example, I went for a massage to a masseur named Etish. The hands are strong, the massage does great. I recommend it ! There is a sauna for free, a hammam for a fee, a gym with exercise equipment is also available.. The beach is close. Of course, there are not enough places in the season. We took seats early in the morning. But for example, I love the morning sea very much, I swim in the morning for a long time. Therefore, taking a seat is not a problem. In general, the hotel is great! Maybe you can find fault with some little things, but there is no desire to do this at all! We went to rest and get positive emotions. And we got them! Thanks to all the hotel staff for their excellent work. I recommend the hotel!

I stayed at the hotel twice. The location to the beach and the center is very convenient, everything is nearby, the food is good, the problems were solved very quickly. The staff is friendly. The minus is the beach!!! I had to take a place under the canopy at 6 a.m., because it covered 2 rows of sun loungers, there were no umbrellas, and I did not want to roast in the sun. The purpose of the trip is the sea, but there are no amenities! Special thanks to Nazli, she works at the beach bar, for her responsiveness and willingness to help.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning 4 minutes before the end of breakfast. They suggested to hurry up. The check-in was quick as they should have arrived earlier. About the room : very large with a sofa and a balcony. You are only given a fi for 1 day. Therefore, we used the service of a travel agency near the hotel. Roma connects to wi-fi there, if you take at least one tour. That's what we did. However, they always took the phone on the way to the beach. The food at the hotel is excellent, there is something to compare. Everything is very tasty. The sea is nearby across the street. In general, we are satisfied. And there are no evening parties, which is the most important thing. The last photo is of a travel agency on the way to the beach.

A great city hotel. The photos correspond to reality. It should be borne in mind that the hotel has 4 buildings and 1 of them is distant, respectively, the restaurant is only in 1. my building is 3, behind the main one, very quiet and calm room on the 1st floor with a balcony on the orange tree! There is no animation in the hotel, which is a plus for me, but maybe not for someone. There is no territory except for the pool, but this is rather due to the spread of buildings and the fact that the hotel is located in the city, a 3-minute walk to the pedestrian street, a 10-minute walk to the clock tower, if the yards are 7 minutes. Clubs that are brought from all hotels 2 minutes from the hotel to the left. As for food, this is the rare case when everything is really delicious. It is strange to read reviews about the lack of diversity when there is always a chicken and turkey, meat cutlets, fish every day (sea bass, dorado, salmon, mackerel) I have never liked desserts, but here I did not eat without them.The staff is very friendly. Daily cleaning service. The hotel is predominantly Russian and Polish, there are French, Ukrainians, Balts and Turks. Everyone lives amicably and peacefully. I did not take off the star, but it is important to warn about this: the sun beds on the beach are right next to each other, that is, if you are used to sunbathing with a star, it will not work, for those who love personal space, it is also not an option to make fewer sun beds, but it will be comfortable. The beach is large and the entrance to the water is also large. It is better to go left at the entrance to the beach. The entrance at the neighboring fame hotel is much more comfortable. I also do not know, since I have not traveled abroad since 2019, but it is strange for me that 500 MB of paid wifi is given without a fee, even in the lobby, I have not seen this before. As a result, roaming turned out to be more profitable. I definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing holiday and for those who like to walk around the neighborhood or go on excursions, then everything will match

We went with a young man to Kemer, Turkey, 08/20/2023-08/29/2023. The vacation turned out to be wonderful and first of all I want to thank Drevel Maria for this, who helped me choose a wonderful hotel. (Ambassador Plaza 4*)-1001 tour. St. Petersburg. Sennaya shopping mall
The staff is friendly, although not everyone knows Russian. If poor knowledge of a foreign language is not a problem, you will be understood in the minimum basic words, at least an already knowledgeable person will do. The atmosphere is also calm (there were rumors in places that it was dangerous to walk alone, aggressive people, and so on.. We didn't come across anything like this, fortunately)
The room was cozy, it was in calm shades of green, which did not strain the eyes. The only thing about the number is that several technical issues required minor correction (namely flushing in the toilet: sometimes you had to press the button several times to stop the water pouring. And the moment with the hair dryer, which was holding on weakly, that it could fall)
Everything else was fine.
The pool is just a miracle, despite the fact that the size is not very large, There were practically no people near it and if there was no settlement in the main building (as in our case), then you can swim in it at night.
Now a little bit about the sea. It is clean, transparent, but those who have not been to the Mediterranean Sea need to get used to its salinity. Glasses are simply necessary if you like to swim underwater, and also, due to the pebbles, it is preferable to take special slippers with you (or buy them in local shops, they are inexpensive). The disadvantage is only in the small space of the beach. A small area, which is covered with sun beds.
I read before the trip that someone could not find a free sunbed in such a tight space, but I did not notice such a moment either. There was always room for two.
For food and drinks: the bar is good, however, the variety of cocktails is not so great: the standard is a simple beer, and specifically for cocktails: sex on the beach, pina colada, cosmopolitan. Their spirits are based only on tequila, the rest is all liqueurs, syrups and other additives.
However, the bartender was an expert in his field, who always made beautiful colorful cocktails in the right alcohol ratio:juice.
Food: the buffet is ordinary, but there was enough of everything. At the heart of meat, they liked to cook chicken and fish. There were always sweets, watermelons, melons and so on.
And the last point on excursions. I think the most important thing to note for those who are going to go is to always take water with them, because lunch may be included in the tour, but water is always paid (this is in case you want to save some money)
Opposite the hotel (if you sit in the bar, you can see from the window), there is a Maxwell tur, where they gave us good discounts on excursions, so we can't help but mention this place)
On excursions:
The first thing that is famous in Turkey is the hammam. I don't really recommend the hotel due to the cost of the service. At the hotel, the pleasure will cost you $ 40 per person, when the tour service (5-7 minutes drive from the hotel) will cost you $ 15-10.
I also advise you to go diving and rafting, if you are interested in fishing, then you can go to a place where trout are bred. There you will not only take up your favorite hobby, but also have lunch in an unusual cafe on the water, where ducks and geese swim.
I didn't really like the Turkish Maldives. It was about local beauty and white sand. It's partly true, it's beautiful, but there are a lot of people who don't really swim in this place and instead of sand there are white pebbles. For those who just want to swim during the excursion in the open sea and just in other wild beaches, then this is suitable. But just for our taste, we could have found something else.
The overall impression is 4/5
There are no significant problems or disturbances, everything was wonderful.
Especially those who are going to Turkey for the first time, I recommend Kemer or Istanbul on their own.

Vacation September 2024.
It's clean, but the hotel is "tired".
The food is acceptable, you will not starve, mainly meat dishes from chicken (fish and beef a couple of times), fruits and vegetables are enough, but not a great choice.
The beach is your own, it is better to take sun beds early in the morning, there is not enough for all vacationers.

The hotel is very well located, there are plenty of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. The food is decent. But a huge disadvantage is the lack of wifi. They clean very poorly, the cleaners are spoiled, they don't even want to change towels without additional payment. They may knock early in the morning, we are still asleep. Horror.

I rested in this hotel for the second time from 18.09.- 01.10.2023. The first was in 2022. Personally, I really liked everything, so this time there was no choice of a hotel. The hotel is very well located. A couple of minutes to the sea, to the Estuary and to the White Tower is also very close. Quiet enough.
I arrived early in the morning, Kemal met at the reception, immediately put on a bracelet and sent it for breakfast. They put me in room 2306. Corner room! Very cozy indeed! The cleaning is excellent, the room has shampoo, conditioner, gel, towels are changed every day. Hair dryer, refrigerator, TV (there is a Russian channel).
On nutrition - everything is fine! There has always been meat, fish, vegetables, olives, cheeses, various dishes, snacks, sweets, you can't list everything! A special love is soups! Very tasty! Chef Yilmaz is a master of his craft!
I would like to note the excellent work of all the hotel staff, the guys are friendly and sociable, some speak Russian (I want to convey a separate greeting to Nurgul and Chaalar (I hope I wrote the names correctly).
About the cons – there are in all reviews! This is a paid Internet, a paid safe. I didn't use the safe! As for the beach, yes, it is small, but there were always enough sunbeds.
I will definitely return to the Ambassador!!! I recommend the hotel!!!!

The rest at the hotel caused conflicting feelings. On the one hand, a good location, daily cleaning and change of towels (and often linen!), replenishment of drinking water daily, the absence of loud music and animation (for us this is a big plus). When checking in at the reception, Kemal kindly offered us a room that we really liked. Thank you for your responsiveness !
Everything is located compactly in the hotel, there are 2 solariums and 2 swimming pools, however, for such a number of rooms they are very small. But we will make a discount that this is a 4-star city hotel.
Meals are standard for 4*. I do not know why the reviews are so enthusiastic. Yes, there is a variety of dishes, but I have met a similar buffet in other budget 4*.
Now about the cons.
As I mentioned, our room was well located. But! If this is a room in 1-2 buildings on 1-2 floors - it's just a wild horror. Firstly, in the 1st building these rooms are next to the reception (you understand all the resulting charms), secondly, balconies (transparent!) they are located at the level of the paths along which there is a flow of vacationers. If you are a fan of such a spectacle-you are here. The balconies of the 2nd floor, of course, are slightly higher, but they also glow through.
Now about the vaunted dining room. I can't call it a restaurant, only for 1 reason: the hotel guests were offered drinks in plastic (dirty-looking!) glasses or paper!!! This is nonsense! Even 3 * did not allow themselves to do this. The show at the opening of this institution: the staff always stood for 5-7 minutes, and then looked with a smile at the vacationers storming the doors. Yes! A little ashamed of us, especially since the dishes could always be taken, there were enough of them. But the search for a table was difficult-the waiters did the cleaning slowly. I had to sit down at the untidy tables and call the waiter.
In the bar, drinks 2 times (well, we were unlucky) were poured into dirty glasses with traces of lipstick.
And the main disadvantage is the beach. Despite the end of the season (October), the hotel was full. There were not enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone. After repeated outrages, several sunbeds were put up right by the sea, and sometimes they were allowed to use the sunbeds on the pier for free. But every day to pass a quest to occupy a sunbed is not included in the plans of vacationers. I'm not saying that you might not like the location of it if you came late. But to come to a paid beach and not find a free place-I have not met this.
Every vacationer wrote about the proximity of the sun beds. I think even in the family bed, the partners are further apart from each other than we are with strangers on the beach. You can crawl onto your sunbed only from one side.
The task of the beach workers is to arrange all the sunbeds exactly in a line. The garbage was cleaned 2 times during our entire stay by a sleepy young man who needed to point out with his finger what needed to be collected.
Considering that people mostly go to the sea, it is necessary to understand the importance of comfort on the beach. This is the biggest disadvantage of the hotel and its reputation. Either the buildings, of which there are 5, should be abandoned, or think over the embankment on the beach, as the neighboring hotel did. It would not hurt to turn the sun beds to the sun, given that it is on the beach only until 13.00.
In general, the conclusions are as follows: the hotel is not bad, the sea is wonderful, but if the structure of the beach does not change, I would never dare to rest here again.

The level of the hotel is average - on the one hand, clean rooms, repairs are quite fresh, the staff is attentive, on the other hand, a bad beach in terms of the amount of space and quality of sun beds (reminiscent of Anapa), paid wi-fi (which even works hard for money) and rather monotonous food. We were lucky, we lived in a separate building, we had our own pool and silence, no Russian pop music and other noise. We went to the beach only to the pier, but it is paid - $ 15 per person.
For the Internet, it is better to buy a local SIM card, it is more profitable and the Internet is always with you, especially if you plan to rent a car.
The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center of Kemer, everything is nearby - entertainment, shopping, walking, cafes and restaurants.
We constantly drove by car, we did not sit in the hotel, so we were more than satisfied with it, we had dinner mainly in cafes and restaurants, but if you plan to spend most of your time at the hotel, you can get bored, there is no entertainment from the word "at all".

Good. And so I write. There are a lot of reviews. There is no consensus. We lived in the 4th building, 2nd floor. everything is fine. The view is right on the main entrance. We liked it. Although the audibility is so-so. There is drying on the balcony, but we also took a rope and clothespins with us. It was enough to hang everything up. There was shampoo on arrival, it costs two bottles!!!!! I don't know, someone wrote that it wasn't. 2 bottles of shampoo and gel were enough for us, so I don't know if I'm reporting or not. Small soap 2, gel 2 in vials, gel in dispensers on the washbasin and shower, this is to wash from head to toe. Therefore, Russians do not visit the hotel. We were cleaned, we did not pay anything and paper and 1.5 liters of water daily, the towel seems to be clean too (you can understand the holes and stains). They asked to change the bed themselves once, it is necessary to leave their green piece of cardboard on the bed!!! (you will see a piece of paper on arrival, it lies on the table). There are white disposable slippers in the room, then you can change them!!! They took the water themselves or you ask them, the girls did not refuse anything, even if you try. There is a water cooler on the beach, tea is free. The beach was written, cool!, no, it's ordinary, but pebbles, someone in a shoe, someone without. We walked barefoot. A lot has been written about food, we had enough of everything, turkey in all its manifestations as in the movie girls, and fried and steamed and shish kebab and schnitzel, red fish steaks, whole bream and more like herring, stewed vegetables. There are different cheeses for breakfast, porridges change, pancakes every day, boiled eggs,.fried eggs, omelets.Drinks: wine, beer, vodka, crayfish.No whiskey, no rum. Cakes, baklava (a couple of times a week) The sea for swimming is 10 out of 10, get great pleasure, believe me, forget about everything. Ships go on excursions, all of them are escorted and greeted with 10 dollars, smaller ships and one mega star with more than 15 dollars, 5 hours with lunch, alcohol is only on the ship, you can't have your own. They wrote about the beach, yes, people have been occupying it since 6 a.m., we did not bother, we sailed along the current and also went to borrow an alarm clock. Although, 5 min. to the right is the municipal beach, there is a place on the pebbles, because on the beaches of the hotels the line is lined with sunbeds, there is nowhere to lay the pebbles. 4 rows of sun beds, 2 of them under a canopy, the deepest without sun, the 3rd sun until about 10 a.m., the 1st and 2nd rows are longer. The sun rises on the beach, and after lunch it goes behind canopies, trees and hotels, so after lunch the sun is a problem for someone, people are looking for corners where the sun and standing sunbathing. We did not take a towel for a deposit, we had our own and so many. The room card, flight cards and bracelets must be handed over to the hotel at check-out.
Prices are expensive, everything is at Russian prices, and there is also a resort. A trip to Antalya by Express 40min costs 60 lira, we went to migros, stop near the tower, on the side where the shops are De facts and Flo. They say that an intercity ticket costs about everywhere, they accept dollars and euros at the exit. Intercity buses need a bus Antalya card. Parachute flight over the sea 1ch 70dollar,2ch 120dollar. In stores, most of them are in euros, some kind of fee is 5 and 10, but there are no other prices. Kemer dear, many people say. Ask for fairs in two places, groceries Monday, stuff Thursday. We drove purposefully to the hotel without animation. Therefore, it was a plus for us. We haven't tried alcohol. I liked the food very much. Rooms in building 1 are newly renovated and furnished. Not big ones. It is clear that this is not 5 stars, for 4 it is just fine, respect to the chef. Varied and delicious)) We didn't swim in the pool either, because we were going to the sea. 😊The rest was a success. I recommend.

I had a rest at the end of September 2022.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff. There is no animation, but there are so many places for entertainment nearby that you didn't have to get bored. 2 beautiful nightclubs within walking distance.
I liked the kitchen, the cocktails at the bar are generally great. Everything is clean, cleaning every day.
Above the pool bar, on the roof, a great place to sunbathe with a view of the city.

In general, a very clean hotel, relaxation style) they settle first in another building where the audibility of everything in the world is, either immediately bribe the room not with a standard, but with a class higher, or somehow arrange so that the rest is not spoiled by drunken vacationers. The hotel is frankly on the letter G…
1. Since we arrived late, we were given a room on the ground floor next to the elevator-the next day I asked to replace it-they say there are no rooms, although people are leaving..- there is no customer orientation.
2. The sink is leaking in the room and this was neither an argument for replacing the room nor for repairing the sink (although both reception managers know about this and promised to resolve the issue!)
3. The food is very monotonous and there is little of it, whoever first came for breakfast / dinner can sometimes get fish or meat, the rest eat vegetables
4. You should not expect any abundance of desserts-there is the very minimum so that you cannot say that there are none.
5. The bed was not changed for a week until I asked! Although we were leaving for 4 days and there was a lot of time to change and clean the room
6. The beach is very small, there are no free sunbeds at 9 o'clock ... but they made the pier pay and for $ 10 you can lie down there..
7. There is a cafe on the beach - one name, only tea and water are free.. but there's not much to order there for the money, except for drinks.

We stayed at the hotel in early September 2022. On these dates, we celebrated a family holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surprise that was prepared for us upon check-in. The bed in the room was elaborately decorated with flowers! It was very pleasant! Unfortunately, we do not know which of the hotel staff tried so hard. We are very grateful to them!!!! We lived in the building above the restaurant on the 4th floor, there is only one room. In general, we were satisfied with both cleanliness and comfort. Well done, everyone. I think we'll get back to you.

Visit in June 2023. The sea and the beach are not about this hotel. A tiny beach and sun beds right next to each other. There is practically no chance of getting on the sun beds. And even with such a density, there is no desire. There is an option for a paid pier of $ 10 per person. In the sea, you will have to jump from a height of 3-4 meters, or go down a steep staircase. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it's just for the jackdaw. It is 10*10 meters in size. There is no animation in the hotel. At all. I'll leave one point each for rooms and meals. The hotel is OK with that. As a result, you go to Turkey to sunbathe and swim. This hotel will not be able to provide you with this.

Everything that is written in the reviews is true. A very decent city hotel with good cuisine, clean, the staff speaks Russian. There are two disadvantages - a beach and a hammam. The beach is very cramped and there is no sun after lunch . The only consolation is that the other beaches are the same... The hamam recruited African women for exotics who had not even heard about massage. Shame on you! For 35 euros, only the back will be worn. In any travel agency, this service costs 8-10 dollars. They will take you to a real Turkish bath.
