The hotel is on its own 4* (rested from 07/23/2021)
The hotel itself is well equipped, the rooms are comfortable, there are no problems with water, the pool is clean (you can't swim at night, though), everything is always fresh from food, but only chicken from meat. The service is a little lame (on the first day I couldn't get a technician to repair the air conditioner for a long time, but still this issue was resolved within 40 minutes) , cleaning can be done every day (we asked to clean every other day)
Very convenient location of the hotel (the sea is 2-3 minutes away, there is a beach with sun beds) , nearby clubs, 10 minutes walk to the center
WiFi is only paid ($ 2 per day, it comes out cheaper in lira), the promised free one did not work for anyone
In general, it justifies its 4*, no less, no more

We had a rest in August 2021. Everything is fine! The room is fresh, well renovated, lived in the 4th building. We cleaned every day, everything was clean. The food is varied, there is meat, fish and chicken. And there is a huge variety of desserts. Very tasty! Showtime takes place once a week. There is live music and a disco. The staff is polite, all the rules are followed.norms. The beach is located close to the hotel, which is very convenient. In general, we are very glad that we chose this hotel for a holiday. We recommend it for young people and adults.

We rested in the first half of September 2021, we took a room with a paid safe and overlooking the pool, the rooms are clean and new, just like in the photo -beautiful, cleaned every day, there is a small pool, music plays all day, there is no animation, but we did not need it. Once a week, a Turkish night is held with live music and dancing and a disco, we watched from the balcony. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, so there are a lot of clubs around and there is a place to go, the music in the hotel turns off at exactly 23-00, so it does not interfere with sleep. The beach is not big, despite this, there is enough space for everyone, the guys bartenders monitor this and the cleanliness of the beach. The food in the restaurant is very diverse, meat,fish, fruits, and different sweets every day,there is ayran, delicious Turkish coffee is made on the beach, the staff is very polite, the waiters work very quickly and are also interested in how I am doing, there are always free tables, even if you come to the end of lunch or dinner, the trays are replenished - this It was nice, everyone was wearing masks, by the end of the vacation, the waiters already knew what to put for me.The receptionists at the reception will always help and tell you, especially the receptionist Diana-she always escorted the guests to dinner, dressed superbly, solved any questions. The cleaning is bad, but the linen was changed every day. Animation is only on Tuesdays. Many of the maintenance staff worked perfectly, but not all of them). The hotel is pulling on a weak 4, possibly affected by the deterioration of the closing season. I don't know if I'll come here again.

We rested at the request of the child to fly to Turkey. Before that, we traveled around Europe. Worse than Turkey, there is no place on earth, a village. I honestly don't understand people, why do many people choose this country?! There is nothing here for recreation. And now about the hotel. The guides themselves, who know the whole of Turkey and work in all hotels, do not recommend the Ambassador.Not even 3 *** pulls. There is no sound insulation! You will listen to the slamming of doors in the hallway all night and all day! And noisy neighbors behind the wall (if you're not lucky). Wi-fi is paid, about 5-6 thousand were paid for 2 phones and a tablet for 10 days. 300 MB is free, it's not about anything. At the reception, everyone constantly came up and asked: " Where is the Internet? And give me a quiet room!" from each guest! $3 a day, if anything. They have a party on Wednesdays, music will be blaring until 24:00 in all hotels, and this is a madhouse! We moved out of the central building to 3 from the 2nd floor to the 1st, there is no music and no one sings Allahu Akbar, but "surprise!" was waiting for us again, split/systems for the entire building are located on the 1st floor and this hum was constantly. The staff in the kitchen and the boys who meet them do not understand Russian! Not a word! There are a lot of people! Tables don't have time to clean up, there's some damn fuss everywhere. You keep pointing your finger. The food is monotonous. If you want a spoiled vacation, go to the Ambassador! The child noted that this is the same as Crimea, poverty and ripping off. Choose other hotels! And better yet, the country! The beach is terrible 5x20 and there are sun beds all along the coast, and not pebbles, but galish!

We had a rest in September at this hotel.
I want to note the level of service: we arrived in the afternoon, our room was ready for 2 people, although we booked for 3. Within 20 minutes we prepared a sleeping place, towels and other amenities had to be asked several times.
The cleaning was terrible. We checked into a dirty room (there is a lot of hair in the shower, everything is covered in dust, the floors are dirty). I made a remark at the reception - no one cleaned anything.
There were problems with entering the hotel, the key might not work. Many people in our corps had this problem.
We lived in building 5, the bar was open until 17:00, there was not a full range of drinks. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant.
Beach towels were not delivered on time, there is very little space on the beach for so many guests. There were practically no seats.
The staff was rude without hesitation. There was a problem with the Internet, the receptionist at the reception said "your problems".
There were pleasant, polite staff, but only a few of them.
Live music and performances on Wednesday are not impressive. We were waiting for this event, but we were disappointed. There wasn't much room, so I had to look at the singers' backs.
The food is generally good, but the alcohol and dry chicken/turkey were disappointing.
We didn't like the hotel, the terrible attitude of the staff and outright rudeness were everywhere.
This did not spoil the rest, but we will not recommend it to anyone we know.

The hotel corresponds to 4*! among the advantages: location, very good food and staff. In Kemer, ass to ass are lying, I personally remembered my childhood and sanatoriums in the Crimea in the year somewhere 2002.
Small pebbles only hide Kemer closer to Antalya. And the sand part is on the contrary from the other side.and there are plenty of people there too. In the center of Kemer, the pebbles are not weak. The size of a fist is medium.
I didn't like the Turks, they are annoying and annoying people who also deceive. Do not buy anything from them on an excursion to the olive museum. Just because the businessmen there are too smart. already on stream are these excursions and the sniffing of xs products at a high price in the community with Coral Travel(shame). I won't buy anything on excursions anymore. I don't understand at all what you can buy in Turkey as a result. That's why they cheat.. There is no money in the country. Take a look at the lira exchange rate) at least to the ruble.

The 6th building is the smallest of all, not bad, but inferior to 1,2,5; in the decoration of the rooms, it is noticeable immediately.
Building 7 is a separate "song", I went there on an excursion to vacationers, people who find themselves there are often "attacked" by travel agents, promising a "park", saying that everything is fine there, next to the main shopping street, etc. I advise you if you suddenly gather not to listen to these know-it-alls. This building is located on a shopping street and this is probably all that I would call a plus with a huge stretch.
Otherwise, there are cockroaches, a mosque nearby / who knows what I mean/, distance from the main building and, accordingly, the sea. And yes WIFI is free))))))). I forgot)))
In the main WIFI is free only 300Mb, the rest is $3 a day or 15 for a week)). Vegan food is the best)) Parsley, dill,cucumbers, tomatoes,cabbage, pickles, apples,soy...there are cutlets in great abundance.
There is chicken every day, but it will not go for a long time.Fish is also for the gourmet lover)bitter why, because horse mackerel) Maybe it's like this by the end of the season, I don't know, but the kitchen needs to be tightened 100%, no one will be satisfied.There are sweets.
The sea has its own beach, very large stones, they cannot be called pebbles. Sun beds are stuck in the butt, it is not very convenient. There is a pier, it seems to be paid $ 5 a day, I did not pay because I was extremely rare, and when I was with questions about payment, no one came up. The beach is not far from the hotel.
The staff is friendly, I will not write for the bar because it is a standard set for Turkey.
There is one bar with alcohol, it seems to work until 23.00.

The food is good, the beach is nearby, clean, there are sun beds. Only the pier is paid.
