A terrible place, they ordered soups and a drink, brought a bottle of water in 40 minutes, forgot about beer, and did not take out another one.The hall is stuffy and smoky, I do not advise and do not understand why such a good average score, the cafe is a maximum of 3.5
Good: interior, view from the terrace, location.
Bad: very, very long service with an empty hall. Salad and mussels - forty minutes. Coffee and the bill - another 15. I don't want to tip for this, but they are included in the bill. As indicated by the handwritten inscription in the menu.
Prices are slightly above average for Pitsunda.
The service leaves much to be desired. It is clear that there is no need to wait for service in Abkhazia, but since the restaurant has swung at the title of "restaurant" also in European traditions, we could greet guests when they come in (not to mention take them to a free table). We waited a long time for the menu, even longer for the dishes. We ordered a fondue and coffee/tea. While dessert was being served, the coffee and tea turned cold. They asked to be transferred to a table with sofas, agreed and forgot. I don't recommend it. In simpler establishments, you feel more comfortable because of at least the smiles of the staff.
Something incredible, order a lamb and ask to roast it in Abkhazian style. The joke is that it is not cooked deep-fried, as many people think, but in a cast-iron frying pan. The flounder is simply delicious.
We were in August 2018. A restaurant on the beach overlooking the sea. The sunset from the balcony is very beautiful. After the beach, we decided to go in for a drink of wine and a barbecue. But the disgusting service ruined the whole experience. A very colorful lady in a hoodie a la Alla Pugacheva met us and sat us down at the table. The waitress, a lady in her forties, looked at us as if we had come to borrow money from her. With a disgustingly arrogant look, she accepted the order and left. Time passed. People came, sat down, ordered, and food was brought to them. We waited for the barbecue for over an hour. I went to the bar several times and asked the hostess to hurry up. I was advised to watch the sunset..... As a result, the waitress, with the same disgustingly arrogant look, brought us food that we didn't even want to eat... After visiting this place, there was a nasty feeling that did not disappear even after 6 months.

I liked everything. Wonderful service. Interesting and delicious dishes, although not to say that there is a huge selection, but in order to spend a good evening it is enough. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices. It is located on the seashore. Probably the best in Pitsunda. I recommend.
They cook delicious, I really liked the red fish with shrimp, pasta on a solid four. It is better to go there in the evening, when the whole beach is empty.
