We went to this place in the evening, sat down at a table. The waiter came up to us about 10 minutes later. The menu was brought. That's it, they forgot about us after that. After sitting for another 15 minutes, studying the menu with sky-high prices. No one came up to us. We decided to leave this place and find something with a better relationship with customers. Don't set foot here anymore.

The receptionist is very colorful and lovely, but the wooden chairs are not comfortable. I would like a pillow under the fifth point. The food is delicious, we liked everything. We took the first cheese, chicken tobacco, berry tea, but the salad of tongue and vegetables floats in oil, not very pleasant. Prices are Moscow, 10% service is included in the bill. For three people with a child 6050-however!!! It is super expensive for Abkhazia!

There are only canteens and simple cafes in the Lzaa. When they found Amshyn in Pitsunda, there was no limit to joy, they began to eat there by taxi. Here Caesar is straight normal, not on mayonnaise, but with sauce, hard cheese, quail eggs... and the rest of the dishes are excellent, the serving. There are problems with the availability of immigrants, the coffee machine did not work, but this seems to be a common problem in logistics. Against the background of other places, there is delight.

A terrible institution , starting from the service and dissatisfied persons (swearing) of the staff to the food,it's not tasty 🤮🤢we tried many dishes,Caesar is the simplest sour sauce with mayonnaise, trout baked with shrimp mushrooms -boiled fish that you will make a hundred times tastier yourself,shrimps thrown on top and mushrooms, phew, even a cat did not there is in the institution, the smells from the kitchen make you vomit, it smells even on the street, we gave the institution a chance twice, it would be better to go to ARGO!!!it's very tasty, atmospheric, the chef has a talent from God!

Today 02.09 we tried to get into the restaurant. The colorful lady at the entrance was pleased that all the tables are reserved and you can not even wait for them to be free and there is nothing to stand on people's souls. I quote the so-called "hostess" at the entrance. The time was 17.30. A family with small children and a lady with a baby were sitting in the field of view, dinner at both tables was in full swing, it is unlikely that visitors in the field of view will sit until 00.00. I suggested that we take a walk and come back in an hour and a half, but Madame was adamant! She handed me a business card- they say, call reserve, tried to call, no one answered the phone three times! How do I get there? And there is no desire anymore! With this approach, half of the tables will be empty by 21 o'clock, the institution is probably working at the expense of cosmic prices! An extremely negative impression, without even having time to taste the food!

We went into the cafe several times and couldn't get in. There are a lot of tables, people are sitting, and the waiters say that it is already closed for the banquet. It's unlikely that people who get up and leave in a cafe in 15 minutes. And it's really possible to eat in 30-40 minutes. Only it can be seen that they are not interested in visitors. Conclusion, if you want to eat tasty and without problems, it is better to go to Gagra.

I put 1 point, because this is the minimum, although there was nothing to evaluate in fact.
We came to this institution on 09/10/2021 in the evening.
The waiter showed me a table from the doorway.
It seemed that there were fewer menu samples than tables, because most of the empty tables did not have them, I had to run through the entire establishment to the bar to ask for a menu.
Then the waiter himself ran around the place to find the menu.
Well, we think, okay, let's sit down and choose something, the menu is quite voluminous, there is a choice.
We have chosen, but no one is suitable to accept the order.
There are 2-3 waiters running around the place, not counting the bartender, but none of them fits.
We waited 5 minutes, waited 7, went to ask if we could invite the waiter to the table. The girl, one of the waiters, said she would be right there.
Another 5 minutes pass, there is no one, she calmly walks around the hall collecting orders from others.
By the way, 1-2 minutes after us, a company of 4 people came to the institution, sat down right at the table next to us. So at this point, they have been brought everything for a long time, and we are still sitting.
Patience is running out, let's go and catch the same waitress again, to which she gave us something similar: "you will be served by the same waiter who sat you down at the table, I have already called him."
Almost 5 more minutes pass, and no waiter appears.
After waiting for him for a total of about 15 minutes, we safely left for another institution.
Terrible service and customer focus.
P.S. I don't understand what the problem is with keeping records of arriving guests and approaching them about orders in the first few minutes.
You know, no one wants to wait for a waiter for 15 minutes, not to mention running around looking for him or begging for a menu due to his absence on the table.

For all the years we have traveled around Abkhazia along and across , we went on 09.09.2020 on recommendation to the Amshyn restaurant , the kitchen for three , the waiting time at boarding is long , but the most amazing thing is the prices for local caught fish ), from the excesses of the past in the menu prices for 100g of dishes , which puts the client in an incomprehensible situation, the result is local fish ( not the one that was transported from Norway and other countries ))))) flounder per person, the chef counted a gram of 750 g in the bill of 3000)))))) rub, the most expensive steak in Moscow from marbled beef also came out 3000, but Moscow is justified))))), the total bill for two is 6000, everything would be fine if in Moscow, but here)))), guys, if you work for pure fucking, do not wait for good reviews, and also do not wait recommendations .

On September 2, we had dinner with my wife at this restaurant, ordered 5 different dishes, including dessert. Returning home to Adler, my wife's health deteriorated sharply. Upon arrival home, it became obvious from the reaction of the body that the cause was food poisoning. We didn't eat in other establishments that day, we always cook everything fresh from under the knife at home. The poisoning was so severe that they even thought to call an ambulance, 3 days in bed, fever and all the related consequences. Thanks to the chef of this establishment. He would have been fed the same and all those who work in this kitchen, shameful!!!!
P.S. On September 3, my wife and I had plans, but they were not destined to come true, all weekend on a smart. And all because of the criminal behavior of Amshyn's kitchen staff!
I highly recommend it!!!

Two stars only for the pasta with chicken and mushrooms that my husband ate.
I was eating mashed potatoes with a chicken chop. The puree is bland and cold. The schnitzel is badly burnt, even with a black crust.
The atmosphere is fussy, the room is noisy, the tables are located close to each other.
But the waitress was friendly and the interior was on the level.
It wasn't worth it.

There is an incredibly atmospheric cafe on the beach. We were in Pitsunda one day and were extremely surprised by this place. The kindness and responsiveness of the staff only enhances the feeling of comfort from this fabulous place. The food is really delicious, fresh. We will definitely stop in Pitsunda again!

We visited this institution the other day. I don't recommend it. We came to have dinner with a view of the sunset and the sea. Since we have already learned how waiters work in Abkhazia, we decided to check and order what 2 lattes and a strudel can bring quickly. We sat and waited for 50 minutes. Kapets! Moreover, there were very few people in the institution. So naturally we didn't think about any dinner anymore. One star per location.

I was with my wife and children for the first time yesterday. I got the impression that I was in a fairy tale. It's a very beautiful view. Charming, friendly waiters. The menu is very diverse. By the way, the price is not expensive. Now it's my favorite restaurant in the world. I've been to this restaurant many times. I consider it the best and most modern place in Pitsunda. A huge plus is that the restaurant is open in winter. Amshin is located right on the seashore on the edge of a pine forest. The food is very tasty. this applies to absolutely all dishes - pastries, second, first and desserts. There is no such delicious and varied food anywhere in Pitsunda. This is especially true for desserts - there is a large selection and everything is very, very tasty. The interior is decorated with great taste. I like that there are tables on the balcony and in good weather you can sit there. The staff is friendly and courteous. Everything is organized at the highest level.
