Hello everyone.
I've been there since October 17-30, 21.
To be honest, I chose the hotel based on reviews, there were several options, but I chose this one for the price. Fortunately, there was a hot option, and the price is very pleasant. Not the point.
I didn't expect much supernatural from the hotel itself.
In principle, it was so. It can be seen that everything is time-worn)) But in general, it worked. Outwardly, not bad.
And the room is, in principle, not bad. TV, 2 beds, kettle, refrigerator (2 free bottles of water), hair dryer, wardrobe, safe (which really broke down, but the reception reacted and it was changed, but the truth is during the day).
There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception on the day.
And so, few people speak Russian. But they try to understand.
The hotel itself is located all alone in the middle of the desert and the sea) So if someone wants to go for a walk, then you are not here.
Do not go into the sea without safety shoes, shells and corals. Plus, there is also a long descent to the depths.
The best way is to go to the Pier, there are just a couple of reefs for diving, a cool topic)
The food is not bad, you can always find something.
In general, I liked the hotel. But...
if they ask, will I come here again? Then probably not, than yes)

The cost of the tour here is very budgetary, for this money it is a very good hotel. Of course, there is no city or infrastructure around, but if you do not leave the hotel except for excursions, everything is OK.
They are fed often and well. The variety is not great, but it is quite enough.
A great cafe with excellent coffee.
At the very top there is an "Italian" restaurant - pasta is served for dinner.
Just don't pay attention to the renovation in the rooms, it's just light cosmetics, instead of a complete restoration.
The sea is from the pier, there is no point in entering from the shore, it is very far to the depth there)
Take a higher floor)
In general, the top for your money.

To say it is bad, to say nothing. 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) were given a room with 3 small beds and one sofa. But initially, the tour operator and I chose a room with 2 bedrooms. That was also written on the voucher, but they decided to save money on us. No one changed our room for 1 day, the guide arrived on the second day and after the scandal they only changed it. Although the hotel is considered 4*, but it does not take more than 3 *. We have never changed the bed in 7 days. There was no shampoo in the room until 3 times they asked for it. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time.Although the hotel is the first line, but there is little water. I had to walk 800 m to get at least knee-deep water. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, I don't recommend this hotel. The only plus is the delicious fish and the show program.

1. And most importantly, there is no sea!!!!!!! Every day it goes 200 meters away, exposing the coral bottom, along which you will not enter the water from the beach without special shoes. This must be taken into account if you are going on vacation with children. The entrance to the sea is only from the pontoon and here are the next disadvantages - it opens when an employee arrives (about 9 am). that is, if you went to breakfast at 7, you can take your time at sea, the pontoon is closed. Once on it, after walking about 200m, the next disappointment is the entrance to the water alone. There is only one staircase and a queue of people who want to go in and out, it is very inconvenient. The fence to the buoys is 50 meters. A very small square for swimming. It is bathing, ptmh swimming here simply will not work. You will be whistled and pulled out of the water if you decide to swim further. When entering the water from the stairs, the depth was immediately and there were always waves, the wind accompanied the whole vacation very strong. If you swim so-so, and even more so with children, this option will obviously disappoint you((
2. Strong winds. And not for a day or two, which could be assumed to be coincidental, but for all 12 days of rest. There was a sandstorm one day, it's just trash 😖
3. The concept of the hotel. Everything is very ill-conceived, you can ignore it, but the impression is built from the little things.
For example: the hotel has a main restaurant/bar (in the main building), a pool bar, a beach bar and a snack cafe on the beach. You decided to have a snack on the beach at lunch, so as not to return to the main restaurant. They took a pizza, and they send you to the bar for drinks. OK, there's a beach bar right around the corner, but apart from beer and lemonades, you won't be offered anything. Over a glass of wine, go to the main bar, don't forget to get dressed, no one will serve you in a towel. And so you walk 500 meters in the heat while your pizza cools down over wine. They will pour 100 grams, ask for more, they will twist their muzzle. The kindness of the staff leaves much to be desired, this is a separate point. The most polite person in the hotel is our room cleaner.
Next, about logistics. There is a cafe on the ground floor where they make excellent coffee, but again twenty-five. If you want to have coffee at breakfast in the morning, then please go down to the 1st floor separately, and then go up to the second floor to the main restaurant.
There are 2 bars on the 1st floor - alco and without alco (where there is coffee). So if you want juice besides coffee, then go to another bar (alco).
In short, it is already clear that everything seems to be there, but it is stupidly not thought out and not customer-oriented ((
3. Staff
I have never met such a piggish attitude. I walk up to the bar, the employee is standing with his back, watching TV. Another person approaches, he knows perfectly well that the guests are behind him, but continues to look. He turns around, with an exclamation of dislike, throws the toothpick violently on the floor and waits for our order. Is this normal?
Another day, we ask for juice and rum. Pours, after a while we come up again. He says he's out of juice. Well, OK, sometimes we take soda. Following us, the next tourists ask for juice - he gets it. What kind of double standards? Not only is there trouble with cocktails, the staff does not know the contents of the pinocolade and cannot cook, but they also refuse to pour ordinary drinks.
4. Animation
Don't expect to be actively entertained here. Alas, it seems that the animators are only happy if they don't find a volleyball or aqua aerobics team. Upon arrival, we did not see any animators at all for 2 days, complained to our guide, and a miracle happened. It was the first time we saw this employee on the beach. All the action takes place in the pool area (the water is cold by the way). There is only volleyball on the beach and only in the evening. All.
Of the advantages:
Nice room, beautiful view from the window. Sooooo, there is not enough brush in the toilet, well, such a trifle could be corrected, many people write about it.
The food is delicious and quite varied, BUT there is no fruit. More precisely, you will be offered oranges and apples. There were melons twice during the whole vacation, there were no watermelons at all.
Well, the advantages end there.
A Russian family with children arrived with us, who on the 2nd day were already trying to move to another hotel, there is no children's animation, they are not allowed into the pool without an adult even taking into account armbands and a depth of 120 cm!!!! You can't jump, you can't do anything. You can't go in from the pier in the morning, because the worker has not yet come, and the exit from the water is at 17.30, although the sun has not set yet. Some kind of ghetto with a lot of restrictions, no other way.
Sorry for the money spent, that's all I can say about this vacation.

We went in September 2021, everything looks like the post-war period, everything is shabby, the service is average for 5 people. The rooms are dirty, the bed linen is stained. Tips are expected from you everywhere, it's not clear just for what??? The food is quite average, egurts and other food of incomprehensible freshness were afraid to eat. They ate almost the same thing, but without success. They were poisoned in the 2nd week, first me, then a friend. In the sea, the entrance to the photos is deceptive, do not be fooled, it seems that the sand, and there it is slightly dusted, the rest is all a sponge stone in which sikarakhs live. The whole bottom is littered with them. Every day the Water decreases there and you can watch them climb out. The hotel is not well located, there is always a hurricane-strong wind, it is not possible to take pictures or lie down! We got to the edge of the lure for excursions and massages on site!!!! This hotel does not share religious views, you are splashing in the pool, girls in burkinis are splashing next to you, and her husband is diving underwater in a suit, in the pool ... what is interesting is he looking at there… It's a long way to go on excursions in all directions! But we bravely still rolled down to Luxor, then to Cairo to the pyramids. We went to Cairo one day! I do not advise from Hurghada, for sure, of the whole trip we were given only 1 hour to "run around all the pyramids and the sphinx", the rest of the time was killed by them in the store of perfume oils and other similar stuff! Egypt! Don't wait for us anymore.

The 4* hotel. The service is for 2. The rooms are decent, but you go to a dirty room. Then they clean up better for tips. And in general, you can get your "all inclusive" package for a tip. The attitude of the staff towards tourists leaves much to be desired... The food is also meager and monotonous. The sea is shallow (good for small children), 150 meters pier, at the end of which there is a place for swimming fenced with buoys. There is nothing for children. Playground with swings, everything. Wi-fi is normally free, pulls video calls, you can watch movies. It's a 1.5 hour drive from the airport.

There is no sea in this hotel (As the locals told us, you need to come on a full moon, then the sea is at least a little, but there is😳but it is not worth counting on you to be at least waist-deep. Of course, there is a pier with a length of about a kilometer, you can dive there, but the place is fenced with a grid, as the waves are very strong. The staff is mostly friendly, but there are of course exceptions. For free excursions from the tour operator (fur, souvenirs and textiles store, oils) I strongly advise you not to go. It is better to go to Hurghada and see for yourself.There are shops at the exit of the hotel, the prices are too high, so bargain. If you want to buy oil, buy it at the pharmacy at times cheaper.Also be prepared that there is a constant (daily and every minute) wind, strong enough.There is no animation as such, and there is no disco either.
