The hotel is good and the staff is friendly.the only negative is the sea, only from the pier.but this is not a problem if there are many pools without children.There are plenty of sun beds everywhere.and as for nutrition, it's just fine.It was in December 2021

We were in December 2021 before the new year. For my money, it's fine, without frills, I liked that there were very few people.
Of the cons: we got a normal-looking room, but if you start looking closely, but the price covers everything. You do not buy from the shore, you need to walk along the pontoon, and there is nowhere to put a towel there.
Among the advantages: a chic bar near the reception, very tasty coffee, the children took different coffee drinks.

The 4* hotel. The service is for 2. The rooms are decent, but you go to a dirty room. Then they clean up better for tips. And in general, you can get your "all inclusive" package for a tip. The attitude of the staff towards tourists leaves much to be desired... The food is also meager and monotonous. The sea is shallow (good for small children), 150 meters pier, at the end of which there is a place for swimming fenced with buoys. There is nothing for children. Playground with swings, everything. Wi-fi is normally free, pulls video calls, you can watch movies. It's a 1.5 hour drive from the airport.

I really liked the hotel: everything is done in a classic style and with taste. Every guest feels comfortable in the lobby and lobby bar. There is enough space for numerous companies and for couples in love. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and attracts with its beautiful flower beds, flowers, manicured lawns and trees. Several pools connected to each other provide an opportunity for kids and teenagers to play, and there is also enough space for adults. There are sun beds with canopies around the pools, and a bar is open. Indian, Italian and seafood restaurants invite guests. Animators know their business - gymnastics, aqua aerobics, dance lessons, games and evening shows - will not leave you indifferent. A separate delight to the staff of the Auastars diving center! There is no sea in this hotel (As the locals told us, you need to come on a full moon, then the sea is at least a little, but there is😳but it is not worth counting on you to be at least waist-deep. Of course, there is a pier with a length of about a kilometer, you can dive there, but the place is fenced with a grid, as the waves are very strong. The staff is mostly friendly, but there are of course exceptions. For free excursions from the tour operator (fur, souvenirs and textiles store, oils) I strongly advise you not to go. It is better to go to Hurghada and see for yourself.There are shops at the exit of the hotel, the prices are too high, so bargain. If you want to buy oil, buy it at the pharmacy at times cheaper.Also be prepared that there is a constant (daily and every minute) wind, strong enough.There is no animation as such, and there is no disco either.

Constant wind, waves, tides. The sea is shallow, like in Anapa, with km to go and it will not be deep. The rooms are so-so, it's very clear from the plumbing that it's time to change it. The animation is dead- no movement during the day or in the evening. There is no place to go - the hotel stands apart from everything and everyone. Everywhere they try to inflate and dilute. Expectation and reality did not match.

I stayed at this hotel in September 2021.
A good hotel, as stated for 4* matches. The only drawback is the outgoing sea, it is practically not there very shallow and every morning the tide was out by about 800 meters. And, the hotel itself is very well maintained, there are many pools, the staff is friendly, the restaurant has a good assortment of dishes.

We went in September 2021, everything looks like the post-war period, everything is shabby, the service is average for 5 people. The rooms are dirty, the bed linen is stained. Tips are expected from you everywhere, it's not clear just for what??? The food is quite average, egurts and other food of incomprehensible freshness were afraid to eat. They ate almost the same thing, but without success. They were poisoned in the 2nd week, first me, then a friend. In the sea, the entrance to the photos is deceptive, do not be fooled, it seems that the sand, and there it is slightly dusted, the rest is all a sponge stone in which sikarakhs live. The whole bottom is littered with them. Every day the Water decreases there and you can watch them climb out. The hotel is not well located, there is always a hurricane-strong wind, it is not possible to take pictures or lie down! We got to the edge of the lure for excursions and massages on site!!!! This hotel does not share religious views, you are splashing in the pool, girls in burkinis are splashing next to you, and her husband is diving underwater in a suit, in the pool ... what is interesting is he looking at there… It's a long way to go on excursions in all directions! But we bravely still rolled down to Luxor, then to Cairo to the pyramids. We went to Cairo one day! I do not advise from Hurghada, for sure, of the whole trip we were given only 1 hour to "run around all the pyramids and the sphinx", the rest of the time was killed by them in the store of perfume oils and other similar stuff! Egypt! Don't wait for us anymore.
