Pros: excellent location - in the center, on a fairly quiet street. Everyone speaks Russian. Spacious room (lived in 715, double superior), panoramic Windows with city views, comfortable bed, kettle, iron, hairdryer, safe in the room. There is hot water in the bathroom, disposable supplies. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the room was warm. Daily change of towels and cleaning (about cleaning below in the cons). The breakfasts are the same every day, but gorgeous - food for every taste (eggs of all kinds, cheese, sausages, fruits, vegetables, pastries, delicious coffee). The dining room staff works perfectly, there are no empty plates, the tables are cleaned quickly and a clean tablecloth is laid after each guest. Cons: upon check-in, it turned out that the bathroom was not cleaned (there was a pile of obviously not our hair on the floor, the toilet was dirty). The mugs (which come with the kettle) were dirty too. Asking the reception to clean up didn't help much, (in the evening I washed the toilet on my own, as well as long black hair from the floor). The hair in the bathroom appeared daily, after cleaning (apparently from a dirty rag). I somehow managed the cleaning on my own. But the fact that there is no sound insulation from the word at all was a complete surprise in the new hotel. Our room was opposite the elevator, you could hear everyone passing by, and the elevator, and all the neighbors. The ventilation in the bathroom turns on along with all the electricity in the room, at night it was necessary to de-energize the room (they pulled out the card), because it was impossible to sleep because of the hum.
