And it started so beautifully! Tour from 08/04/2023 to 08/09/2023. The choice fell on the 6-day combo tour Karelia-St. Petersburg. An employee of the company reminded us more than once about the comfort of a bus that is at most 3 years old. So we decided to go! And here is day X-E. We find a bus and there, instead of a Luhari Bass, there is some kind of 30-year-old horn that smokes and sneezes. 1. Throughout the entire road, the overhead luggage compartments opened from different ends and in a random order. 2. The air conditioner was working in the mode (I don't want to / won't), to myself, but at +30 it wasn't cold. 3. When the driver went out to overtake, the bus rocked so that adrenaline began to flow down his leg into his sneakers. 4. The bus was dirty inside, it was unpleasant to take on all the scuffed surfaces, I won't even paint about dirty curtains. One of the tourists was constantly dripping from the ceiling, the attendant shrugged her shoulders and offered to cope somehow with the help of tape, jokingly hinting that this was just a feature of the bus. 5. Of the entertainment, during the trip there was only viewing the scenery through a dirty window. I would like to note that the TVs were still on the bus, although they were portable and not working. Oh, yes, on the way back, the middle door was wedged and it wouldn't open without help.
Regarding the events, I liked everything in general, although there are points that are worth mentioning. It's about a drive to the first point in Karelia
18 hours, people from St. Petersburg are hungry. (It's still 6 hours away from St. Petersburg)
Karelia. The first point involves riding on the water and visiting the island, it's still two + hours, people are hungry. After skiing, we immediately drive for 2 hours to the Ruskeala Mountain Park, which takes 3 hours. In total, a late lunch for two with a queue in the park took an hour and 2000 rubles (about 70 bel rubles) was not budget-friendly. The territory of the park is large and in two hours you can only walk around it with a quick step, bungee jumping and rope jumping are out of the question, there is little time. For some reason, they kept pushing us and scaring us that it was late, namely at two o'clock in the morning we would check into the hotel, although in fact we checked in much earlier, at 9 p.m., the bottom line was that it was possible to stay in the park longer.
There is no claim to the hotel in Petrozavodsk, the bugs did not bite and it's nice. We immediately knew where and what would be there, so we mentally prepared.
Alloy. There are no complaints about the guys who conducted it, everything is at the highest level, with dinner and songs around the campfire, everything is on top, although for unprepared people rowing for two hours with oars is still entertainment, but what delicious pasta after that). I must say right away that you need to take a change of clothes and a change of shoes with you and not succumb to the persuasions of the accompanying person about the fact that shoes / sneakers / shoes / things will dry out on the way, they will not dry out. Further, after visiting waterfalls and other attractions, very little time is given for everything 20-30 minutes, you only have time to walk and take a photo. There is no time left to admire the beauties. And they push you all the time.
Peter. The road to it is about 6 hours. First of all, we stopped for lunch and were surprised at the relatively inexpensive price (about 700 rubles for two) and most importantly, we ate deliciously. In the middle of the way, it turned out that the hotel in St. Petersburg would not be five minutes from the metro, but 20, somewhere on the outskirts in the industrial zone, next to hostels for nonresident workers. We drove to the city center by taxi for 25 minutes without traffic jams. Yes, I liked the Baltiyskaya hotel and the service, but the deserted streets at night and drunks did not give me a reason to go out for an evening walk.
The last day. Visit to the Catherine Palace, after an hour-long sightseeing tour of the water. People are hungry. Three hours are allocated for the palace as well as for the park in Ruskeala. So the question arises of being hungry and watching more, or having lunch and galloping. After the event, we stopped at the shopping center for lunch and purchases, allocated only 40 minutes.
Arriving home, we decided to call the tour company and ask about the bus and clarify some points. The operator said that all the buses were new, and we were sent to explain our claim about the bus to a specially trained person, apparently. Instead of apologizing, they replied that, well, you got there!

The weekend tour to St. Petersburg caused great positive excitement. I went with my husband.
Everything is insanely cool.
Drivers Alexander and Evgeny delivered us everywhere on time and without incident.
Alexander is a very cool, attentive and understanding escort for 5+.
We were also super lucky to have a guide. Elizabeth is young, full of strength and energy. It is clear that the person is doing his own thing. It is very interesting and most importantly, it tells and shows everything clearly, also on 5+. The hotel justifies its 3 stars. Everything is decent, affordable, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available.

Kazan in July. Overall, a well-organized tour. If you get ready, then be prepared for a long and tedious journey. It's a "song" to Moscow, but then the road gets narrower (repairs, road widening) and traffic jams appear. You can stand in traffic jams for about an hour. Kazan impresses with its night beauty, architecture, cultural heritage, cuisine, and people...But it's actually one and a half days to get to know her, if you take an excursion to Bulgaria. That is, not enough. Yoshkar-Ola is an interesting city, with modern buildings a la Bruges, but with rusty parapets on the bridge, weeds on the lawns, peeling bricks, which gives away that we are in Russia)).In general, such an aesthetic pleasure. I had an hour of free time - I was thinking where to kill. Well, Hood turned up on the "Venetian Square".the museum.
Then there was Vladimir for a transhit overnight stay. But this city, unfortunately, did not receive the attention of the company(((
Then Suzdal. In Suzdal, I was surprised by the attitude of Vitaly's escort to the city and its historical heritage. It was said that "there is nothing to see here." In my opinion,
this is a very unprofessional approach. There are more than 200 cultural and historical objects in the city, and there is nothing to see and do here?! It's good that the tour guide loves his city and the tour was interesting, but very fast. Suzdal is an atomospheric city and it would be possible to allocate more time at least for independent visits to some cultural sites.
Then, who will gather for a mead tasting for 700 rubles, then be prepared that there will be no show) A terrified and clamped presenter in a Russian sundress will offer you to drink different varieties of mead in turn, muttering something about mead in between. But in my opinion, wasted time and money. The mead is not a bit better than it is sold in the nearest cafe for 70 rubles
From the additional.I recommend excursions - a trip to Bulgaria.
A master class on cooking echpochmaks and plus lunch - you will not learn the secrets of the special Tatar cuisine, the chefs will help to make the echpochmak. But in general, the guys tried to create an atomosphere and the lunch was delicious. Therefore, it is not so categorical here.
Another wish is for the accompanying person not only to acquaint tourists with sanitary stops, but also to give a little travel information about the country, the city where we are going or passing, to pay attention to the natural beauties (mountains, rivers) that meet along the way. This is the first time I have come across such an uninteresting escort. But as an organizer for stops, collection announcements, and hotel check-in, there are no questions.

Tour to Georgia with arrival from Vitebsk 13.08-28.08
I can't say anything bad about the company, but they need to choose who to cooperate with in Georgia itself. The bus is normal, except that the promised bus WiFi did not work all the way there and back (according to the attendant, it worked, just the coverage area, the number of people connected, etc. excuses). You can't eat on the bus. A peculiar rule, taking into account some of the features of leaving Georgia, but approx.
And this whole review wouldn't be worth the time spent writing it if it weren't for the staff in Georgia itself. Check-in at the hotel began with threats to call the police if there is noise after 23.00. In general, the rule is normal, but why bother the whole bus right away? That's who's going to yell - go up to them. It's the first time I've seen this, but okay, flowers.
The hotel manager is Alexey. We were warned on the bus about his vulnerable and gentle nature, and that we should take care of him (?Am I going on vacation, or am I taking care of someone? And who will take care of me?) . In fact, Alexey is a sad, absolutely negative person, whom it was difficult to approach with an elementary question, because he knew how to make a problem out of the blue. There were not enough ropes on the French balcony and do you need more? No!!! And you can't hang it in the yard either! There is NO corkscrew in the dining room!!! (and a look like a drunkard) Vague washing rules (either a record, or not a record, but stress). And a bunch of similar little things, out of the blue. An unpleasant person, spoiled the rest. But when they got to the owner of the hotel, then Alexey began to sparkle with friendliness and helpfulness.
Further. The bus offers guided tours. Don't get fooled. This is a banal taxi to a place with a story on the way about something. I took 3 excursions, I regretted 2 of them. According to Tbilisi standards within the allotted time. I also took the Mtiral and waterfalls of mountainous Adjara from the company, and I will not recommend them to anyone. Mtirala is beautiful, but there is little time. 2 steep and long ascents and 2.5 hours for everything. We barely made it. All at a gallop. And this is a steep climb.

A local man shouted to the guide that it was closed, the group began to grumble, but the guide walked like a tank to the right point. I came, saw that the waterfall was really closed, turned around and went back. No apologies, no improvisation (it didn't work out with this location, but there is another place nearby ...) - everything is OK with her.
If you want a high-quality tour, book privately from the locals. In such a private tour, we saw a lot of interesting locations, and sat in a restaurant (3 hours, all inclusive), and ate, not even tried everything, and got drunk (both chacha and wine). And we received a master class in national dance with dressing up. We left early in the morning, arrived late in the evening. The tour is great, and at a price more expensive than those offered on the bus by only $ 5.

A review of a bus tour from Minsk to Kobuletti with the Anita company.buy. 30.06.2023-07/15/2023. The Diva Hotel. The cost of the tour was $ 410 + 200 r tourist service. This tour was booked by our company in advance - in February. The bonus was a 50 r discount on the tour service and the ability to choose a seat on the bus. The day before, I received an SMS with information about departure (the bus number is the contact of the accompanying person). The departure took place at 6:30 from the central bus station. Immediately, the lining for the seating of tourists began. We were lucky - we were sitting as agreed, but 3-4 families were definitely not sitting in their places. The attendant did not regulate these moments in any way, she regularly sounded "And this is not for me, I will pass the information to the office." During the first day's journey, no sanitary stops were reported in advance. When we arrived, the escort made an announcement about the parking time. We arrived in Voronezh for the night about 3 hours later than the expected time, as there were traffic jams and repair work on the way. I really liked the hotel. It was posted quickly. In the morning there was a good quality portioned breakfast. The bus was parked far from the entrance, which inconvenienced tourists, but probably brought comfort to the drivers, who, by the way, on the way to Georgia absolutely did not bother to help with luggage at least to those who needed it. The guys stood quietly to the side. Then there was a night transfer to Georgia through the territory of the Russian Federation. There were stops for hot meals on the way. At each point it was really tasty and affordable. About $5 a full meal. The border was passed quickly enough. Then there were stops at the sights. They gave 30-40 minutes for each, but this is a very dubious pleasure after a long night move. People were tortured and wanted to go to the Tbilisi hotel faster.
Upon arrival in Tbilisi, the accommodation was quite fast. After 2-2 and a half hours, it was necessary to go on a sightseeing tour of the city. The tour was uninformative. Don't waste your time on her. It is better to relax a little more in the room and go for a walk yourself in the evening. It wasn't just me who was unhappy. Many tourists complained: the guide did not have a microphone, the route was very mediocre (I had been to Tbilisi 2 times before - I know what I'm talking about). At the end of the tour, tasting is one name. Corny, there was not enough space for all tourists. If you cannot organize it at a decent level, do not include it in the so-called "excursion". The check-out from the hotel was very early. Breakfast was replaced with lunch boxes, which three-quarters of the bus threw out immediately. It's not breakfast, don't count on it. There was a transfer and a walk to Borjomi. It is a walk that is not an excursion. There was very little time, i.e. again some kind of formal point of contact.
Then we arrived in Kobuletti. The check-in at the hotel was quick. The Diva Hotel left a pleasant impression: clean, tidy, tidy. The hotel has a Gia manager - he solved any issue that arose among tourists, for which I personally thank him very much. Absolutely nothing was ignored. On the day of departure, the tourists said goodbye to him very warmly.
As for the food at the hotel. It is declared as three times a day. The food left much to be desired. I can only relate this to the fact that the hotel had a "restaurant". If the budget is very limited and you are counting on hotel meals, this is clearly not an option. The portions are small, monotonous, there were days when there was absolutely no meat. This is a clear disadvantage. In the evenings, the hotel had discos for tourists. It started at about 9, at 12 at night everything turned off. We bought wine right at the hotel. 10 GEL per liter. We were satisfied. As for the beach: large pebbles, there is a lot of space on the beach. Sun loungers can be rented. The sea is clear, but it gets deep very quickly. As for the excursions: here the escort was extremely sociable and talked in as much detail as possible. I recommended to be determined on the bus (on the way to Kobuletti), I collected money from all those living there on the bus. In our case, 2 excursions were canceled (one of which was free from AnitaBay) due to weather conditions (it rained for 3 days). We only got to Batumi in the evening, and I do not recommend going there. The departure was at 19:30. Most of the tour took place in the dark. It is much more rational to take a taxi or minibus from Kobuletti, get there and walk on your own. Everything is very compactly located there. Don't waste your time)
During bad weather, we went to the local market. It is 3-4 km from the hotel. The prices for spices and sweets are exactly the same as in the resort area. There is an alcohol store near the hotel (wine-cognac-chacha) - you can buy everything there. The prices are slightly lower than the resort ones. But I need to carefully recalculate the total amount, they counted more for me. At the end of the rest, there was a return trip. It was more complicated than that. Two overnight transfers and 1 overnight stay in Rostov. The hotel in Rostov was inconvenient for tourists: in one building there was a reception desk, rooms in other buildings - everyone had to carry things. In the morning there was breakfast, which was served by a very unpleasant and unhurried woman, but this is just a human factor. On the way back, information about sanitary stops was already reported in advance. One of the drivers (Evgeny) helped with the bags as needed. Special thanks to him for that. If we talk about a vacation at sea: everything went just fine. As for the road : It's long and hard. The number of night crossings needs to be clearly reviewed and the program changed. Terrible organization of a trip to Kazan from Minsk.

We went on a tour of Adygea + sea holidays in Lermontovo from 07/04/2022 to 07/17/2022. Only positive emotions remained. Adygea is a separate topic. There is no place more beautiful and interesting for outdoor enthusiasts — the Adyghe sights are really worth seeing! Many thanks to the guide Galina in Adygea. She had a cheerful enthusiasm, she was equal to the main contingent present, and clarifying questions did not annoy her, but she simply revealed the material of interest more - she is a pro. Special thanks to the accompanying Elena and the drivers who were with us along the way. The bus is comfortable, good, the air conditioners worked. One small disadvantage for them is that they drove all the way in silence without musical accompaniment, i.e. they wanted music or radio. We watched a couple of movies the whole way there and back. And going with music is a good mood (after all, we are going on vacation), and the road is easier, and time is not so long. Now about a vacation in Lermontovo. The Victoria Hotel itself is not bad. Located across the street from the sea. The location is good. There are different rooms. At first, we were accommodated in a room without a window with a fan. But at the first request, we were immediately moved to a room with a sea view and air conditioning. The room was nice. The rooms in this hotel are not cleaned, it should be done by the vacationers themselves. This is of course a minus. There was often no hot water. The beach is not bad. The water was dirty because the sea was stormy, but this is the beach to the right of the hotel. We went to the beach to the left of the hotel. The water was clear there and there was a gentle entrance to the sea, which is very good. It was only necessary to overcome about a meter of the rocky entrance to the sea, and then the sandy bottom, it's just a blessing to walk on such a bottom))). In general, we liked the rest, we are waiting for the next vacation to go on tour again with AnitaVu. They have a lot of interesting things, but first we consider Dagestan. We went to Kazan on 24.06-29.06. This is not the first trip with this company, but this time I wanted to write a review. They traveled all the time with different escorts, there were no questions even once, but they did not perform anything useful beyond the minimum functions. Vitaly accompanied us on this trip, thanks to him for a wonderful trip! He told me what is better to see, and where it is cheaper to buy and bring, how it is easier to get there and a lot of useful and interesting information, which made the rest easier and more interesting. It is immediately clear that the person is in his place. And his story about other Antita tours... I immediately wanted to go to everything without going home!
You get used to good things quickly, now we will expect the same from the rest)

I do not recommend using the services of this company.It's a complete setup, both with the hotel and with seats on the train.We went to St. Petersburg on 08/24/2023.One hotel was initially announced, but in fact, a day before departure, you are informed about another hotel, which is an order of magnitude worse than the declared one.The hotel is near the construction site, around the industrial zone, there is no infrastructure.A train ride is a separate topic.The whole group rode back in side seats and in different carriages.The first time I came across a situation when I book a trip two months in advance and get such a service.They fell for this company because of the hotel that was originally announced.In general, I do not advise, complete disregard for customers!!!👎👎👎

I went to Dagestan in April 2023. The first time I went on vacation with this travel agency, but now I'm sure it won't be the last. Everything is at the highest level, the accompanying person is wonderful, a person who knows his job. The hotel in Makhachkala is cool. The tour program is well designed, but Dagestan itself simply cannot be described in words, I have not seen such beauty yet. There was a charger on the bus, the seats are well laid out backwards and sideways, the only disadvantage in the bus is the lack of nets on the back of the seat in front, because of this there is nowhere to put the phone, passport and so on, but these are small things against the background of such a wonderful holiday, which was very professionally organized by the travel agency AnitaVU, thank them very much for their work🖤

From 08/08/2023 to 08/23/2023, Anita and I went on vacation to Georgia. The long-awaited vacation ended upon arrival in Kobuleti and check-in at the Kobuleti inn hotel. For 20 years of bus travel experience, the hotel room was amazing in its size. The room was a set of beds with narrow passages between them (for one person to pass, the rest had to leave the room or jump on the bed), as it turned out later, these were cockroach trails. How to dislike your customers in order to move into such rooms.

They don 't think about customers .
The Peter-Karelia tour from 06.08 to 12.08 bought seats without the right to choose seats on the bus. Before leaving, we were informed of the numbers of seats 48, 49 and told to take a jacket with us, because these are the last places and it blows there. What kind of jacket can we talk about in the summer in the heat is not at all clear, as well as why the company does not warn that it sells us seats in the gallery that do not recline and which are cold, like in a refrigerator because of the air conditioner … Why did the four of us pay the same amount for seats as the people who literally slept on our laps and rode comfortably?? Night crossing , the seats are vertical , there is no room at all for the legs because of the people sitting in front , who were lying down . ( I attached a photo of how little space there is in the back ) It was so cold that everything was more or less warm . When asked to turn off the air conditioner, we heard: "Then the whole bus will be hot," i.e. did we have to suffer for the comfort of all other passengers? Such places should not be sold at all!!
Accompanying Hope is a separate issue. Before the tour of Ladoga, we went to a fish shop, and she said that we were going to get on the bus and go from there to the lake. When we got on the bus, it turned out that she had already left to seat everyone who came by boat and the drivers showed us where to go, because she did not plan to return. Well , we thought well and went laughing to look , we were seated on different boats and we set off . Upon arrival, I asked Nadezhda if all the boats had arrived, she said no and I stayed waiting for my sister, only 10 minutes later it turned out that everyone had arrived and I was waiting for manna from heaven)) Then she said that after the toilet she was waiting for everyone on the bus and we would go to the store with local alcohol . Arriving on the bus, it turned out that there was no need to go to the store, that it was within walking distance and our "star" had already taken away those who arrived earlier ... the curtain.
By the way , I do not advise you to take this alcohol . The composition is like nuclear fuel .
Conclusion: everything was well organized , the impression was spoiled by the bus ( there is also glass wobbling and knocking ) and the accompanying Hope .

The reviews from the site are positive, so I decided to write my impression of a trip to St. Petersburg with this tour operator.
I'll start by choosing a train as a transfer. You can still lie down there and sleep...not like half-sitting on the bus (I thought). But that was not the case, the car was trailed for us, i.e. the seats were not in the main train, but separately under an agreement with bel railway. And of course, the car is old, still with opening windows, narrow and short side seats, and with one outlet for the entire car. For work, over the past six months, I had to travel by train often, and there are no such cars even in the Republic of Belarus. On the way to St. Petersburg, only one toilet worked, for 50+ people. The air conditioner was working, but we only felt it at night. From other reviews, I understand that it is more comfortable to travel by bus than by train, although the train is more expensive.
The train departs from Minsk at 18:43. Upon boarding, the escort promised to distribute the program and talk through the details of the trip. She reached us around 12 a.m. At the same time, we immediately had to choose which excursions we wanted and pay for them before 6 a.m. According to the program, it turns out that upon arrival, we immediately go to Kronstadt, and from there to Peterhof. We will not be at the hotel before 16:30. Get ready that in the photos from these excursions you will be rumpled and sleepy. The escort advised me to clean up in the toilet at breakfast.
Breakfast is a separate topic. It takes 30 minutes by timing. They bring you to the cafe-dining room (something like our Lido), with one! the cash register. Where in addition to our group of 50+ people, other groups arrive and the locals eat. Do you think 30 minutes was enough to stand in a queue of 60 people and eat properly? Of course not. Someone was chewing on the move, someone was drinking coffee. I won't even tell you about the toilet. The queue of 30 more people does not fit into the timing, so we accept ourselves as we are and go to see the sights.
I will focus on the fact that there is also no time to buy a SIM card. If you don't have roaming, that's your problem.
Excursion to Kronstadt. 60 minutes has been declared. It takes 2 hours to get there. And all 2 hours the guide does not stop talking for a minute. But when we arrive in the city, we hear: you have 15 minutes to take a photo and get back on the bus. Then there was another stop for 25 minutes, exactly the same - self-employed. I think everyone realized that someone already needed to go to the toilet, and there are more and more people with excursions. That's what we saw.
3 hours are given in Peterhof. You'll have time to eat and watch. We took entrance tickets without a guide. If you want to get anywhere on the territory, everything is for a fee. Entrance - only the park. There is a bazaar and a cafe with +- average prices. Snacks and coffee can be found.
We arrived at the hotel around 17:00. It took another 20 minutes to check in.
There are no questions about the hotel. Comfortable, clean, tidy. But the location.... There is nothing nearby except an amusement park. No shopping center, no shop, no cafe (only in the park until 21:00). It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the metro. But there's not much choice there either. Supermarket and cafe-bistro. But if you go behind Gazprom Arena, you will see a long bridge with a stunning view of the bay. It's a pity you won't get enough of the view of the bay.
It was very striking that the attendant did not give any information. Neither in the vicinity of the hotel, nor on the transport that runs nearby. She didn't even say what the nearest metro station was called.
The night tour was again on the bus. Then they took me to look at the bridges. Tip: do not spend 2-3 hours and money on a tour about anything, spend time for yourself and drive up to look at the bridges by 1:00. Just ask in advance where to go, and the bus will pick you up back to the hotel.
An overview of St. Petersburg. Again, on the bus, stops only for photos and to the toilet for 10-15 minutes. Then they bring you to the center, a tour of the Peter and Paul Fortress (finally normal, on foot) and free time. When asked how to get back to the hotel, you have free time, then you come back yourself. Thank you, at least the nearest metro station was pointed with your hand, in the direction between the houses, with the words "somewhere over there." Somewhere over there, of course, we did not find it, we had to ask passers-by and walk almost 4 km,
let me remind you that there is no Internet, and no one explained how to get there by land.
Check-out from the hotel at 9:50. The tour of the rivers and canals takes place under an audio guide, you can also visit it yourself in your free time after a sightseeing tour, for example. And in the morning, stay at the hotel and pack up quietly for the road.
Tsarskoye Selo is paid. You will only be taken there, again, under the stories of the guide. And there - on your own. If you want to have a snack, go away from the palace and the park. And the prices are nicer, and there are no queues.
They were brought to the station 1:40 before the departure of the train. You will have time to eat, go to the nearest shops, and buy souvenirs (they are cheaper at the train station).
There are a lot of questions left. Why not give people free time on arrival to rest / need and provide themselves with everything they need, and then take them on excursions? Why is it necessary to cram breakfast into yourself on the first day on the go? Where is the tour of Kronstadt and Tsarskoye Selo...Not a bus chatter "along the road", but a normal walking tour? Due to the lack of a SIM card, all our free time was spent around the hotel. Neither to look for beautiful places and the way to them, nor to call a taxi.
It's better to go on your own! Or use this tour agency as a round-trip transfer. You will plan your time much better than Anitatur will do it for you.
I would like to add that it is not so easy to find an exchange office or a mobile phone store in St. Petersburg. On our way, 4 km away, we did not accidentally come across either one or the other. Therefore, it is better to monitor this information in advance. The easiest way to navigate is by metro station.

I went to St. Petersburg with this company, there were only disappointments. There were hard seats on the bus, and the air conditioner was almost not working. The hotel was located on the edge of the city. Right from the night we were sent on a sightseeing tour of the city, we were terribly tired.
