I am happy to write positive reviews. This is just such a case. We went to Moscow for the weekend. The tour is well organized, the hotel is well chosen, the excursion program is rich. Special thanks to the accompanying Valery, very attentive, provided for all the nuances, thought everything out, there was nothing to worry about.
I recently visited Georgia (08/24/28/2014) and now I can't calm down. Why did it end so quickly?
I went through Anitava by accident. I went to the Omega Tour travel agency in Mogilev and they offered to go in 3 days. I managed it and I don't regret it at all. I liked everything: the comfort of the buses, the professionalism of the drivers, the location and convenience of the S326 hotel, the weather, the sea, walks along the embankment, an excursion to Batumi, Georgian wine and everything, everything, everything. But I especially want to mention the professional work of Vadim's escort, the friendliness and hospitality of the hotel owner Sulkhan
We went on a tour of Georgia organized by Anitav and I would like to say a big thank you to the accompanying Alexandra, the drivers Oleg and Roman for their professionalism and pleasant company) During the trip, all sanitary stops were observed, due to which such a long journey was much easier. There was always an opportunity to have a quiet meal, take a break and stretch.
As for the tour itself, it left an incredible impression. The only thing I would like to change in this tour is:
- remove one day in Tbilisi, and instead add another day in Batumi, morechka was a little short), you can also safely exclude Borjomi, there is only three hours of time and there is nothing much to do there, especially since this location selects a total of 6 hours with the road that could be spent in Batumi:)))
Special thanks for Svaneti, not all travel agencies take people there, and this is the most beautiful part of Georgia (as the Georgians themselves say, if you have not been to Svaneti, then you have not seen Georgia).
As for accommodation, the hotels for this price were acceptable, there were minor nuances, but everything was tolerable, we ourselves understood: "what kind of money, such slippers")
In general: the atmosphere was friendly, the rest was spent with incredible buzz, positive, the group became friends, managed to visit everywhere, cool Georgian feasts and I would also like to mention the city guides: Natia (Tblisi/Sighnaghi/Mtskheta), Tamara (Kutaisi), Irakli (Batumi) for interesting excursions, answers to our complex and numerous questions on various topics, and of course Bacho (Mestia), my heart remained on the Chaaladi glacier))
In general, thank you very much for the unforgettable impressions and wonderful memories, with Alexandra, Roman and Oleg at least to the ends of the world))
Thank you Anitabai for a wonderful bus tour to Georgia, Kobuleti! The entire tour and excursions are organized professionally, clearly, with dignity, and at a high level. The most vivid unforgettable vacation. I fell in love with Georgia - it's heaven on earth!
I went with this travel agency to Adygea for the new year. It was stated that the bus was new, but they kept silent about the fact that the distance between the seats is minimal, and if a large person is sitting behind you, then the seat cannot be unfolded. I bought "vip" seats behind the driver's seats, when asked about the legroom, I was assured that it was the same for all seats, but there was a place for a fire extinguisher under the seats in front. The storage shelf was occupied by a trunk for drivers . And so 30 hours on an unfolded seat, with crooked legs, and winter jackets tucked between the window and the chair in front - this is what a "vip" looks like in the opinion of this travel agency. During the tour, the windows in the bus were never washed, and the guide's story "look to the left...." sounded mocking. According to the program, three nights were to be spent in Maikop and one night in Krasnodar. Due to the expected traffic jams on January 01, the evening and night in Krasnodar were replaced by another overnight stay in Maikop, for which three nights is a lot, due to the lack of any attractions. Instead of the world-famous Galitsky Park, it's another night in Maikop, which has been explored inside and out. No apologies, no refund of the difference in the price of hotels and moving. And the legend about traffic jams on January 01 does not stand up to criticism at all. On the way back, after breakfast at 8:30, the next hot meal could be arranged only at 17:00, so with the current means of communication, the travel agency is unable to contact the cafe along the way and arrange meals. There is no professionalism in the organization of the tour. The most dishonest travel agency I've ever dealt with. I do not recommend it!
08/15.24. I went to St. Petersburg with the company Anita.Bye, it was the most terrible trip of my life.1- when booking a ticket, I was presented with a seating chart, for which I paid the money, choosing those places that were comfortable for me, given my husband's height, as a result, no one warned me that the bus would be different and, accordingly, the places for which I paid were completely wrong!! 2-the air conditioner didn't work, it's at 30 degrees!! To my requests to resolve the issue, the driver replied that they were fine, the stove was working at night so that I burned my leg.The accompanying person could not solve any issue, except that "I do not know", I did not hear anything from her during the trip, there was also a lot of false information, the person was completely incompetent and out of place 3. The organization of the tour and the responsibility of the accompanying person on this trip is zero, except for the disappointment of the trip we did not receive Nothing!! If you take the money, then work so that people want to come back to you!
I want to share my travel experience with Anitabai. My acquaintance with this travel agency began in 2019, and since then, thanks to them, I have visited incredibly interesting places with unforgettable tours seven times already. It is very convenient to book tours remotely. I would like to note the comfortable buses, well-thought-out routes, so that the road is easily transported, even over long distances. There are always rich and interesting excursion programs. Thanks to the maintainers for their professionalism, patience and quick response in non-standard situations. Well, let's not forget that they are the same people. Would I recommend this company? Of course, yes. After all, with them, for a little money, you can forget about problems, get incredible emotions and unforgettable impressions. Photos from tours with Anitabay.
The trip was wonderful , the attendants tried to provide convenience and comfort to the maximum extent possible . I would like to say a special thank you to Kristina for her participation in our trip , for her understanding , positive attitude and creating a cozy atmosphere in the group 💜
We have been on the Adygea + SPA tour since 03.11.2023. Everything was gorgeous: a route thought out to the smallest detail (when after excursions there is time in the evening to relax and walk to the center of Maykop), and the gorgeous nature of Adygea (mountains are love forever), there was always enough time everywhere, and great weather (literally one day there was rain, which did not affect our mood in any way), a new bus, cool drivers (separate greetings to Roman and Abas), a very professional and megatherpent accompanying Elena (my personal thanks), and a local guide Irina is generally a storehouse of information, facts, myths and legends!
Of course, there were "interesting" tourists in the group, for whom everything is wrong and everything is wrong))), even the wardrobe in the room was broken)) apparently autumn has such an effect.
By the way, we are not going with AnitaBai for the first time, and always only positive emotions and a lot of photos! Thank you very much! We are waiting for new and interesting routes.
Sincerely, Olga
Grand tour to St. Petersburg 31.08-06.09.24 The driver is a boor!, made a rude remark, I agree with the remark, tried not to be late and forgot, went outside with coffee, time to finish still allowed. But the form in which it was done, including a woman 65 years old. The driver did not apologize for the rudeness. He referred to the voice, and then he chirped like a bird with his colleagues. That's probably how lucky his family is in life. At the next stop near the shopping center, I was happy to consume drinks in the bus cabin. And he shouted that the rules were for everyone. Company recommendations - if drivers are not able to communicate, let them ask the accompanying group to help them. Here is a cultural tour.
Tour to Adygea with a vacation at sea 09.07.2022-07/22/2022.
Regarding the sightseeing part and accommodation on the coast, there are no questions - everything is fine. The guide is wonderful, Adygea is amazing and beautiful, the hostess of the guest house in Lermontovo (64 Lenin Street) is a wonderful person.
But regarding the organizational part and the work of "Anita" itself, there are questions.
- On the day before departure, I wanted to sleep longer, because there was a night bus ride ahead. At 8 a.m., my phone started alarmingly signaling new messages in Viber. It turned out that Ruslan, the escort, added all the tourists to a new group, and began to drop information about the trip. It's about time, Saturday, 8 a.m.
- The bus. Chinese, almost new (4 years old, according to the driver). The chairs, as it turned out, are not very comfortable. This is an anatomical and rather subjective question, but other passengers expressed a similar opinion. USB charging on some rows is completely disabled (for example, places 17, 18). There was a little draught from the window area, the back rows said that sometimes something drips.
- on the way back, check-in at the Rostov hotel took place at the second hour of the night. It was more logical to make an overnight stay in Krasnodar and not tire tourists with overnight check-in. At the same time, some adults managed to be placed on the additional.a place on a cot(!). At the same time, without warning.
- When checking in at the Moykop hotel, passports were seized for half a day!. This is an unprecedented stupidity. A tourist, for a moment, a citizen of another state wants to walk around the night city, and what will he say to the police when asked to show documents? At the same time, we have not been given consent to the processing of personal data. I have never seen such stupidity anywhere. Closer to night, I went to the employees of the hotel to pick up my passports first, the employee at the reception took out the passports of the entire bus without a second thought and said - take them, which are yours here.
- The attendant always sent the row that sits behind the driver for breakfast half an hour earlier. Is it fair when one half of the bus always has to wake up earlier? Wasn't it logical to alternate, to have breakfast in turn?
In general, the tour operator still has a lot to work on. I give a rating of 3 points (not bad).
Good day!
I went on Tour with this company from 17.06-21.06.24 on the Golden Ring.

Keep your nose up....🤭💪✌️
18.10 trip to Adygea. Many thanks to our team, our Kristyushka, our lighter. To our patient drivers))It was unforgettable)) Our guide Irina predicted that I will come back again, at the first opportunity, I will do it))I am very grateful for the emotions, impressions and just a great vacation)).
I would like to express my deep gratitude for the excellent tour of Karelia 07-11.06 to Veronika, the accompanying driver, Alexey and Nikolai. Everything was clearly, competently organized, and most importantly, with a soul. Thank you very much on behalf of all the band members!
This is not the first time we have traveled with the AnitaBY travel agency (I'm sure it won't be the last!).
It all started with the fact that for a long time we chose a travel agency for a vacation trip to Georgia in the summer of 2023... and it started: Smolensk, St. Petersburg, Moscow from Anita and this summer we are going on the Sunny Georgia bus tour again.
I like absolutely everything: from boarding to coming home.
When we went to Georgia for the first time, we thought that there would not be comfortable buses.
But everything was great! Even the 193-foot-tall husband said that it was very comfortable for him to drive. The hotels in Voronezh, Tbilisi and Rostov-on-Don were excellent. Breakfast was also included... no one was left hungry)) In Kobuleti, we lived in the s326 hotel. We are very lucky with this hotel and the room in it!!!)))) From our window, even the edge of the sea was visible ... and it was great that there was a balcony, to pass the time in the evening was just super!!!!
The food in this hotel was also super ... every day there was something new: there were khinkali, soups are always delicious, even pasta with sausages were))))
The only disadvantage of the trip is that the vacation ended quickly!(
The tour to Smolensk was also great! We lived in a 5-star hotel. This weekend tour gave a complete reboot!)
Moscow and St. Petersburg also did not leave anyone indifferent. I really like the evening excursions that are included in the program. There is some special romance in them!!!!
It is worth noting that the buses on all our trips were equipped with USB chargers and air conditioners, which is not a little important! Escorts will always help, explain, prompt!)
Drivers from Anita are always at the highest level: careful and safe driving is guaranteed.
Besides, Anita always has great guides wherever we go. Especially still impressed by the guide in Smolensk. But everyone is always very interesting to talk about this or that place. Several friends have already been hooked on Anita, since this travel agency always does everything on top. And also at very pleasant and affordable prices, which is good news!!!))
In general, we recommend this travel agency from the bottom of our hearts!!!! Because emotions will be priceless!))))
The first time we went with Anita to aviatour. We chose the route Batumi-Kobuleti. The contract specified 3 nights in Batumi and 6 nights in Kobuleti. A couple of days later, the program came, where it was indicated only 2 nights in Batumi. Since the entire tour was 10 days along with the flight, let's assume that the tour operator was initially mistaken. There are no questions about recreation in both cities, except for the work of escorts on the ground. In Batumi and Kobuleti, local representatives appeared only once, when checking into hotels. They did not keep in touch with tourists and were not interested in any organization of additional excursions. The transfer driver spent more time with us, who transported the group to different places three times. And the most important point. Check-out from the hotel takes place at 12 p.m. The plane leaves at 4.55 the next morning. The transfer to the airport was at 23.00. As a result, we were at the airport at 0.30, more than 2 hours before check-in. That is, tourists lose almost a day, by the way, of a paid hotel. Departure to the airport was supposed to be no earlier than 1 a.m. The company knows about this, but it organizes the last day exactly like this. On the spot, of course, the hotel administrator offers to extend the room until the night for 100 GEL, which is essentially extortion of money. It seems that certain people have a good income from this moment on, since many tourists do not want to spend time from 12 p.m. to 23 p.m. in the hotel lobby or on a bench, so someone pays money for the already paid day!! If, according to the law, rooms must be vacated at 12 p.m. (although the day of stay is paid in advance), why is the flight organized on the flight of the next morning, if there is definitely a flight to Minsk at 16 o'clock? There is some kind of deception scheme that is beneficial to everyone except tourists of this program
Tour to Georgia
I thank Anitaby for another perfectly organized vacation!
We chose a bus tour to Georgia with a vacation at the sea in Kobuleti. The road went great, everything that is stated in the excursion program is just super! Special thanks to all the local guides - everything was very interesting and informative. We lived in the hotel "Kobuleti Inn" - a great hotel, I recommend it to everyone! Neat, clean territory! The rooms are fully prepared for arrival. During the stay, towels and bed linen were always cleaned and replaced immediately on the day of the request (the hotel has a rule of cleaning on request - and that's great!). The food is good and varied. Many thanks to all the girls who created comfort and cleanliness in our rooms and worked in the dining room - this is a huge job that few people notice during their holidays! Thank you very much to the management of the hotel for the well-chosen team and the organization of recreation! Thanks to Maria for the clear organization and support during our excursions - with her the mood is always positive by 1000000%!
I wish the wonderful Kobuleti Inn hotel prosperity!
Good day to all, I want to share my impressions of the St. Petersburg-Vyborg-Karelia bus tour hot on 06/15/2024- 06/21/2024 with AnitaBay, on the holiday website.by this is News Travel.
The tour itself includes a large number of beautiful places that undoubtedly need to be visited. We understood that the tour was voluminous and probably tedious, but we seemed ready for it. But we were wrong, although the question here is more about the organization of the process.
It all started well enough: a new, large, comfortable bus with working air conditioning, what else is needed. On the territory of Belarus, money was collected from everyone for the selected extras.excursions in Russian rubles. This created the illusion of a well-organized process, which saved tourists from having to think about these costs in Russia.
On the territory of Russia, the collection of dollars for the tour began, and then it turned out that not all dollars are suitable for the delivery of an escort. We have "rejected" $ 60, which they bought in the bank just a day earlier, arguing that "these $ 40 will definitely not be accepted, well, this 20k too at the same time." To the question of what to do (we took the $ part specifically end-to-end), the answer was: well, now YOU need to exchange them, indicating the location of the exchanger, which turned out to be closed. When we reported this, we were given another comprehensive answer: "well, I don't know, you need to exchange them somewhere." Looking ahead, the quest was completed: on a trip to Kronstadt, where 1.5 hours were allocated for free time, sacrificing impressions of the city and lunch, we INDEPENDENTLY found a bank, where we safely, without any questions to the bills, exchanged them for ... RUSSIAN RUBLES. With a sense of accomplishment and proud of ourselves, we handed over the money to the attendant, but even here there was a problem, she was not satisfied with the dollar exchange rate and we were asked to pay extra, ta-dam.
Not wanting to fight, we went for it. As a result, the losses amounted to 600 rubles, a trifle, but unpleasant. It is generally unclear to me why these dollars are collected from the group, and then changed into Russian rubles on the spot.
As a result of this situation: a few hours spent in St. Petersburg and Kronstadt, instead of receiving emotions and impressions. Although initially the managers of the agency should have been informed that they needed new dollars, not crumpled or any other kind, and there would have been no questions. Well, the escort should not shift her work to the shoulders of tourists.
The tour itself can be described as a "gallop along the Slopes": long trips with sightseeing tours of 1- 1.5 hours (if you inspect the palace, this time may be enough, but it is clearly not enough to visit parks with an area of several hectares). At the same time, visiting the souvenir shop took up to 2/3 of that time. Moreover, it is impossible not to agree with the reviews from tourists above, who wrote about "impressions for show". Our guide said just that when visiting Mount Paaso: "15 minutes to climb, 15 in the photo and 10 to go down.".. And why do this then, so that later you can look at photos and not be able to remember emotions, just for show ...
Most of the excursions took place on the bus as we moved, and on the ground we walked everywhere ourselves, except for the sightseeing tour and Vyborg (which is not surprising, the whole group really liked Vyborg). But we must admit that there is something in this: at the entrance you take pictures of the layout of the object with symbols, and then you go through a quest for orientation on the terrain with a time limit, unfortunately no one ran after the bus.
From what angered me personally. The agency offers 2 types of tours: railway and bus. And it so happened (or is it the norm) that the two groups were in different hotels at a decent distance, about an hour's drive away, while paid excursions were supposed to be partially shared. On the first day upon arrival, we were told the problem that a lot of people from the bus tour had signed up for the tour "legends and myths of St. Petersburg at night" and asked those who did not really want to not go that day and give way to railway tourists, but go themselves on another day, arguing that it is not profitable for companies to hire another bus, and the minibus won't fit all of them...(I'm sorry, how does this concern us)... When traveling to Karelia, the story turned out that the main bus group left the hotel at 7:30, picked up some of the railway tourists and left St. Petersburg only at 10:30. (It was possible to bring tourists to the bus from the hotel and save time, but it turned out differently). As a result, our bus group returned from Karelia at midnight very tired, having spent almost the whole day on the bus.
Well, the finishing touch was Tsarskoye Selo, where we handed over 1800 for tickets, the ticket price is 1100, the rest was presented to us as a "commission for the services of a cunning boy who does this.".. At the same time, right there I took and almost bought a ticket to Tsarskoye Selo (just did not confirm the transaction from the card), standing at the entrance, there was also a qr code for buying tickets, but I did not check it, such things... I understand that you have to pay for everything, but I'm sorry, 65% of the ticket price is too much...a lot. At the same time, we were given a bus tour in Tsarskoye Selo, given tickets and shown the entrance to the Catherine Palace (thanks for that, though), and then we had to quickly navigate the crowd of people and go through another quest, but we did it!
I understand that I have drawn a whole canvas and many people do not need to read it, so I will summarize the results.
Of the advantages:
1. We had the IN2IT apartment hotel on Kupchino: the apartments are neat, the photos match. There was a choice of dishes at breakfast (I had enough, my wife did not, so it is ambiguous) The metro is within walking distance and shopping centers.
2. Anyway, we got impressions and emotions, because whoever wants to get it.Including because of these "quests"
3. Professional drivers.
Of the cons:
1. The company's employees and support do not take responsibility (in our search for currency exchange, others have other problems). The situation is like: if everything is fine, the agency staff is great, and if there are problems, then tourists solve it themselves
2. There are too many beautiful objects in too short a time. Now I understand that this tour needs to take at least 10 days.
3. Excursions conducted on the bus. (Something like: in Peterhof you will see firecracker fountains and many other fountains, but you will all do it yourself).
4. The time for the excursions themselves is extremely short to see everything, and also to have lunch. But this indirectly refers to point 2.
Will I choose this agency in the future, perhaps not
We thank the AnitaVa company, the guide Elena and the drivers Igor and Valery for our unforgettable vacation on the Kalmykia bus tour+Dagestan from April 19, 2024 to April 28, 2024. We have already traveled with the company 2 times, as well as last time we received a lot of positive emotions and impressions. The nature is simply amazing. The price-quality ratio of the services provided is super. Thank you for a great stay.
I am a lover of calm and unhurried rest, as it turns out it is difficult to find any measured tourist trips, but everything worked out well with this operator, I went through them to Batumi, a calm tour not overloaded with unnecessary excursions and activities, if desired, of course, there is always the opportunity to go somewhere. As for me, this is an excellent operator.
Tour to Karelia 7.03-11.03.2024
The accompanying Ekaterina and the driver Roman, very diligently spoiled the trip.
The beginning of the trip seems to be good, Ekaterina is cheerful, sociable, but from the beginning of the journey, she began to tell stories about people whom she "punished" for being late for the bus during excursions, telling the driver to leave so that people would be scared and run after the bus. It's terrible, of course, but we didn't give it any importance.
Due to the bad road, our arrival in Karelia was delayed, but in general, people felt fine until Catherine's attacks began.
The main part of the distance was uneventful, but for the last 6 hours of the road, people were not allowed to go to the toilet, waving off phrases that there was nowhere to stop for a sanitary stop. One person got seasick on the way, Ekaterina was informed more than once that the person was ill and needed to stop, she reacted (after an hour or more) only when people began to seriously resent it, but she justified this by saying that she was told "the person is ill", and not "the person was seasick"- of course, this "changes everything". The bus stopped, people got out, including a person who was ill, someone ran to the toilet (anywhere), someone smoked. Ekaterina didn't like it, because it was bad for one person, and almost everyone came out, she ran out of the bus with screams and mats. It was a shock for me to allow myself to do this, I don't even have words to describe such behavior. People who were on the bus at that moment said that during the stops, Ekaterina often shouted and expressed herself.
We arrived in Karelia, of course there was no time for breakfast, but that's okay, it was more important for us to finally enjoy nature, etc.
Immediately upon arrival, there were excursions, we were driven everywhere and everywhere, we ran around everything and there was not enough time. There was no bonfire with a tea party. Perhaps the delay played a role here.
We were checked in in the evening.
Having rested and forgotten the unpleasant moments, we went on. The second day was wonderful, our company got to the guide on our own, and we already went on an excursion with him.On her own,
because Ekaterina was ill, she asked us to get there without her. We reacted to this with understanding, especially since the start of the tour was not far away, and we are well-versed in the area.
The next day, our excursions were again with a bus, where we were again driven, late for 3-5 minutes, and muddied in their absence. We were given 1 hour to taste alcohol, and 40 minutes to the valley of waterfalls, we and some people are dissatisfied, we did not come for alcohol.
We're going home. Again, we are not stopped for a long time, at 5 o'clock the driver stops at a gas station and people, hoping to go to the toilet, get up from their seats, but the driver informs us that we will not stop here for a nurse. When people asked for a quick release, he replied, "I won't let you out anywhere." Indignation began to grow, people asked when there would be a stop. The driver was throwing various phrases in an unpleasant and rude way, not giving people a clear answer when there would be a stop. I have a video. When people turned to Ekaterina to settle this issue, she replied about the driver: "You heard what he said, that I should kill him, right now, what should I do with him, kill him?"
We chose Anita boo because our trip through another tour fell through, but there were places here. But we couldn't even think that such a thing was possible. Karelia is a wonderful place. People know what they are doing, guides are responsible and treat their work with great love, which is not to say about our escort and driver.
The conclusion, of course, is the same, people take the wrong place, it's a pity, because if it weren't for the escort, the trip would be perfect.
Beautiful Georgia with disgusting curation of AnitaBai representatives. The first representative, Alina, forgot to meet tourists at the airport, citing the fact that she was watching football, as a result, the tourists themselves had to group up to find a way out of this situation. Everyone knew that one of the main excursions to the canyon had been canceled, with the exception of this representative. I had to invent a new route along the way. The guide from the Georgian side, Tamara, was on top. The second representative, Maria, met at the sea, told us about the hotel and more, as a representative, we did not see her (all communication via Viber), after we were lost on the tour, she did not even try to meet to somehow defuse the situation (she probably thought that we would demand a refund). The tour offered by this representative for $ 20 is absolutely not interesting, it is easier for $ 3 to take a minibus for the whole day. Bottom line: the tour is good, the escort of representatives of the travel agency is disgusting, I do not recommend it.
I went on vacation to Kabuleti, the road there turned out to be quite good. Two overnight stays in hotels. The first in Voronezh, the hotel is good, the rooms are decent, all the amenities that were announced were present.Clean, the air conditioner was working. The breakfast was also satisfactory. Everything was on schedule. Then there was a stop for the night in Tbilisi, there was only 1 towel in the room, water flowed from the toilet right into the entire sanitary room, the towel racks immediately fell off, even they did not have time to hang towels on them. However, when contacting the hotel staff, they immediately moved to another room. The breakfast was satisfactory. We left the hotel on time. Then a very pleasant trip began. We stopped at the san.the stops are just disgusting . We stopped for a proper snack once. We arrived in Kabuleti 2 hours later. The rooms were not bad, let's say even good. Everything worked: refrigerator, air conditioner, TV. The bathroom was a little out of order, the water in the shower went badly, when contacting the hotel management, everything was quickly fixed. The food was acceptable, a big plus every meal was given a very tasty jam, butter and olives. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the rooms were not cleaned!!! ( they asked for room cleaning 2 times in 9 days , there was no involuntary . Sand lived with us the whole vacation. A nice bonus when placing a bouquet of flowers in the room. The excursions were all according to plan. The sea is nearby. The hotel's courtyard is quiet. In general, the rating of the hotel is 4. I think if you eliminate some of the disadvantages, I would be happy to visit it again. The trip back was terrible, 1 stop at a cafe, the food is bad, san stops are also in such toilets that it is not necessary. Overnight stay 1 time in Rostov arrived late , inconvenient location of the hotel rooms, unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast for 3 points. We left early (we only slept for 6 hours). Then we drove there were few stops, we stopped 1 time for lunch, the cafe leaves much to be desired. But despite everything, I was satisfied with the trip!!! The trip is for people for whom the comfort of moving is unimportant.
It has been a very long time since my husband and I left the Republic of Belarus, we were afraid to go to St. Petersburg on our own, we took a bus tour for the May 24 years (10.05-15.05). We thought that the bus would take 12 hours there and back, it's not scary, we'll walk there anyway and see a lot of things.
It turned out that this was a full bus tour and we spent most of it on the bus.
Day 1 with the road 23 hours in the bus.
Day 2 at 13 o'clock in the bus.
Day 3 with a road trip of 15 hours on the bus.
Of the 84 hours (the entire tour from the moment of departure to the moment of arrival), 51 hours were spent on the bus, 16 were spent on sleep, food and hygiene. And for sightseeing in 2.5 days in St. Petersburg, we had 17 hours - 5.5-6 hours a day.
Everything would be great, but most of this time was organized like this - we were dropped off near the landmark, given 15-40 minutes to "take a photo" and stand in line for the toilet, we drove on.
The exceptions are Peterhof, marble canyon and a mountain in Karelia.
Why give Karelia a choice for 1 day, where it takes 6 hours to go there and 6 back to beautiful places and so on in a short BUS tour - it remains a mystery to me. This was clearly invented by a man who has little experience.
Thank you very much for clearly showing what happens if you do not check the tour program, routes yourself and do not ask questions about how much time will be allocated for what.
We still have a lot of photos, but we didn't have time to look at anything except the canyon and Peterhof.
Maybe I'm emotional because I was really looking forward to this weekend and was counting on impressions, not photos for show, well, I'm sorry. It is a pity to spend time on a bus from which only the middle of the buildings can be seen.
I think you have a lot of well-organized tours, but this one was terrible. I hope you will finalize it.
I'll attach a photo of what I remember most about the tour.
My favorite company, which is incredibly pleasant to travel with. Comfortable buses, interesting sightseeing programs, affordable prices. For the first time I went with Anitabai to Karelia (rafting on Shuya is something!!!), then to St. Petersburg by train, then to Adygea with the sea (I highly recommend it). At the end of last year we were in Moscow (the Temple of the Armed Forces and the WWII Museum in Odintsovo district is an unimaginable sight!!! There is no such thing anywhere else). This spring we were in Dagestan (this beauty cannot be described in words, you have to see it with your own eyes). We are going to Georgia. I used to look for somewhere else to go on a trip, but now I'm looking at what's new there at Anitabai.
We bought mom a tour to Georgia from this company.
The departure was on May 27th.
We give 3 stars because of the hotel in Rostov. It's just a horror, the inscription 18+ is lit in the courtyard of the hotel, a bunch of girls of an ancient profession are walking around the corridors (obviously not in an adequate way). The numbers, of course, also leave much to be desired, but we'll leave that out. From the window there was a wonderful view of the yard to the dump of mattresses and other garbage. The hotel is called "Old Rostov", so it's better to check with the managers in advance about a transit overnight stay, otherwise you will also spend the night in a roadside brothel....
This is the maximum disrespect to your customers, for the first time we have encountered something like this. It's a pity that you took this hotel. We hope that the rest of the groups will live in a normal way.
But! I would like to mention the good points (which are not 0, but 3 stars).
Super cool escort - Alexander, a real professional
A good hotel in Voronezh and Kobuleti.
In general, if it were not for the hotel in Rostov, we would have boldly put 5 stars. But for us, this is a huge disadvantage, which spoiled the impressions of the holiday.
We went to St. Petersburg, we were generally dissatisfied with the organization
It's hard to get through, they answer in Viber every two days, there is 0 interest, they answered the questions in monosyllables, did not tell anything themselves, did not offer.
On excursions, the guides are angry, they stayed for 1-2 minutes to check out of the hotel, they are already outraged at the microphone that "we were waiting for 40 people, get out, take a taxi, how can you do that at all". Ruined the mood for the whole day. What are we paying for anyway? Well, lay down 5 minutes of delay.
At the same time, they knew in advance that most of Kronstadt was closed, wild traffic jams, but it was still okay to wait. No one can change the program or offer alternatives. We stood in silence for an hour and a half, the children were going crazy. Therefore, it was impossible to tell something, turn on the TVs, play some games, turn on music. Interest is 0 again.
There is little time, you are already running at a red light headlong, so as not to cause rudeness from the guides. There is no scheduled time for food, it is physically impossible to keep up with such queues. We bought something with us on the run, a guide comes on the bus and stands over people: "you can't bring food here, you can't bring coffee, you can't do anything, go outside the bus or throw it away." You can't drink juice from a bottle either, it's absurd!
The impression of beautiful excursions, a wonderful hotel and the city is terribly spoiled. Constant clucking, rolling of the eyes, monosyllabic answers to questions. I really wanted to just buy tickets and leave separately. As unprofessional as possible, some kind of clinging and insults.
Just a vacation for grannies without the Internet and their plans, walking by the hand with a guide, and trying to anticipate their desires and moods
Just a word of thanks for the vacation tour to Kobuleti, Diva Hotel. The impressions are the best! Sergey, the accompanying person, has the information, provides it on time, plus karma for an easy character🙂
Intermediate hotels in Voronezh, Tbilisi, Rostov are beyond praise.
Drivers command respect for their ability to drive a huge bus along mountain serpentines.
Diva Hotel in Kobuleti has a million positive emotions!
Guides Natia and Lia made us fall in love with their country and its people!
I thank AnitaVa for a wonderful vacation at the end of September!!!
Everything was clear and thought out, all excursions were conducted on time
Check-in at the Kobuleti Inn hotel took place immediately upon arrival, it's nice that they were waiting for us)
The room is spacious, the shower and the hair dryer worked properly
Beds and towels were changed every three days, wet cleaning was carried out on request at least daily
The staff is friendly
The food is varied and every evening white and red wine was included in the dinner menu))
The hotel has a large swimming pool and sun loungers
We were lucky with the weather too
I didn't want to leave...
We went to Georgia on 31.05.
I haven't had lunch in such thrash places on the way! It's just some kind of medieval, flies, dirt everywhere and in the toilet, and in paid ones, complete unsanitary conditions! God himself does not know where and how the food is prepared. We ask, why did you take us here (Saturn)? The answer is, everyone here is like that... We drive on and after a kilometer we see a quite decent cafe - bakery Rowand. I think the most important ones in this company are the drivers, where they pour a soup plate for free, and they take it there (there are cafes that feed drivers for free if they bring a bus of people). But we live in the 21st century and people not only want to eat delicious food, but also beautiful! They still have a vacation and they are not harsh truckers, but women and children!
In principle, you can travel with this company, only at the conclusion of the contract you specify this issue.
A review of Karelia from AnitaVu. The beautiful country of Karelia, wonderful, beautiful excursions and people who know and love their work. But! We were terribly unlucky with the escorts from AnitaVU. We felt all the horror when, on the way to Karelia, people were not allowed to go to the sanitary stop for 6 hours, referring to the fact that there was no way to stop. There were those who got seasick on the bus, approached Katya several times, as a result, of course, the bus was stopped, but how much negativity we felt at that time, only those who were ill were told to get off the bus, the rest were waiting on the bus. All the excursions, food, toilets - everything was at a "faster, faster" pace. There is no enjoyment in the process, the feeling that we have come to check the boxes. I was especially surprised when we were allocated 40 minutes of time for an alcohol tasting store (or maybe more, which led me to think that they receive their kickbacks from the store, in principle, as in the Shungite Center) and we were allocated the same amount for a beautiful waterfall and nature (for which I went to Karelia) the length of the waterfalls is 900 meters, although earlier this trail was given an hour and a half. As a result, we were a couple of minutes late and they didn't wait for us, went on another tour, but I went to the bus until strangers directed me in the right direction. The organizers also created a group in Viber, but for some reason the escort had contact with us in this group only when she connected to free WiFi, that is, on a Russian mobile card, she did not have a Viber and when a message came to the group from a person that he was lost in a shopping center in St. Petersburg and she can't find the bus, Katya's reaction was just amazing.... When I sent her a message from Viber, she just turned to me and instead of an adequate reaction to ask for a phone to contact this person, she told me, "And what do you want me to do? Did you run to look for it in the center?" Further on the way home, we again encountered problems with sanitary stops, to which the driver's boorish attitude was added (there is a video recording), and the questions when there will be a stop were answered with "We have no idea". In fact, I am not a picky person and I know how to look for the positive in any negative, but this trip discouraged me from any desire to travel accompanied by someone else, although maybe we were just very unlucky.
I left reviews on AnitaVa, but they obviously did not pass moderation), which again suggests that the company is not honest, violates consumer rights and requires proceedings at the state level.

We bought a tour to Karelia for a week.
Thanks to the guide Ekaterina. It is clear that the man loves his job and is one of the few who could interest us with stories about culture and history.
Ekaterina always took care of everyone, helped with choosing an inexpensive and delicious cafe, shopping for souvenirs, and also made sure that everyone was satisfied and felt comfortable during excursions. The tour was very eventful. We have learned so many interesting places in a short time that it would be unrealistic to do it on our own. I would especially like to mention non-standard activities: rafting on the river and master classes where we danced, played the kantel and prepared wickets. This gave the trip a special charm and was remembered for a long time!
The hotel in Petrozavodsk was located in the city center, the room resembled a two-room apartment with a living room and a kitchen. A modest breakfast is included in the price.
Despite all the positive aspects, I would like to note one minus - the ill-considered placement of grannies on the upper shelves on the train, which created some inconveniences.
I wanted to book a Tour to Karelia.
I chose it myself, everything suits me. I decided to call to clarify.
The first girl is not aware of the details of the tour, well, okay. The second one is not in place, the third one explained something.
I said I agreed. I promised to drop the details, the day has passed, I'm still waiting.
She asked me to drop the trip agreement. They immediately sent some kind of prospectus with a completely different event. I asked if it was? they threw off the standard contract. But on a different tour. I wanted a contract for my tour to see what exactly is included in the services. There is a link in appendix one **** there about the hotel, but the program does not say anything about the hotel. It is NOT clear why then this footnote?
I decided to Google the reviews. Cheto is not happy at all. It looks like I won't book a tour there.
We had a family vacation in Batumi through this operator. In fact, everything was quite interesting and the rest was remembered for a long time. This would not have happened if it hadn't been for the excellent work of the managers who were able to recommend a tour for our budgets and advise us in detail about the documents.
08/31.23-09/13/13 Dagestan+ Grozny! This tour has wonderful nature, mountains, sea, and the organization wants to be better! On the very first day, the bus broke down (earlier we went with AnitaBy to Karelia and Adygea - there were the same breakdowns). I wish the managers would finally pay attention to this! We're wasting time and the route is changing. The accompanying Arina is clearly out of place. Her task was to escort us from point A to bunker B (that's how she introduced herself). When we arrived at point B (Makhachkala), she showed us where the hotel was located and told us to go check in on our own, because she takes the group and leaves with them. Minimal information was told about the objects on the additional tour, Arina learned more from the group. Laysan and Elvira accompanied us on additional excursions. The big question is, are they guides? Elvira did not find her way to Chokh the first time. Add. The Choh+ waterfall tour was just a circus))) It was raining these days and the waterfall was overflowing with water. In the middle of the day, they said that the visit was closed and were going to leave back, but our group insisted on stopping by, because the local guide told us that the workers had come up with a way out. Indeed, when we arrived, we waited 10 minutes and started launching groups. An excellent excursion is a boat ride along the Chirkeysky reservoir + the Sary-Kum barkhan. A wonderful local guide Zubarzhat (Many thanks to her! She answered all the questions of interest, told me about Dagestan with love). On the day of departure, we were met by the accompanying Elena, who took the time to us and went to check in the brought group. The following days were much more interesting with her.
This is the third company, the previous two refused, because the tour for the Republic of Kazakhstan and join the group is already in place, a very nice girl, everything is fast and current, the tour has not taken place yet, I will add later) so far we are satisfied, thank you!
I add, everything was fine, my mother was satisfied, and special thanks to Natalia's guide!
08/10/2022-08/14/2022 we went on a weekend tour to Karelia. I liked everything very much: the picturesque nature, beautiful natural monuments and an indescribable atmosphere!
The tour was organized at the highest level. Special thanks to the accompanying Vladislav for the attention and individual approach to tourists and professional drivers with a sense of humor!!!
We lived in comfortable conditions with everything we needed: refrigerator, wardrobe, bed, shampoos, soap, shower stall - and room cleaning.
As we moved, general and background information was given.
Thanks to AnitaVU company for organizing the tour and see you soon!!!
I went twice from this company on a bus tour to Georgia on vacation. The trip went great both times! Well done guys! The organization of the tour is excellent! I liked everything. I recommend.
The rudeness of the drivers did not like the fact that according to the contract signed with them, you do not have much rights. I went with them 3 times, there are essentially no normal guides.
- We rested in Kobuleti on a bus tour from 27.06 to 12.07 by a travel agency Anita.by .
- On the way to Kobuleti, there was a stop at a transit hotel in Tbilisi. Most of the bus was checked into one hotel (very decent, good), and the remaining 10 people were moved to another, across the street. We were unlucky. Not only was there a terrible smell in the room, but also mold in the shower everywhere, dirty towels, problems with the lock in the room.
- Hotel S326. Kobuleti. We checked into an unmade room. During the rest, the garbage was taken out 2 times and 1 roll of toilet paper was brought in. They came to the room when we were on excursions, without warning. The room has never been cleaned. The internet in the room was not working. I was catching WiFi in the corridor. The clothes dryer was broken and rewound with duct tape. When we moved it, it immediately fell down. In the bed, the springs of the mattress dug into my back and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Meals are declared as three meals a day. It was hard to eat a piece of pie (5x5 cm) or a loaf; for lunch it was almost always the same soup, and in the evening there were even dumplings with the same soup as at lunch. There was a day when a fried loaf was brought for dinner. Of the side dishes, there are daily potatoes. Probably so that Belarusians don't miss home.
- We were on 4 out of 6 excursions. The cost of one is about $ 20-25. In fact, we were only taken and brought. Sometimes some information was told on the bus. So the "trip" is not worth the money. There are places declared in the tour, but they were closed. Naturally, no one warned me. What they warned about is that you can cancel the tour only two days in advance (for a good reason).
- There was an excursion to Mtirala, where you could ride a zipline. All the way, the guide told us how impressed she was with skiing, in the end we decided to take a ride but met a lot of bees. I bit my husband's finger, I was hit several times at speed, including glasses (and thank God I was wearing them at that moment). There were hives of bees under the ropes of the zipline. Do you think someone warned about this? No.
- In general, I generally do not recommend the S326 holiday hotel if you have chosen this travel agency. Well, hypocritical people can't always be avoided. Georgia is worth returning to.
We went with Anita on the sunny Georgia bus tour in Kobuleti from 08/5/22 to 08/20/22. I would like to say a big thank you to this team: Julia's manager, who explained and told everything in detail, the accompanying girls – Alyona and Olga, as well as our drivers – Roma and Grisha, who took us all safely to these difficult Georgian roads)) There were three transit hotels in the program (Voronezh, Tbilisi and Rostov-on-Don), only the last one failed, and the first two were on top, although I did not expect a miracle from a transit hotel at all. The bus was very comfortable, with 2 connectors under the seats, the ability to push the seat out onto the aisle, which allowed for more space. 3 days on the road passed almost unnoticed. The accompanying girls were as sociable as possible, always tried to help and suggest something. The Kobuleti Inn hotel itself was not bad, we did not expect any miracle from it either, since we chose a clean place where we could sleep. The rooms are bright and spacious, large balconies, a very friendly host who said goodbye to us very sincerely on the bus) There was quite a delicious meal at the hotel, we definitely would not have stayed hungry there) we offered 5 interesting excursions to choose from.
Special thanks also for giving us time to walk there and see this beauty on the Georgian military road) the vacation was a success)
Good afternoon!!! I want to write a review after a trip to Adygea 03.11.23 - 11.11.23, although I never want to spoil my mood, but this is too much: about the unacceptable, incorrect, biased attitude of the guide Elena, who worked on the tour, the inability to correctly and diplomatically answer any question, calmly...without personal coloring of discontent and irony with arrogance over the question asked. Moreover, she allowed herself sharp, rude, incorrect tugging and even a raised tone (there was just once even a shout personally to me: people were still standing in line for 4 people in the toilet, after lunch, it's for a long time, I stopped to buy local salt and tea from the hostess, where there was lunch in the mountains, they just yelled at me that I was already late, despite the queue of people who were still standing in the toilet), rudely pulled her off somehow when it seemed to her that her errands were not heard, sometimes at the wrong address, in the end I came with a spoiled mood and shopping, waited for 15 minutes near the bus for the rest with toilet, why did they snap at me??? !!!! All are adequate adults, but everyone has their own peculiarities of perception and temperament, we are not in the army, and instead of giving patient explanations or reminders in a calm, respectful tone, asking, she allowed an ordered form of communication. There were such cases of a harsh attitude that I was put into a stupor for half a day and the impressions of the excursions were somehow leveled...in addition, she contributed to the fact that the surrounding outsiders, individuals, perhaps more cunning on trips, noticing her tone of answers to some question or problem from me, began, playing along with her, to show their disrespectful attitude to my problem, or just in their opinion a ridiculous question, such thus, tacitly giving the go-ahead, as it were, to group bullying. This is generally an unacceptable attitude from her submission, on the contrary, she had to stop such situations and monitor the observance of all the rights and safety of each of us on the trip, and not just the schedule of her working time. Instead, they maximally limited the time of observations and our stay at the most beautiful places of excursions, constantly adjusted, giving a funny time, 15 minutes on the mountain of Lago Naki, for example, all holop across Europe, as a mockery at such a pace to get acquainted with such places for the first time, so every day, but in the rooms in the evening we were mostly at 18- 18.30, from where access to the city center is problematic... (except for the last day, then it was in our interests to visit everything and arrive at 19.30 hours)...because Lena once said that both she and the drivers have working hours according to the labor code ...
she had lunch in a cafe in Krasnodar for an hour on the way back, giving us this time to go to the toilet and to inspect the whole Galitsky Park, one hour to the park, the largest in area!!! We ran there, honestly, in order to see at least something with one eye, who could reach where, then snatched it, after an hour we had to sit in our seats on the bus! Otherwise, it will be wow, everyone came running, and Lena herself came then 10 minutes later..but there was no one to shout at her . I understand that she has been there 100 times, but this is the first time, this is some kind of mockery, the formal implementation of the action plan announced by the company. Marketing and advertising of the tour for sale is fine, but you need to take into account the safety of people (running down the mountain, you can fall so as not to be late for the bus and you are not left, another option is not to admire anything at all, just run after the bus....so as not to be late), and so almost everywhere. Only a whole hour in the reserve, when it was raining, was definitely superfluous, because the rain was pouring, the money for tickets was collected in advance, no one canceled the event, and we were stupidly hiding somewhere from the rain, or walked a little, why go there so much then, if it was raining in the morning, and the road I was walking along the cliff of a mountain river, it's not safe, the way is long, the road is wet... ??? It was possible to distribute money and give free time in Maykop, a respite...the pace of excursions is intense, the ascents are early, there is little rest, you need to sleep off for several days upon arrival in Minsk...after this cross-country sightseeing tour. In addition, the Chinese bus was really small, cramped, uncomfortable for the back, maybe these are cheaper??? there was a muzzle from the window, I froze the neck muscles on the way, my head did not turn to the right for 2 days after the road. At the Maykop hotel, when we checked in in the evening, our passports were taken away, given in the morning ....a personal document without any receipts was at the administrator of a foreign country, there was black dust in the room in the corners and in the closet on the floor, I told the administrator, but it remained until the end, light things got dirty, accidentally falling from the hanger, on the first day of arrival, but it was forgotten after a wonderful buffet in a cafe organized by the hostess of the hotel on November 07. The declared rafting ' is an easy water walk along the shallow calm part of the Belaya River, with a paddle on the stones in places, it was almost safe, under good control, but also uninteresting, no extreme (extreme, which was not planned, but happened on the way back when traveling in a minibus of the rafting center, the bead smoked, there was an emergency stop and repair) ..so, .the suit was given several sizes larger, it sat baggy, there were holes, the helmet did not suit me, I did not go to be photographed for a personal shoot to a photographer, I agreed to capture it all for memory on the way down the river, in a group, in a boat....the photographer filmed the movement of boats from the shore. At the same time, it was not stipulated in any way, but for some reason he did, without the consent of people, face shots, photographs, personal "portraits" of people floating in a boat, and from the shore, unexpectedly, and formally, a blunder, not actually looking at what he was photographing, as a result, 'in my big suit, with a helmet on his forehead and with his eyes closed, distorted by some kind of image in motion, he placed such portraits (of me personally) as a joke in the general photo feed, when I asked Lena to find out if it was possible to somehow remove such "portraits" that I did not ask from the general feed, personal only in boats 'like there is, everything is fine, it's fine for memory, but these enlarged faces with closed eyes are mine personally, I didn't want everyone to look at them and download them together with the general ones in the general feed, she just deleted me from the group chat.....Instead of sorry, no one wanted this to happen, we will try to agree and solve your problem or something like that, next time everything will be perfect....no, she made a sharp answer defending the photographer, criticized me, publicly ridiculed my question in the chat, people pecked in her support, as it were, some ... although I know from personal correspondence that many people agreed with me, but were afraid or did not want to say it publicly, and she simply removed me from the group even before deleting the chat itself, here, already in Minsk, yesterday, it's good that she didn't throw me off the bus somehow on the way for an awkward movement..surprisingly..I feel like a victim of bullying ...somehow everything turned out very discriminating, and without pleasantries. I recommend going with Lena to sadomasochists with low self-esteem and slavish psychology, I do not recommend normal people.
From 08/08/2023 to 08/23/2023 we had a rest in Kobuleti at the Kobuleti Inn hotel (1st building). The conditions in the room are hardly comfortable — a tiny room with 4 beds was allocated for 3 adults, it was impossible to move around, the entire area was occupied by beds. The only thing that could be done in the room was to lie down. But, fortunately, it was not boring to do this — you could always watch cockroaches running merrily along the walls. A watering can sticking out of the wall alone can hardly be called a full-fledged shower.
The work of Vadim's escort seemed weak and inept. But, apparently, only to us, because it was often possible to hear from him that he was the guru of his business.
Six days have passed since we returned from Adjara. But to this day Georgia does not let go.
All expectations from the trip were met. Let's just say it depends on you. If you see everything only positive, then you will spend time in the drive. And if you look for one negative, then in fact you will get it. I always treat travel thoroughly. I collect information in advance about the region where we will be located. What locations to visit, dishes of national cuisine, about the inhabitants of this country, its flavor, learn a few words or phrases of this area. It is always nice to see the smiles of locals after greeting or words of gratitude in their native language. With regard to Georgia, it took most of the time to study the classification of wines. After all, this is a country of winemaking. How to correctly read information from labels, regions, remember grape varieties, learn about production technology. This, by the way, saved us a lot on the spot with a huge abundance of the product range in the alcohol market (we did not buy anything in plastic for bottling in Kobuleti). Time flew by unnoticed, the first six days we actively studied Adjara. We visited two excursions from the tour operator: "Mountain Adjara" and "Martville Canyon", walked around the arboretum and took part in the production of churchkhela. And also with the assistance of Sulkhan and Mamuka, we organized a trip to the "Prometheus Caves", once again visited the Martville Canyon, warmed up and took baths in the "hot springs". We spent two days in Batumi, where we had a great time. We saw all the sights. We got acquainted with the locals, talked a lot, looked at the architecture, admired the balconies with flowers in the Italian style and just walked, went wherever the eyes look. During the nine nights spent in Kobuleti, we spent 6-7 hours on the beach. Someone goes purposefully to the beach, and someone prefers to move, but even managed to imperceptibly and "fry" like piglets on a spit.
I am traveling with Anita BY for the fourth time. There are questions about transit hotels in the cities of Volgograd (last year there was a transit to Dagestan) and Rostov-on-Don (transit on return from Kobuleti). The living conditions are not acceptable for Belarusians. Terrible hotels were provided. I believe that the reviews that tourists write are taken into account. The transfer to and from Georgia is well organized. We thank the close-knit team of drivers Evgeny and Yuri! Great guys, responsible and very attentive, with a sense of humor, very glad to meet them!
Tbilisi - Kobuleti- Natakhtari respect to local drivers Lebanon, Kote and Maho. They are also sociable, we received answers to all our questions.
The group was accompanied by Sergey and Yana - young guys who coped with their duties. Everything is clear and punctual.
We thank the guide Victoria, who really loves her job, she gets high and this has been passed on to us, tourists. Expressive diction, interesting stories, a lot of useful information. We are glad to meet her, which I will not say about Natia from Tbilisi, I could not captivate and imagine a colorful city. The story is like a textbook for schoolchildren. We did not reveal Tbilisi for ourselves ((( Expectations were to see its color, streets, courtyards, architecture. How they play dominoes and backgammon, sing songs. But it didn't happen. For half an hour, or even more
, the group stood at one of the locations. A tourist route can be combined with a non-tourist one - my subjective opinion is that tourists go to see the city as much as possible, and not stand in one place and listen to a paragraph from a textbook. A reason to come back here again and take a walk on your own. At the end of the program in Tbilisi, there was to be a wine tasting in the wine cellar. Better get it out of the program, shame! Brought in general to the food court area, note not a wine cellar. Accordingly, there was no sommelier, of course, Natia was substituted. Just a couple of bottles of wine were opened and poured for 29 people, and the wine is not of the best quality.
About the good))))
And of course, thank you for the warm welcome of the hosts of the guest house "S 326" in Kobuleti.
In advance, before buying a tour, I was looking for information and reviews of experienced people who stayed here. But alas, they are practically not on the tour operator's website or in social networks. The tour operator provided a choice of 4 guest houses for different dates.
Priorities "S 326" : there is an elevator, location (closer to the center of 2.5 km), closer to the sea, no negative reviews and reviews in general. And we were not mistaken that we chose the S 326.
Friendly and hospitable, sociable and smiling! One big family and a team. Huge respect to Sulhan and Vardo (the owners of the guest house) are wonderful people, Naira and Ripsime are girls who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, Mamuka is the manager of the cafe at the guest house, an incendiary guy with a sense of humor.
And of course Maria is the welcoming party from "Anita BY". A lot of work has been done during the season to improve food in guest houses, excursion programs, organizational issues - all responsibility was on Maria all this season.
To the tour operator of prosperity and ideas! We are waiting for new routes from you! We will be glad to go with you again to meet adventures!
Happy Tourism Day, "Anita BY"!
Wishes for the next tour are to visit two regions of Adjara + Kakheti. We plan to return to this country next year in September, when the grape harvest is underway and visit the wine cellars of Kakheti. Enjoy the beauty of Sighnaghi, as well as spend a few days in Adjara - Kobuleti (at Sulkhan's).
We went with this company on a bus tour of Adygea + vacation at sea (08/06/12- 08/19/12).
We really liked everything. Good transit hotels, excellent drivers, a convenient bus and a competent escort.
Thank you very much for preparing such interesting routes at affordable prices at this difficult time.
We will be happy to go on a winter vacation with this company!

Just the other day, we returned from the Moscow tour "Weekend in Moscow" (06/27/2017) and, while my head and thoughts are still full of fresh memories, I hasten to leave my feedback about the last trip. First of all, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the AnitaVu travel agency for a perfectly organized trip. For the first time, we chose a capital company for the trip (we ourselves are from Grodno) and did not lose. The memories are only the warmest. There are no unpleasant moments that can overshadow the journey. All stages and details of the trip are organized at the proper level. You can feel the experience and professional impact. And, believe me, these are not emotions. We have gone on similar tours before, there is something to compare it with. Not once in these days have we felt like regular statistical tourists, whom we can dismiss with standard and memorized phrases. Boarding the bus, briefing, sanitary stops, a snack on the road, choosing a hotel – everything is clear, everything is according to plan. The tour program is very extensive and informative. We learned and saw a lot of new things. Special words of gratitude to our accompanying Yana. She is very tactful and responsive. He knows how to work with people, always helps with advice, tells you what, where and how best. In other words, she's just a smart girl. Thanks to her, these three days passed easily and naturally. Thanks again to your travel agency for an unforgettable vacation. I'm sure this won't be our last trip.
