At first, one manager muttered something. Then the second manager began to look at analogues somewhere, talked about delivery dates, we will bring this one, we will not bring this one. I told you again what kind of tape I need. The manager replied that the delivery time can be from 1 week to 1 month. After clarifying the possibility of delivering the tape, the manager replied - WE will NOT BRING IT. Why post offers on the site and mislead the buyer!
I made an order. They requested an advance payment. And because there are not enough positions in the warehouse, they say, wait a week.
I've paid. I'm waiting. On the promised Monday, no one even called back. On Tuesday, they said that the issue has not been resolved, wait further. I wrote an official letter about the refund. "The payment day is on Friday - wait."
Today is another Monday: no order, no money.
Why people can't work properly or solve their mistakes culturally and immediately is probably a rhetorical question..

I could not fully evaluate the work of the company itself, because it never came to placing an order. The reason is a website that gets a stake for its work.
I tried to place an order on Sunday. I tried for a very long time, because the basket persistently lost the positions selected and sent there. With grief, it turned out to collect the planned order in half, went to the registration and selected the desired parameters for delivery and payment, filled in all the necessary boxes, clicked "place an order" and... Nothing happened. No notifications, no reaction, no feedback. And so on several times in a row. Even if the company cannot process an appeal / order on a weekend, in any case, any self-respecting online store should be able for the client to leave the order for further processing on the next business day according to the company's work schedule.
And a few words about the work schedule. The website states that there is a retail store where you are invited to come, purchase goods, get advice and take advantage of special offers and bonuses, and the proposed loyalty program with cashback works only for the retail store. And everything would be fine, but the website shows the work schedule - only weekdays from 9 to 18. Are you serious? Who do you work for anyway? Who is your target audience? A large number of people work on the same schedule and simply will not be able to physically reach you without compromising their comfort. From which I conclude that you are NOT interested in an average employee/specialist client. You are NOT interested in working for a wide range of clients, and you are ALSO NOT interested in offering them bonuses and loyalty programs.
You can object to me that there is an online store for ordinary people. But even that DOESN'T work correctly!
In summary, I would recommend that the company determine who they are and for whom they work, and make sales tools convenient for a potential client. If this is a website, then it should work smoothly. If this is a retail store, then review the work schedule so that people can get to you after their work. Or at least make Saturday a working day. Because, to be honest, such work formats discourage any desire to try to contact you.
And the more ironic your slogan looks from the site "Be sure, once you get to us, you will definitely find what you were looking for!".

UPD. To the organization's response. Perhaps the site doesn't really place an order for less than 10 rubles, I don't know. My order was collected in a basket for 600+ rubles. After clicking the "checkout" button, the page was reloaded in its previous form, without any changes and the order was sent.

When I called the manager back and said that I would complain about them, the manager replied to me that you had come to us at all?! As a result, the husband took the order. Not only is the manager not competent in the sale of goods (he could not answer the dimensions of the box of our order), but he is also rude and throws the tubes.

It's been 2.5 months, but there is no product and something tells me that there won't be! you need to think very hard before you start working with them!!!! the price tag seems to be cheap at the start, but in the end it's a headache and unnecessary movements....
