On May 13, 2024, we visited the Sukhum - Chernihiv and Kyndyk tours. Our guides were the driver Georgy and the Guide Arnold - professionals in their field, wonderful men with a sense of humor. The excursion is very interesting, the places are beautiful. There was a good stop for lunch with kebabs and a stop for tasting homemade wines and cheese. Most of all, I liked the Chernihiv gorge - an eco-path along the rocks above the raging river. Once again, special thanks to Arnold - a darling, not a guide.

I have never regretted that I chose this company for my first excursions in Abkhazia. We spent the whole day in the company of the amazing driver-guide Nestor. Our guide Satgey and driver Hassan are just smart and great fellows! Satgey talked very interestingly and with great love about his city, the republic, the history, the peculiarities of the appearance of this lake, accompanied by an excursion with a constant sense of humor, which was very important. We looked at the Ritz from the height of the observation deck at sunset, along the way we saw waterfalls, canyons, and a blue lake. On 07/11/2024, an excursion "Chernihiv + term. the source of "Kyndyg". This is exactly what was indicated in the message before departure. Although on the website it was called "Sukhum + Chernihiv". The website also shows the cost of the tour for different age categories with the preposition "from". That is, there is no clarity on the cost until the moment of the order. In my case, the final price was 2000 rubles. Also, until the moment of loading, it was not clear which vehicle the trip would take place on. As a result, it turned out to be an old Mercedes with poorly functioning air conditioning and seats for children, since there were not enough places for an ordinary adult to kneel. A pleasant journey resulted in a hot, tedious and sometimes extreme trip at high speeds and excursions into oncoming lanes.
Then there are the problems of management and logistics. In my message to your organization, I left the exact coordinates of my hotel: the name and address. No one arrived at the appointed time (9:30). Never in my long practice of traveling to different countries and cities has there been such a precedent. At 9:39 a.m., a message was received that the car would be there in 5 minutes. That is, for 9 minutes I have been in uncomfortable conditions of a hot climate. At 9:46 there is a call about the arrival of the bus, but for some reason at a different address. After a short conversation and expectations, the transport finally appeared. 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
The time indicators in the route description do not correspond to reality. All the stops had a completely different timing.
And finally, the work of Arnold's guide. His entire speech was riddled with false facts and inaccurate data. For example, in the beginning he said that eucalyptus requires up to 100 liters of water per day. Then, in the middle of the trip, this number increased to 300 liters. Arnold went on to officially declare that the Bzyb River is the cleanest river in Europe. However, if you Google, none of the rivers of Abkhazia is included in any of the ratings. And there were plenty of such anti-scientific statements.
Result. 10 hours of heat, useless information and more than 12,000 rubles for four people were wasted. It is necessary to clarify the pricing policy, timing, poison the guides for retraining or replace them with more competent ones, update the bus fleet, and introduce the staff to each other. The information is transmitted incorrectly.
I do not recommend it!!!

I purchased a tour from this company called "Pyv Pass and Alpine meadows" In the description it says that after the car there is a walking route to the meadows and lakes. In fact, the driver drove only to some kind of stable. He gave me 40 minutes to look around and took me to the Ritz. He went to drink tea there, and left the tourists for as much as an hour and a half. There was absolutely nothing to do. The tour ended much earlier than expected. The cost of the tour, by the way, is 2800, one of the most expensive. Do not buy tours from Apsny Travel, you will waste your time and money.

I ordered a 5-in-1 jipping tour Ticket 25708. The guide was Dinar (+79409947*** ). Instead of the stated route, he offered to stop at the Pyv pass, but abandon the Geghsky waterfall. All the drunken youth of six, of course, agreed. No one would take into account the opinion of one person. It seems to me that he did it on purpose, as it was profitable for him, so as not to turn into the waterfall later. I was in a hurry all the time. If necessary, I would pay extra for this route, but the same is not done if there is one route, you need to follow it and not convince the others as he wants.

We took an excursion to Lake Ritsa with stops on the way to other iconic places and tastings. The driver and the guide are masters of their craft. Good presentation of information, it was not boring. They picked us up and dropped us off at the specified location. I didn't like that the driver was significantly speeding. The tour includes a visit to a very dangerous area with a cliff a meter from the car, it was very scary when we passed there. There are no seat belts on the bus. During the tour, we were offered to go somewhere for 250 rubles per person, I didn't even understand how it happened. Everyone agreed in unison, it was awkward to refuse. Wine, cheese and honey tastings take a lot of time in order to sell the product. They are at the beginning of the tour and take a lot of energy.

At first, we were skeptical about excursions in Abkhazia and wanted to go to the sights in a rented car, but due to the fact that the driver's license was not renewed in Abkhazia, we had to contact a travel agency and we were even glad that we chose the tour. We were going to the Ritz. I really liked the guide, his name is Satbey, sincere, attentive, tells interesting. Along the way there were only 2 stops for tasting, which were even interesting and the prices are quite normal, not space. There were also stops at small waterfalls and a blue lake. On the lake, the Ritz was given a time of 1 hour 10 minutes, as it turned out, it was enough for everything. And another plus was climbing to a high observation deck, from where there was a cool view from the other side of the lake. In general, 10/10.

We visited Lake Ritsa with this company. I was a little worried, it turned out in vain. We traveled with a 5-year-old child, everything is perfectly organized! We went to Hashupse Canyon on 16.08. The place itself is very hospitable. But there is no service. They promised to pick us up from home, as a result, so as not to look, they told us where to come, well, at least not far. The driver was driving on the wrong side of the road, and violated the speed limit and all sorts of different things. No one has heard about security here. But the most unpleasant thing is that on the website there is information that a walk along the canyon is 3 hours, but in fact they repeated 10 times that they had to be on the spot in 1.5 hours. Naturally, they did not really look at anything, they ran at a gallop. In short, we did not have time to enjoy nature. Then we stopped at the white cliffs, for an hour and a half and went home. The driver always limited the time, but they always waited 15-20 minutes for him at the appointed time. It's a pity 1800 in an hour and a half somehow. They publish only 5 reviews on their website. The others are not.

The most famous travel agency in Abkhazia. We went with them 2 times to the Ritz in winter. The guides are well done, professionals, drivers too, drive carefully, do not drive reckless. There are many other interesting excursions. There are polite staff in the office, they will tell you everything.

Good evening! I want to leave a review. Excursion to Lake Rizza. Thanks a lot to the Badr guide for such an interesting tour. Well done guide! 1. He came to pick us up at the Astana Hotel on time. 2. He told me how the tour will take place. 3. He talked incessantly throughout the trip, a lot and interestingly, joked, asked, answered questions voluminously and to the point. The tour itself👍first we came for a wine tasting and cheese tasting, then there was a honey tasting. The prices are reasonable, we bought wine and cognac, liked it, bought smoked buffalo cheese, and 2 types of honey. Everywhere the tasting was accompanied by interesting stories from the staff of the tasting rooms and pasika. Then we arrived at the Blue Lake, according to the guide's story, the depth of the lake was impressive - 49m, the color of the lake is really blue. We visited the canyon, a very steep view, high cliffs, a stone of desires that you need to touch. Then we drove to the Rizza lake itself, Badra offered to additionally climb to the waterfall above the lake, a beautiful view, an interesting story. We went down to the lake, had lunch in a cafe, delicious national food. The price for 3 came out at 1500 rubles. Very tasty trout and a dinner of horseradish. There was time to take pictures and explore the surroundings. It was also interesting to return, we visited the Maiden's Tears waterfall. I definitely recommend the tour company and the guide. The tour is mandatory. Thank you very much!
