The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large, everything is clean and new. The food is varied every day, the choice of dishes, everything is delicious. Nice SPA center with a swimming pool. Two outdoor pools, including one heated. The beach and the sea are nearby. The territory is closed, the entrance is by electronic key. Helpful staff at the hotel.
There is a construction site nearby, but this did not interfere with the rest. There is a market and a shop nearby. Bus stops are within walking distance.
I really liked the hotel. The rest was a success.

We visited this hotel for the first time on New Year's Eve 2024. We had a big party of 10 adults and 7 children. This winter was warm outside at 14-15 degrees Celsius, and jackets were not needed here. We arrived, we were greeted with champagne and tangerines, New Year's animation and New Year's Eve itself was in the style of Harry Potter. The wizard and his girlfriend were constantly in sight. Each room had an invitation for New Year's Eve and a bottle of wine. The night itself was organized for 5 points, snacks, drinks, a show program and a drawing of certificates for hotel accommodation, one of which was won by my daughter. In the morning there was a "tangerine swim" in a warm outdoor pool. Then we plunged into the sea, but the pleasure is so-so)))).
All week in the evening there was entertainment in the restaurant for adults and in a separate kids' club for children. In general, we were impressed and booked a summer vacation.
In the summer, we eagerly checked into the same rooms as we had in the winter, and at our request, the receptionist placed everyone on the same floor next door.
We checked in and went for lunch (and in summer there is an all-inclusive system here). The food here is very tasty, I have heartburn from time to time, but I have never been here. A very good selection of dishes, drinks, salads. The girls in the restaurant are like bees, the dishes are taken away, the finished dishes are changed, napkins and other things are always available. The animators are great, the kids' club - special thanks, our children always knew what to do. After lunch, at 15-30, the children are given ice cream and pizza for a snack.
Dima, Sergey, special greetings to you for our volleyball battles, both in the pool and on the playground. Thanks to you, I gained only 3 kg, and I could have gained more, good luck with everything, we'll play again)))
The pools are always clean, there are no problems finding free beds by the pools, there are also "bungalows" and "shells".
The territory is green, well-groomed, palm trees, lawns, shrubs, flowers. They are constantly cutting the grass, watering it, and it is clear that they are very attentive to the beauty.
On the beach, sun beds and umbrellas are always available and accessible, there are 3 sap boards on which we swam very coolly away from the shore.
The rooms are very spacious, cozy, and clean. The sound insulation is good, the curtains are great, and you can sleep with them day and night. There are enough sockets for charging gadgets (if anyone hasn't noticed yet, there are USB outputs in the small spring spots of the backlight near the bed).
One of our friends had a birthday party - congratulations from the hotel administration. Then we celebrated this birthday at the Thirst bar on the beach, where they helped us and responded to our requests in the same way.
It was very fun and positive, the time flew by quickly.

We continue to add new details: We were in November, and everything is still fine, but the SPA center has also been added. It has a hammam, a Finnish sauna, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and massage rooms. I was at a Thai massage, a fragile-looking girl very powerfully kneaded my back, even breathed differently, I need to repeat.
The next visit is the New year 2025 and an exuberant Casino Royale-style party. The tables were full of food, and special thanks to the chef for the meat in puff pastry - it was delicious. Entertainment did not let you get bored all night, and at 5 a.m. there was a traditional jump into the pool))) Once again, the week flew by like one day.
Everything is 100% organized, the lights were turned off twice a day in the country, but there is no light in Aquamarine for about 30 seconds while switching from the main supply to the generator. At the same time, saunas, lighting of the territory, sports grounds, heated swimming pool continue to work, life does not stop. The staff is plowing, the animators are trying, the receptionist was in plain sight all the time. When checking in, was there a question about the WiFi signal strength? so it was also solved in 5 minutes.

I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children!!! We rested in it from 27.09-02.10.2024. I liked everything and everyone! Everything was fine! Starting from the room, the cat. spacious, bright, in a modern style! No foreign odors, we had a family room with a terrace on the ground floor, the bathroom was clean, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and even hand cream in dispensers in sufficient quantities, dental kits! The room has a kettle, tea set, refrigerator, urn-everything is there! Well done hosts! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The territory is well maintained, three swimming pools, one of which is heated and comfortable in any weather, a Jacuzzi, comfortable sun beds, sofas, armchairs everywhere. Kids club, playground, animation all day! Mini Turkey! The buffet was great, we were out of season, alcohol was not included in the diet and still every dinner had two kinds of homemade wine, EVERY DINNER had LIVE MUSIC! There is a spa complex on the territory, the sea is 70m away. from the room, there is a bar on the shore. The market is nearby, all the shops are within walking distance. The only drawback is the construction site on one side and the garbage on the other side of the hotel, but once inside these disadvantages are not noticeable! I sincerely wish the owners of this hotel prosperity and continue in the same spirit, and not spoil like a Sled ((. I advise you to visit Avkamarin yourself, if to Abkhazia, then only to Aquamarine!!!!

A great hotel with excellent breakfasts and meals. Live sound in the evenings: violin. However, it was very loud.
The interior of the rooms is super. The designers did their best. Light solution 👍 space solution 🔥. There is a children's club. However, our 8-year-old was not allowed to go anywhere because he is tall. However, I found books and toys to my liking.
There are disadvantages that are confusing. The pool inside the spa did not work. And it was raining outside and it was cool. I really wanted to relax in warm water, because there is not much to do in Abkhazia in such weather. The spa is open at certain hours. The massage is not of very good quality.
Repair work is underway in some places. I am sure the hotel will achieve its perfection soon. We took note of this hotel for ourselves. Now we will rest in Abkhazia only here.

Not a bad hotel. By 4 out of 5 points.
Nice rooms, everything is clean. There is a kettle in the room. Bottled water is not supplied, the cooler is only on the floor. And the iron too.
The food is good, the choice is normal. There is only espresso and Americano from coffee, no cappuccino and latte. Cold milk is just in a decanter next to it.
Nice beach with sun beds and umbrellas. There is a paid bar on the beach!
I liked the kids' club. The children had fun, but they were there only in the evening.
Of the cons: cleaning the pool. Already in the morning (probably in the evening) there is sand and small pebbles on the sides and on the steps.
And also, you can not hand over the laundry for a full load of the machine if you live less than 7 days. You have to pay for each item separately!! The family fare cannot be taken! We came as two families with 4 children. What kind of discrimination is this?! At the reception, our questions were answered that these are the rules. If the hotel does not have a laundry service, then increase the number of washing machines. Or make another more expensive tariff for those staying less than a week, but it should be!!!

We rested at the Aquamarine Hotel from 09/16/24 to 09/20/24
A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. Modern. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable large bed, large balconies with comfortable furniture. The bathroom and the shower itself are spacious and bright. It was very pleasant that the care products were not in tiny blocks and bags, but in large filled vials - just to the brim - and liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body cream.
Two beautiful pools, one with ordinary water, the second heated, in the evening it was very comfortable to swim in a warm, almost hot pool. By the way, the pools work up to 22 hours, which is also very convenient. There are a lot of comfortable sun loungers with soft mattresses around the pools, tents with sofas where you can drink wine in the shade, eat fruit and even take a nap after lunch)) There was always enough room for everyone, although the hotel was 100% occupied%
The staff is very professional and friendly, but honestly there was no reason to contact, because everything is at the highest level. The rooms, pools, and the entire hotel are spotlessly clean.
The food is always delicious and fresh. No frills, but you will not stay hungry, meat, fish, sausages, cheeses, salads, fruits and desserts, plenty of everything and everything varied. There are only a couple of uncritical remarks about the kitchen, wet plates and a meager selection of fruits. Otherwise, everything is just great. The Swedish line restaurant has very pleasant live music in the evenings. Two bars, one in the Swedish line, the second on the beach.
The territory is small, but everything is balanced and there is no jostling. Every corner of the hotel is a wonderful photo zone.
The beach is wide enough, there is enough space for everyone. If you come and all the deck chairs are occupied, a beach employee will take them out and put them where it is convenient for you. A very friendly man, do you want to get closer to the water? Please get closer to the water. What I would like to add is soft thin mattresses for deck chairs, it's still more pleasant to lie down like this.
There are strollers for children, they just stand under the stairs, take them whenever you want. Inflatable circles in large numbers. There was animation for children, I don't know what exactly, but I saw the kids with pleasure in the game room with the animator.
The Aquamarine Hotel left the best impressions, I did not want to leave.
After Aquamarine, we stayed two more nights in another hotel, I will not write the name, I will only say that it is considered one of the most fashionable in Abkhazia. So, Aquamarine cannot be compared at all on many points! In Aquamarine, everything is two heads taller.
My husband and I were delighted with the Aquamarine Hotel. If you also like a relaxing holiday and comfort, then come, you will not regret it!

I had a problem with the SAT. BUT there is a quiet horror around the territory. Okay, the construction site, but the garbage heaps are frustrating. We carefully did not notice them))))). One of the best hotels in Abkhazia for families with children. The most important criterion for us was the absence of rotavirus, and indeed everything is fine! Service, food, animation, spa are not inferior to Turkish hotels. Its own beach with sun beds, a hot outdoor pool.In the evening, there is always a musical program for dinner and a glass of local wine is offered free of charge. I really liked it. Outside there is a Jacuzzi, a children's pool, one deep heated, one of normal temperature with beautiful different sun beds. There is a separate game room, delicious food, room cleaning on the territory at the highest level. We stayed at this hotel from 08/08/2024 to 08/15/2024 with the children. The hotel is gorgeous, the room in which we lived (deluxe with sea view) is spacious!A comfortable 2-bedroom bed, a folding sofa for children is also very comfortable, which pleased me there was an extra mattress on the sofa! Thanks to the hotel for this! Cleaning was carried out daily, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every 3 days! There are 3 swimming pools and a Jacuzzi on site! The pool water is clean! There is also a spasm, for a fee you can use the services of massage therapists and cosmetologists (massage is excellent, tested on yourself)))!Children's leisure is organized perfectly! Thanks to the animators!The children were very happy! They were especially pleased with the PALMS that you can hug for souvenirs! As for nutrition! The buffet is gorgeous!Lots of varied and delicious food! Steamed dishes are also provided for those who follow the diet! Desserts and pastries are always fresh! Seasonal fresh fruits! During the entire stay, none of us got sick with rotovirus, which was very gratifying! And the biggest plus is the SEA is 10 steps away!

We rested with my husband for 4 nights at this hotel from 03.09.24. Among the advantages: good location, first line by the sea, 2 pools for adults, 1 for children, there is also a Jacuzzi. There are sandboxes, animators, playgrounds for children. Sun beds and umbrellas are on site, plus the beach by the sea has its own territory. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, our room has a private terrace. A huge spa with reasonable prices. The staff is polite. Free drinks, live music in the dining room in the evenings.Of the cons, of course, the food is absolutely monotonous, meager, I can even say tasteless. Porridges are sweet as jam, the fish was mullet, mackerel, pink salmon finely chopped and thin, all three types are filled with sauce, in general, the appearance is disgusting, the taste is sooo salty. That was the end of the fish. The meat is unroasted chicken, I haven't even tried the cutlets, but the appearance is also not very good, pork and beef seem to be nothing else. There are a lot of vegetables, but you won't get far on them))). The fruits are tasteless, hard and sour, the watermelon was sweet for 1 day, there was no more of it. 2 types of salad, 3 types of sausage slicing, pickles. There are only 2 types of coffee from the coffee machine! Desserts are such unpeeled cakes, and then I never had time for them. You can write for a long time, but in general it is clear that krch went constantly hungry. In the pool, the plates on the steps are torn off in some places. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave out bracelets and explained how to get to the room, that's all. We found out about the fact that there is a snack bar on the territory on the last day, not a word about the spa, about the bar that it is also something like a restaurant, we also did not know, we could have gone there to eat))). Linen change every three days is stated, in fact, nothing has been changed for 4 nights. Towels, bathrobes, all sorts of accessories are given out and everything seems to be normal, but!!! The dental kit is issued only on the day of arrival, no further), I do not know about other accessories). Shampoo and conditioner are something from a series of clean lines, the hair remains stiff) but this is for whom how. They do not offer a transfer in advance, they do not specify at what time and when we will arrive, but we slightly confused the arrival date, came to our senses only closer to 12 a.m. (we rested at another hotel). The room has one large mirror in front of the bed, there is also a table with a sink, the mirror is terribly dark (although it looks sooo cool in the interior), you can hardly see yourself, there is not enough of some round normal small mirror at least. Cleaning every day is quite early in the morning, it seems that they also clean the room well, but they do not touch the terrace, there is a spider web under the sofa and sun beds)). There is no sound insulation. I sleep in earplugs, but even in them you can hear how they walk above the floor, how they vacuum, how they do repairs or whatever (there is a construction site next door). It seems that some small things are insignificant, but the impression of a vacation is greatly spoiled, the hotel is definitely not 4 stars unfortunately.((( I want to add that the common beach is dirty, bottles and all kinds of dirt are everywhere, you go outside the hotel, construction sites and garbage dumps are everywhere, of course they stink terribly, this can be attributed to the whole Gagra.

I liked the hotel! A beautiful, incredibly cozy area. Wonderful animation, children now ask only for Aquamarine! The beach is public, but the hotel has its own sun loungers and umbrellas, which were always available even when fully loaded. Thanks for the free saps, we swam from the bottom of our hearts! Special thanks to the man who works on the beach, very pleasant and responsive! Well, the sea is a fairy tale - it was gorgeous on our vacation, even dolphins were seen from the shore. Cool sun loungers by the pools, such soft sofas are rarely found anywhere. The buffet is delicious, varied, without frills, of course, but very homely.
Well, to be ready, especially the visuals - the road to the hotel past the garbage dumps and construction sites. Another disadvantage is that there is nothing around the hotel - no embankment, like in old Gagra, and no interesting places. But this is probably only the first impression, you enter the hotel and it immediately changes to a positive one! Everything is so thought out to the smallest detail that you don't even want to leave the territory. The construction site next to the hotel will end soon and there will be beauty in general. Of course, I would like to try somewhere else to relax in Abkhazia next time, but we are afraid that we will not find anything better!

In general, parents have a complete break from children.The guys also play adult board games every day.It's very exciting. I liked the hotel! Modern renovation, a warm outdoor pool is a buzz, there is a playground for children and in the evening the animator turns on karaoke or plays board games. There is a cheap market nearby. The breakfasts are so-so, monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. They don't serve any meat at all. A wonderful hotel, we had a rest for the second year in a row. Everything is clean, polite staff, excellent food. This year, spa treatments and massages have been added. I liked the Thai massage. If anyone has problems with the musculoskeletal system, I recommend Pavel Orlov's masseur (he not only does massage, but also pushes, stretches muscles, it's a little painful, it's worth it)

One of the disadvantages is the area behind the hotel with garbage on all sides. Perhaps the hotel itself needs to remove all the garbage that is visible from the windows, do cleaning on the shore, because guests, even if they do not swim in the sea, then walk along the shore.
Nearby, very close, a building is being built, some of the windows in the hotel overlook it, another part overlooks the courtyard to the pool, the sea, the third to the mountains, but the views are overshadowed by unfinished buildings.

We booked a family vacation from 04.01.25 to 07.01.25 based on reviews. Both adults and children liked everything so much that they extended the rest for another three days. The food is excellent, and the rooms and grounds are clean. You can't hear the neighbors in the rooms. Leisure for adults and children is organized competently, well, at the level of such a hotel. Since the hotel is located a little apart from the city, this is just a huge plus, there are no guests, you can't hear cars, and in Abkhazia they are loud! There are many beautiful plants planted on the territory. We've already booked two rooms for the summer, I'm taking my mother-in-law with me, let her get high too! Awesome food, everything is very tasty, the territory is just gorgeous, very polite staff, the bar and its prices are a separate plus, I didn't find a single minus, a room with a sea view is a dump of the head, the terrace is just super! We moved to Aquamarine after 10 days spent in another hotel next door, where they probably simply do not know about the service and normal food (I will not name this place – I have already left a negative review about them). It feels like we didn't move 500 meters, but flew to Turkey!
The territory is small, but very cozy. Everything is green: palm trees, hedges, lawns ... everything is well-groomed, trimmed and harmonious.
Further details on the points:
Staff.
Beyond all praise! Everyone greets you cordially, they communicate very friendly, with humor and positivity!
Rooms.
We took the "Standard", the most inexpensive, but it still turned out to be very cozy and clean.
The only "minus" is the view from the balcony to the neighboring building under construction, but we knew about it in advance, and it didn't bother us a bit. Again, if you look not straight, but to the sides, then you can see the sea on the left, and the mountains on the right.
I was also pleasantly surprised that you can smoke in the room on the balcony! This is a huge plus for us, since we are almost all heavy smokers.
The room is "equipped" to the maximum: a kettle with dishes, tea, sugar; in the bathroom there are good Korean cosmetics: soap, gel, shampoo, individual sets for brushing teeth ... in the closet there is a hairdryer, safe, bathrobes, slippers, face towels, shower towels, beach towels…
The lights and sockets are very well thought out.
In general, "everything is for the convenience of the client."
Food.
No complaints! Everything is very tasty!
The menu is European, plus local fruits and vegetables.
The restaurant has a very pleasant interior, quite comfortable and competent table arrangement: there are tables for two, four, and a large company.
The dirty dishes are cleaned by the waiters.
Live music at dinner. This is very unexpected and atmospheric!
In the bar in the evening, local wine is free (not Beaujolais, of course, but you can drink it), or, for a fee, other alcohol, ice cream, etc.
Territory.
There are three outdoor pools and one indoor pool (in the spa area).
One of them is heated (water is about 30 grams). The second is of natural temperature, and there is also a children's "frog house" with geysers.
In the spa area there is a hammam, sauna, shower, sun beds around the pool.
Everything is clean, fresh and working well.
The entrance/exit to the territory is through a gate with an electronic lock, which opens with the same bracelet as the room.
There is another bar behind the territory, through which there is access to the beach.
The beach, as in the whole of Gagra, is rocky. The pebbles, although turned by the sea, are better to go in "coral" slippers, which are sold here on every corner.
Well, and about the surrounding areas.
Outside the hotel, of course, everything is not as chic as inside, but, in general, the hotel is located quite conveniently: a 5-minute walk from the market, there is a good cafe with Turkish cuisine; near a large grocery store, pharmacy, hairdresser…
In general, all the necessary infrastructure is within walking distance.
The central embankment (with a Ferris wheel) is a 20-minute walk away. Or 250-300 rubles by taxi.
Result.
We were very satisfied with our stay at Aquamarine!
Of course, there are minor flaws, but it doesn't even make sense to mention them, especially considering that we had something to compare with!
I am sure that when all the construction work is completed and the new buildings are put into operation, it will be an even more magnificent place to relax.
In general, I recommend it to everyone: families with children, young couples, and the elderly: everything is thought out here and for everyone!

Great hotel! We have been vacationing since November 21, 2024. I liked everything! The rooms are good: underfloor heating, air conditioning, everything is there - shampoo, balm, cream, toothpaste and brush - you don't have to take anything with you. In bad weather, a heated swimming pool and a spa center were saved. The hammam is super. Breakfasts, dinners are great, everything is delicious! Special thanks to the administrator Lana. Great hotel! We lived in room 306, overlooking the construction site and the sea. Nice balcony with furniture, dryer. The room is great, everything is clean, new, there are bathrobes and slippers (children are given a baby). There is an elevator. There is water on the floor in the cooler. There is a kettle, cups and glasses in the room. There is not enough plate, knife and normal spoons. You can ask at the restaurant. Very good wifi. The food is excellent! Everything is fresh and varied. I didn't like porridges, soups and fish. There is a cold pool, heated and a children's pool (very shallow). Just gorgeous sunbeds!!!! Soft, wide, with headrests. There are sofas with a closing roof, there are sofas in wooden houses. In Sochi, such a sofa 2 years ago on the beach cost 1t per day! And here - here, please, rest! There's even hand cream in the bathroom. Shampoo and balm are decent. Good bedding, beautiful curtains, but not blackout. In the morning, you can really hear the maids, they come early. The construction site can also be heard. And yes, the audibility between the rooms is strong (conversations, TV, children, adult fun). There is a bar in the restaurant, they took lemonade in jugs of 400 rubles (awesome), chips, ice cream to the pool. The ice cream is rubbish, all with ice. Great animation team. Children have applications, crafts, hide-and-seek, dancing, and sports games. The adults and I played board games in the restaurant, guessing games of all kinds, such excitement! Fun, easy. You earn "palms" - a kind of Aquamarine currency. Then the palms were exchanged for bracelets, key chains, drinks. The sea is right behind the fence. What sunset views!!! I don't know why they lower the stars for rotovirus, it doesn't depend on the hotel. And yes, no one was sick in 10 days with us! It is a great pleasure to relax here. For families with children , in the off - season (when the sea is cold) - ideal . They are building a SPA on the territory, which this year will have a hammam, a salt room and something else.

We had a rest from May 27 to June 3.
The hotel is wonderful!
The territory is clean and beautiful.
The pools have a great selection of sun beds, all with thick mattresses.
The room was taken by the deluxe sea - excellent, stylish and modern! The balcony overlooking the sea is simply gorgeous!!! The rooms are cleaned thoroughly. The girls at the reception respond to any request.
Eating on solid 4 is a bit monotonous from day to day, but everything is very tasty. There is always meat, chicken, fish, a lot of vegetables, pastries, greens, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Very tasty cheeses, dried tomatoes. Desserts are simple, but not too sweet. There is live music or a saxophone at dinner. The SPA complex is being completed, so it will be even cooler)
The sea was clear, but it was still cold. There is garbage on the beach, no one cleans up. There is a construction site around, the view, of course, is not pleasing. The central market is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. On the new asphalt! There is nothing terrible, as previously described, no. Next to the market there is a street with shops, pharmacies and cafes. Comfortable.
For Abkhazia - a high-level hotel, I would be happy to recommend it!

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of November. We come several times a year. The warm pool is a thrill 🫶
The spa complex is already fully operational, which is very pleasing) a hammam and sauna, what you need in rainy weather. The pool inside is a little cold, but after heating, it is pleasant to plunge into it.
The food is great. No poisoning in all 3 years of visiting the hotel. A buffet with a choice, within reasonable limits, and a menu on request.
There are many activities in the hotel. There is a children's club. There is also a schedule of events for adults.
We went everywhere and had a great time with the animators. Thanks to Sergey and Dima)
Karaoke was done for 2 hours, there is time for everyone to sing)

We were in April, the heated pool was very pleased, we cleaned it every morning. The room cleaning is also of high quality, the staff is polite and friendly. There is a basketball court, a swing for children and a rope park, as well as a children's club with animators. But we didn't dare leave them alone for 6 years, because there were a lot of children, there was a pool nearby, it was difficult to keep track of everyone.
The only thing that upset me was the frog choir in the evenings, there is a small swamp in front of the hotel. The balconies of the rooms with mountain views go out there, take this into account. No one warned me, there was a surprise) At first they were upset, then they got used to it.
And the other advantages of the hotel completely cover this nuance.
In general, we really liked it, we want to come in the summer, swim in the sea and in the second "cool" pool with Jacuzzi)))

I really liked the presence of a children's center where they have a great time. The food is very good and varied, compotes from Feihua and dogwood, it's a bomb. The rooms are good. The road to the hotel was made and now there is asphalt, which was very pleasant)) it is convenient to go to the city. Yes, construction is underway, but it did not interfere with the rest. The beach is nearby and dolphins playfully swam there every morning, it was a cool sight. Everyone is happy.

A magnificent hotel. They lived together with his wife in the period from May 30 to June 7, 2024. The staff is excellent, polite. The food is delicious. The area is very beautiful, there are three pools, sun beds, trees and all that. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels, bathrobes and other amenities are provided in the rooms. There is a daily entertainment program for both children and adults. The sea is literally a minute away. In general, if there is anywhere to go in Abkhazia, then I definitely recommend this place.

Rest from December 3 to December 10, 2024. We have recently returned and while the memories are fresh, I will write a short review. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I'll start with people, of course. Very positive people cleaned our room, met us in the morning/ afternoon/evening. I'll write right away, so as not to write separately the cons – these are the girls in the restaurant: where are your smiles? It feels like they were sent to a restaurant as punishment for the seven deadly sins) I don't even want to remember, never mind.
We took a break at breakfasts and dinners. Just a low bow to the cook! It was gorgeous, varied, delicious and all that can be said good. There was everything you could order and eat. A large beautiful restaurant area.
By the way, the territory is small, but it has a children's room, exercise equipment, a ball court, three swimming pools (one of which is heated even in winter). The pool was cleaned every morning, there were no complaints about its cleanliness (although we had experience with dirty basques).
It was cleaned several times in seven days, everything was fine with us. A smiling and talkative woman always lifted the mood. We send her big greetings!
The room itself. We were checked in even before the appointed hour without any problems. In my opinion, this is how it should be, if the room is ready to move in, why pickle the arriving people? The room itself is fresh and clean. Heated floors from below- lovely! The bathroom, toilet are all standard and clean. They gave out snow-white boiling robes and a bunch of different towels, hygiene kits.
Like cons. To get from the market to the guest house, there are about 150 meters of road in the middle of a wasteland, of which probably 70 meters without lighting. We turned on the flashlights on the phone and walked. There are no problems getting there by taxi at all.
The windows of the room overlooked partly the construction site and partly the sea. We didn't feel any discomfort.
Since we arrived in the evening, the light turned off, but immediately turned on from the generator. Yes, this is Abkhazia. The TV was malfunctioning, and one day the techs were called.support, a worker immediately came, pressed some settings and everything worked again. But the picture sometimes lags a lot and it's not worth counting on TV. There are 9 channels, broadcast from Adler. There were the main ones and those that are TV series about cops)
The lighting of the hotel is beautiful and bright. There are well-groomed greenery all around. The elevator was working.
When calling the reception, the receiver was immediately picked up and the issue was resolved, great fellows.
The price of a question from Yekaterinburg from December 3 to December 10 is 67 500 rubles. Flight, transfer , accommodation, meals morning/evening.
We went to the beach once. The large filling structure for the sun beds was monumental.

The food is delicious and varied, but you will not get lost in the choice.
The service is excellent.
The staff are kind, understanding, caring.
The rooms are cozy (we came across with a good view), and there is generally a bomb room on the 5th floor overlooking the sea.
The 10×4 swimming pool is well heated (It's just a thrill to sit in it in the rain)
The territory is well maintained with all amenities (children's center, basketball/football/volleyball court), across the street.
The purity is total.
The location is not bad in principle, 1 hour drive from the border, a shop, a pharmacy is a 15-minute walk away, the sea is across the street.
