Good location, pleasant interior. We were in October, when the sea was already cool and you could get a wonderful experience - akin to a Russian bath - from the sea, after walking a couple of hundred meters, dive into a heated pool. There is also a positive prospect - a whole complex of swimming pools with chill zones is being completed on the territory. The market is a 5-7-minute walk away. The girls from the reception were very pleased;) - they are nice, professional, but not formalized. In principle, given the heated pool, you can drive almost all year round.

The bomb hotel. A heated swimming pool, an excellent restaurant with a buffet and nimble staff, excellent animators and a children's club make a day for adults and children, the sea is within walking distance, Wi-fi works well throughout the territory, room cleaning every day and in full, a new aquazone is being built, but the construction site does not interfere with rest. I really liked the hotel, the room is spacious, the furniture is fresh, an excellent mattress and pillows. The food is good, the staff is polite. It was out of season, the pool is warm, the beach is nice. Outside the hotel, the area is not landscaped, construction and abandoned land, but the overall impression of Aquamarine and its territory is only positive.

It's amazing! Thanks to the hotel, I fell in love with Abkhazia! For family - exactly what you need = a warm swimming pool, a children's club with animators-exercises-children's discos-drawing, etc., etc. Buffet - for every whimsical taste.
Without children, it's great too! The store-market is nearby. The beach bar is open during the season. The beach is pebbly, but clean! Dolphins come regularly. In general, delight and adoration!
The permanent guest card is issued after the 3rd visit. A solid good 4 with a good perspective. Like!

We had a vacation in early June 2021 with our family. We came by car. In general, I liked everything, the rooms, the food, the service. A warm swimming pool, Parking for cars. In general, it is clear that the staff and the owner are trying their best.
Packaged wine, which is given out as a compliment at dinner, but the staff does not mind, you can bring your own, they will even help you open a bottle with a corkscrew.
Of the cons:
There is no toilet by the pool, only a shower and a locker room
There is no changing room, no shower, no toilet on the beach
As is customary, there is no lifeguard near the water either.
Bars are paid
The very small territory of the hotel itself, everything is on top of each other, there is little greenery.
Well, of course, there is desolation around the hotel, but probably only with time the situation will improve.
And in general, it is very worthy!!!

I liked the hotel very much, I was lucky with the weather, we were from 01.01 to 05.01.23. I especially liked the animation and the attitude of the staff towards the vacationers. The pool is cool, the only disadvantage is that the children began to scratch their body skin on the last night, apparently too much chlorine ...
A Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with a sea view with a huge terrace balcony. Beautiful, comfortable, only a makeup mirror was missing. You need either a small magnifying device in the room or in the bathroom.
I would like to separately mention the administrator, I forgot the name, on duty on January 1. We arrived at 12 o'clock, without any persuasion on our part and aplomb, we were immediately checked in, because the room was free, which we were very happy about))
Well, the welcome drink was very welcome, after a long flight with the children.

We spent a week in this hotel. They were chosen based on a recommendation. 3 swimming pools, restron, all inclusive system. The beach is a minute walk away.
There is animation for children, an outdoor cartoon every day, a foam party, and volleyball for adults. Gagra is nearby, you can walk.
Definitely an awesome hotel!! It's worth the money👍

We rested for two weeks in June 2023! This is the best holiday hotel for parents with children. I would even say that this is for parents who are tortured by children and work, because you will be able to relax in this hotel!
Due to the fact that the territory is very thoughtful and small, you can safely let children walk around the hotel, where they will either hang out in a children's club with animators, or find something to their liking in special playgrounds: a rope mini playground, a gym, a sandbox or a children's pool.
There are 3 swimming pools on the territory and the sea is 50 meters away with its own beach, so water treatments are guaranteed to you. And if you're lucky, you'll get a great view of the frolicking dolphins.
The beach is clean and well maintained.Towels are provided for each family member and changed as soon as necessary! There are always sun beds and staff on the beach and, very importantly, there is an Internet throughout the hotel, including the beach.
Everything is for the convenience of vacationers!
The food at the hotel is excellent! For every taste. In two weeks, we didn't get bored of anything, because there is a lot of choice! And what's great is that the meal hours are long enough and the children managed to eat twice. Plus an ice cream and pizza snack in the afternoon. Delicious milkshakes! Just a bomb)))
And in the evening there is always live music during dinner.
A doctor works at the hotel every day!
There are also quite reasonable prices for laundry! 50 rubles is a child's thing. In short, rest for moms from household chores is guaranteed.
The rooms are stylish and comfortable – we lived in a family room, and then in a suite. Very comfortable and clean and beautiful in all rooms.Everything is thought out as much as possible for the convenience of guests.
Thanks to the intense program of animators, we hardly saw any children)
So if you have children from 0-13 years old (teenagers may be bored), then this place is perfect for you!!!! That is why 95% of vacationers here are families with children.

It's a beautiful place. We were there as a family for 3 years in a row. In order:
Positive:
1. Friendly and helpful staff. (Galina Rafaelovna has a separate respect.)
2. A lot of entertainment for children (the hotel positions itself as a family one) - a sports ground, a playground, a children's club, animators.
3, Food.
The Swedish line. Varied, delicious. Without any special frills.
4. Heated swimming pool. Sun beds, showers.
5. Rooms.
Clean, cozy. They always took a view of the sea (floor-to-ceiling Windows, the view is super). The linen is changed, the room is cleaned.
6. Location.
Great view of the sea and the mountains.
Both plus and minus - the hotel is located at some distance from "civilization". It's quiet, there are practically no cars. The wasteland next to the hotel spoils the picture a little.
7. The beach.
The hotel has its own beach. Pebble (it is better to swim in special shoes). Sun beds and umbrellas are available. The water is clean. There is a cafe nearby.
Now the cons.
1. The aforementioned cafe. Until late in the evening, music periodically rumbles.
2. The unkempt area next to the hotel. Wasteland, old garbage cans (dirt next to them). "Zabroshki".

The summer of 2022 turned out to be unforgettable, including thanks to staying at this hotel. The eye-pleasing interiors of the rooms, the external space, animation, food, the beach - all together can give a comfortable stay and vivid impressions. A separate plus is a small number of rooms, no crowds of vacationers. There is a central market nearby: some will call this a minus, but if you want a wider range of seasonal fruits and berries offered by the hotel, then this is a very good location. Its own Parking, its own bar-cafe on the beach, everything is on the level, the beach is equipped with umbrellas for guests. You can safely go and count on high-quality service and rest.

Everything is fine. Cons: sawing under the windows during the day (some buildings are not finished), soft, but still music from their bar on the beach until 23:00. The noise of the ventilation hood on the roof (two-room suite, 5th floor). It's hard to sleep with such a hum. They turned it off at the request. Sometimes they forgot to turn it off, they had to ask again at night. The buffet is excellent, but still on the 4th day (out of 10) it began to get boring, we waited for new dishes every day. There is nowhere to go, there are no normal cafes, especially no restaurants nearby. The beach is with small pebbles, there are pitfalls, it is interesting to dive, there are a lot of fish, there was a crab, there were no jellyfish. Special thanks to animators Sergey and Lyudmila, the best animators for children and adults that I have met) We played Mafia, Alias, card games, strategies, some of the best evenings, almost every 3 days - new people, it's interesting) Everything is fine in the room, of the minor disadvantages - double-glazed windows should not be double, but triple. Nice, friendly maids. The road for the last 300 m to the hotel is gravel on the ground, with pits, I want to make asphalt after all. The children and my wife liked everything very much) Good luck to you, thank you for a good rest!

Everyone is happy! It's just great with kids! The staff is friendly, the animators are interesting and energetic. The food is delicious, the choice is not as big as in Turkey, but much more satisfying, closer to home-cooked food. A heated swimming pool, an additional swimming pool area is due to open next year. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. In general, we are very satisfied! We'll come back later.

We rested from 17 to 22 June. I really liked it! The Deluxe sea room is gorgeous, a huge bed, a clean bathroom, towels were changed every day. There is also room cleaning every day. The pool is very warm, it doesn't seem to be big, but there was always enough space. A rich animation program for both children (workshops, mini disco, exercises, games) and adults (yoga, volleyball, etc.). A varied buffet: yes, there are no 100,500 dishes for breakfast /dinner, but everything is delicious, fresh, its own pastries, dirty dishes are removed from the tables at the moment Everything is clean. There are delicious cocktails at the beach bar, and you can dance. Yes, there is a construction site on the territory now, new pools are being prepared for launch, but it did not bother us personally. There are much more advantages. We took this hotel from 23.08 to 28.08, everything would not be bad, but in August there was an intestinal infection (rotavirus) in the sea Almost all the hotel guests are on tea and breadcrumbs, yes, if you ask the waiter to take out the crackers in a bag, you can take them with you to your room. The doctor at the hotel is present on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00, can give recommendations or give an injection, but if you feel sick at night, then either an ambulance or on your own. There is not even water in the room, but there is a kettle and tea. There is a cooler in the hallway, one per floor. So it is necessary to take medicines with you, in the nearest pharmacies the price tag is 2 times more than in St. Petersburg. Upon check-in, we received a room with garbage from previous tenants. They clean normally. The rooms are not bad, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is made strangely, when you wash all the water flows out, respectively, after washing you still need to clean up all the water. The food is 5: meat, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, everything is available. From alcohol, red/white wine and beer, everything else is for an additional fee. The fee. If you smoke, you will constantly have to go outside the hotel, because smoking is prohibited on the territory. I have never seen the pool cleaned in 5 days, the bottom and walls are slippery. There will be a lot of tourists lying on towels on the beach next to you, because the beach is not private and everyone can be there. There is a children's club, there is almost no entertainment for adults, darts and volleyball for men, gymnastics and aqua aerobics for women.

in general, a good hotel with a heated swimming pool, children's and sports grounds, and a children's club. among the disadvantages are not very good breakfasts, constantly hanging coffee machines, the absence of many drinks in the bar in the evening and most importantly, after 8 pm, when dinner ends, there is absolutely nowhere to go. the hotel is located on the outskirts, so you definitely need a car to get somewhere. there were no questions about the room (we had a two-room one), everything is fine.

I don't want to write much, on the second day all five (3 adults with a grandmother and 2 children 5 and 7 years old) fell ill with rotovirus, two days later it became easier for the children and me in the room, my husband and grandmother are still recovering, we are going to St. Petersburg. But two days later, the eldest daughter vomited again and then for another 2 days. The food is terrible, it seems to be there, but I don't want to eat it, we've been sitting on dried breadcrumbs and tea for the last 4 days, because washed vegetables don't understand in what water and I didn't even want to eat food.
Special thanks to the maids, they cleaned perfectly, they immediately responded to any request and brought basins on request (well, it's clear why, yes) they lived in room 422. Grandma lived in a room with a "terrace" 108 this is a *** view of the fence right there, but that's okay, the windows were not opened at all through the fence, because the workers were constantly in the window, plus the eternal knocking, the sound of this construction and the stench of concrete or whatever they were pouring.... The construction site on the territory of the hotel, the diplomatic corps stank of paint, the drill rang, knocks ....
From snacks and ol inclusive local wine, my husband said decent vodka, soda is not tasty, pizza at 15.30 and ice cream did not like it, did not eat except once.
The hotel staff is great, they clean the pool, clean, try, the girls in the restaurant are all doing well, the maids are golden.
At the reception, the girls are so-so, not super polite, a little with a favor...

We had a rest in September. Either the staff is already tired, or they are always like this. But I didn't feel any Abkhazian hospitality from either the administrators or the waiters, etc., there was zero empathy.
The number of people on the beach was disappointing. On the map, the hotel is located on the outskirts, from where such a huge number of them is unclear. It was scary to imagine what happened in August. I didn't see any toilets on the beach, our hotel is across the street, I wanted to go, I came back. The rest are clearly coping at sea!
Hence the rotovirus on the 2nd day! Polysorb for prevention did not help. My daughter was the worst, we went to the hospital 2 times, put on ivs and then connected antibiotics. You wouldn't wish such a terrible vacation on the enemy! Minus nerves, health, money for treatment, and, and wasted for the hotel, they could neither eat nor relax there!
I will separately highlight the terrible attitude of the nurse. When the child was vomiting, I called the reception, asked her to come into the room, look at the child, adjust the treatment (I had all the medications, I read the reviews that there were problems with rotovirus), to which she said let them come down!! Are you serious?! The child is vomiting incessantly, and I have to walk around the hotel and spread this infection???!! The attitude is wild! Okay, adults, but this is a baby!
The hotel has 90% of such cases, even those who swam exclusively in the pool.
Of course, there were doubts about the hotel, but when we lay in the hospital and talked to people on the beach, everyone is sick there, regardless of where you live and what you eat.
Definitely not coming back(

The hotel is super!!! It's just a pity that we got into the "storm of the year", we only managed to swim in the pool for 2 days, and then it was drained, because the sea flooded it. But even these unpleasant moments did not overshadow our vacation! All the staff are friendly, except for one receptionist girl, she is sitting at the counter there, as if she were the hostess of the hotel, not a pleasant young admin, the other woman is very nice. I would like to mention the maids, waiters, animators - They are all wonderful!!! I recommend the hotel!!!

Hello, we had a rest from May 16 to 24, 2022, with 2 children of 3 and 5 years old. I really liked it! The restaurant prepares varied and delicious food, with daily evening music. The bar offers inexpensive drinks and cocktails for children, cash and card payments. There is a warm swimming pool next to it, with sun beds. The rooms are clean. The sea is nearby, a playground for playing sports. Daily entertainment for children.

If you decide to go to Gagra with children, then you need to go exclusively to Aquamarine. We did not escape the Black Sea rotavirus, but the hotel service relieved us every second of all the difficulties of this situation, so we got sick as calmly as possible and without hassle.

The hotel is just great! We rested from June 17 to 22, 2022, took a deluxe sea room, the room is clean and spacious, the view is excellent. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. The food is excellent, a varied buffet, the tables are cleared instantly, during lunch they can come up several times. The staff is polite and attentive. There are animations for adults and children for every taste. I didn't want to leave at all. It was a perfect vacation! We will definitely come back next year. I recommend it to everyone!

A stylish, modern hotel! The only negative is that there is construction going on around (we were in early April) We had a room with access to the terrace - I really liked it! Upon arrival, a compliment is a glass of Abkhazian wine, at dinner, a glass of wine is included in the price. The food on the buffet is without frills, but everything is quite decent! The rooms are designer, everything is clean. We will definitely come back!

We have been staying at this hotel for 2 times already. We come here because of the animation. The children and we adults are really looking forward to meeting the guys. I have never met so much creativity, warmth, and love for my work. After the holidays, we are charged with new games, master classes, and creative ideas. During the vacation, I heard how many families came and told the guys that they were coming here for them. Thanks a lot to the animation team, especially Sergey and Luda, as the inspirers of this whole process!
I would also like to note that the food in the restaurant is delicious and the service by the waiters is very pleasant.!
Of the disadvantages, I would note the strong audibility in the rooms and the not always friendly attitude of the reception staff.

We had a family vacation in September in Aquamarine. Very decent homemade food. I didn't like the wine that is offered for lunch and dinner. You can buy very good and not expensive things at the bar. The waitresses are very nice, attentive girls. The staff who cleans the rooms are just wonderful people! They change the towels in the room without any problems and the beach towels will be changed if necessary. The cleaning is excellent, everything is clean both in the room and on the floor. The child liked the kids' club, he constantly ran away there, there was motivation, the animators did well! I liked the massage, it was effective, Robert did it. I did not like the fact that plastic deck chairs are not comfortable by the sea on the beach without special mattresses. It would be great to change them to modern ones. The hotel does not have its own beach, so everyone who wants to relax, the beach is shared by everyone. There are a lot of stray dogs, huge packs, of course they are all very kind and I feel sorry for them all, but somehow I wanted to relax without them, but they could lie next to you. And of course, the big minus is the broken road to the hotel with a dumpster and garbage along the road. Live music at dinner in the evening, wonderful! The territory of the hotel is small, you can't walk around. For adults, the entertainment is only the beach bar. The embankment is not equipped for walking.
