Just a wonderful hotel. For privacy and to enjoy the view of the power of the mountains is the most suitable place. Everything is new and clean. The rooms are spacious and filled with everything you need (even glasses for 3 types of drinks). They try to cook breakfast in a variety of ways. Everything is delicious and fresh. Freshly brewed coffee on the terrace overlooking Chamgan is just a fairy tale! Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will definitely come back.

- price / quality ratio in the restaurant. Lunch and dinner for $35-40 for two. At the same time, food does not produce the effect of enjoyment at all. The fish is over-dried, the lamb is not cleaned of bone fragments after chopping. Little things, of course, but for such a price, you still expect to prepare meat before cooking.
- there's a taste here. The slightly strange layout of the rooms, in which the main advantage - the view from the window - is lost due to the location of the bed. The bathroom window is right here. It is there and it is opposite the bathroom, but it is covered with some kind of curtain and it did not work to control the visibility of the restroom.
- lack of activity center. It seems that the hotel implies that you have a car. If there is no car, then there are problems with the transfer to the activities immediately. The hotel does not have its own activities with excursions / nature. But there are movies, game consoles, loud music after 7-8 pm in the restaurant and other things that are so badly needed in a secluded mountain hotel.
- the hotel does not have a pedestrian area for walking. There's a stream nearby. But there are no trails, no sleds, no cheesecakes. Nothing.
- the noise insulation of the rooms has obvious disadvantages. We heard perfectly well what our neighbors on the right were watching and what the neighbors on the left were swearing about.
With all the positive aspects, it seems that this is just a place where guests sleep in between the emotions received on Amirsoy and Chimgan, and not a place where these emotions are received.

A wonderful place, very beautiful and cozy! Everything in the room and in the hotel is clean, tidy, the views are amazing! The mountains around are of course awesome, the place at the hotel is top. There is an indoor and an uncovered pool, there is a sauna and a hammam, the bed is huge and very comfortable, it's hard to get up from it)) The breakfast buffet is varied, as if everyone will find something for themselves, the taste of the food is ordinary.
Well, all the rest of the food on the menu in the restaurant, not for breakfast, tasteless at all. Plus 20% tips, which you can't get away from when you don't have the best waiters working for you - they spoil the whole impression of the restaurant. The restaurant looks great, but there is no food and the service needs to be tightened, otherwise it is a shame to take such money for such food :(
In general, we got high, we want to come back here in warm weather, look at the green spaces around)

A very good place for a family holiday! The views are excellent, there is all the entertainment. But most importantly: cleanliness!!! This applies to the well-groomed territory, and rooms, and even common areas! 5 points to the staff and management! A little trouble with the restaurant: the kitchen is for 3, the service is unhurried. In general, forget about the restaurant. But the breakfasts are not bad.

This is a restaurant. You won't have much choice, there is only one restaurant inside with a beautiful interior and beautiful views, but with terrible food.
It does not reach the level of the eatery that the lifts have, let alone the level of restaurants, for example, in Tashkent, where they feed for the same, far from low cost
In general, the food is all as simple and not tasty as possible, and even expensive (this was the first and so far the only time I ate a dish with mutton and the mutton smelled unpleasant)
The rest is great. There is a small problem with the water in the rooms and the hammam, but it didn't really bother me, since they clean every day

Great hotel. A cool picturesque place with a view of the Chimgan mountains. Clean air, pine forests all around. Cool pools, both outside and indoor. Inside there is a fitness center, as well as 3 types of saunas. Excellent restaurant on the 6th floor. The rooms are cool, the room has a mini safe, a large TV, a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, various teas, a mini bar and some snacks. Daily change of linen and supplies.

Cozy, comfortable rooms. We had a room with a mountain view. The view is awesome - the room is worth going out on the balcony and looking at this beauty. There were bathrobes and slippers in the room. Tea/coffee/sugar. 1.5 liters of water is included per day.
The restaurant is on the 6th floor - they cook delicious, but not on a budget.
The pool is very warm, panoramic windows, clean water, saunas are clean

Nice hotel. Very nice view, there are two pools. The pool is heated, the water is very warm.

There is a play area in the lobby, but it is small (rather for very young children up to 3-4 years old). There is no playground, only if you go down to the cottages.
In the cinema, you can ask to put almost any cartoon or movie. There is table tennis in the lobby 🏓
The staff is responsive, but rather slow.

Great big room in the standard category, great view of the city, heated pool. There is an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, everything is included in the price. We were in the middle of May, the weather was good. The rooms are excellent, clean (audibility is present - acceptable). A room with everything you need. There was a beautiful view of the mountains. I got from Tashkent to the hotel by taxi. I really liked the restaurant. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly. Swimming pool, saunas, spa - everything is clean and comfortable. The hotel has a Turkish hammam, sauna.
Two pools. I recommend. The location is great for the mountains.

This is a great hotel. I don't know how many stars there are, but it feels like at least four. It opened only a year ago. The room was spacious, we had a balcony. The bathroom is gorgeous. The room fee includes 3 types of baths and a swimming pool (inside the building as well as outside). The most magnificent view of the mountains, especially from the top floor, where breakfast is served every morning. The service is at a high level. There is an ATM near the reception. And not a simple one, but with the function of exchanging currency for local money. By the way, my Russian Union Pay card (Gazprombank) worked there. For an additional fee (we paid 250 thousand soums), you can book an excursion around Lake Charvak, with a ride on funiculars. There is plenty, however, before that, I do not advise, roads a la serpentine :)

Cozy SPA center: gym, swimming pool with warm water, underfloor heating in the pool area, two hammam: mild Turkish and hot Steam bath, sauna.
Breakfast in the restaurant on the 6th floor corresponds to level 4*: porridge, cuts of various types, cottage cheese, yogurt, dried fruits, fresh fruits, cereals, milk, packaged juices, pastries. Cappuccino, espresso, freshly squeezed juices for an additional fee.the fee.
You can have dinner at the same a la carte restaurant for an additional fee.payment. It is very tasty, the portions are full, at a cost of $ 20 (dinner) per person.
The rooms are very comfortable, pillow selection, daily cleaning. There is not enough battery or drying zone for boots and g/ski clothes, but not a problem: clothes dry quickly, we took individual drying with us for boots. We rented a large cottage and liked everything, except for a not very recent renovation. The staff is helpful and polite. The cottage is located in a pine grove, it is pleasant to breathe the pine aroma. The children were with us and they were not bored, as there is a ping-pong table and a small football field at the cottage. Overall, it's good. It would be ideal if the repairs were refreshed

Therefore, if you look at comfort and convenience, beauty and cleanliness, then 10/10.

He moved into a new six-storey building. Everything is new. Two elevators.

The administrators are competent, well-trained, and polite.
Junior Suite with mountain view. It is necessary to take a room where the mountain view is indicated. There is a magnificent view of Chimgan and Small Chimgan.
Our room was on the third floor and the view was magnificent.
Everything is new in the rooms. I was even impressed that there are pairs of dishes for both beer, wine and whiskey. A separate pair for coffee. The coffee maker is capsule type and capsules are included free of charge. The bar in the refrigerator is paid. But the prices are reasonable.
The restaurant is good. We liked the breakfasts. On the 6th floor. With a view of the mountains.
The pool and spa area are also good. I liked the large and hot sauna. After a refreshing swim. There is an indoor swimming pool. There is a gym. Everything is included in the price.
During the day, you can safely drive to Amirsoy. Less than 20 km.

When the administration's brain was already taken out, they guessed to take care of the guests and gave out the chains for free. Taking into account the cost per room, which artist should have knocked it out. Maybe they are in a share with the tractor driver, who offers these chains for money. There is no hair conditioner, although it is 5 times cheaper in hotels. The hair dryer on the two-room room is one and broken.
