A new building, specially built and equipped for a hotel. Nice spa, sauna, hammam and steam room. There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The staff is well trained. The kitchen is very good. All entertainment is within the hotel. There is no outdoor entertainment. The only thing is the clean mountain air and the view of the big Chimgan.

Классно! Встречали новый год в каттедже - 6 2023 год. Пришел дед мороз с снегурочкой поздравили наших детей. Все отлично сервис улучшился. Стало намного лучше чем раньше. Не первый раз уже в Арчазоре. Мы очень довольны всем, спасибо персоналу.

If you evaluate the location and nature, this is a chic corner in the area of Chimgan.
A real coniferous grove, huge pines and fir trees, so tall that they cover the sky.
A small sai flows nearby, with a beautiful riverbed of colorful pebbles.
There are many different herbs growing nearby, exuding a unique aroma and, together with the needles, making the air curative.
but! The SERVICE in Archazor IS TERRIBLE!((
there was no heating in the cottage we rented, despite the fact that it is very cold there at night.
We were offered oil heaters and when they were turned on, the socket started burning!!!
The carpet in the rooms is in terrible condition, the toilet has a faulty drain tank, etc. the guys working there on the technical side are not qualified and it seems there is no one to manage them properly.
The dining room (restaurant) lacks a normal manager, the guys working there are completely unable to cope with the service, the coffee ordered before breakfast was served an hour later, arguing that "there are a lot of orders and one coffee machine..."
But there are also advantages, the girls working at the reception are responsive and try to help guests, it is being completed a new modern hotel building, with a magnificent view from the windows, with an elevator, a large swimming pool (the second outdoor pool in this complex). I want to believe that they will improve the service and you will be happy to go there to relax.

Very bad food. There are no coolers on the floors. The children's area is completely for kids and without a babysitter. There are few sun beds. It feels like just making money. But not for people at all.
But the room is beautiful (although the air conditioner did not work, there was a lot of dust, there was nothing to breathe). And a beautiful view of the mountains.

When we were there, they didn't even have water. Everything is broken, the door barely closes. One toilet for everyone, I think. In general, they have a problem with this one. Moreover, the staff is not very vigilant, if something is needed, it is necessary to follow them directly. And so the prices are familiar, the place is clean and tidy.

Their Uzbek cuisine is very tasty, that's a fact. The rest of the dishes are so-so. They are also building a new part with a large hotel, launching in August 2022. - I think it will be great. The Archazor is not the same as before, their position says that the rooms are equipped with a safe and the hotel is not responsible for personal belongings. But there was no safe in our room. The garbage in the toilet was not removed from the previous guests. The pool stopped being cleaned of insects, a bee stung my arm. But of course you could close your eyes to this, but the mood before leaving was spoiled by invoicing for goods in the minibar that we did not use.
