There is no wifi. The administration warned that there might be problems due to bad weather, but even on clear days we did not find the wifi working.
Mobile communication in this place is also poor, sometimes absent.
Frequent power outages. That morning they couldn't leave the room because the outlet with the hair dryer stopped working. That evening, they could not keep warm due to the fact that the air conditioner stopped working for heating and there was no hot water. Sometimes the electricity was completely lost, but it was good that at least for short periods.
The administration did not offer any solutions to the problems, and the rules of accommodation state that the hotel is not responsible for the work of public utilities.
Getting to the hotel in winter is a big problem. The shower is poorly insulated, after use there is a puddle all the way to the door.
It was not a vacation, but a whole quest.
On the plus side: spacious and clean room, cleaned well too.

This recreation area has potential, but it is not developed. The main building has not been completed yet and it is unknown when this will happen. No work is underway. The area for walking is small, Parking for cars is too small, the menu in the restaurant is meager. But the air is wonderful, giant pines, real mountains, medicinal herbs. We hope that everything will still work out.

The new building, the hotel is not bad, but the cuisine in the restaurant is not very good, to put it mildly) there is no alternative (prices are about the same as in the Kyrgyz Republic. Clearing🤣 ). There is no infrastructure nearby and there is no taxi to get to any story. The views from the windows are gorgeous. There's nothing to do except the spa (it's pretty decent). The pine forest inside the hotel is small, you can walk around in 5 minutes. The air is pleasant, the silence.

Although the place is old and not very updated. There's a chip in the Air. The pine forest gives indescribable breath and lightness. I recommend changing the gas stoves in the complex. They don't work.

Great hotel.
I liked the staff, the design is tasteful. A wonderful sauna.
Upon arrival, it is worth considering that in winter not all cars will be able to climb the slide through the ice to the hotel.
There are few taxis in the area. It is worth using those that are advised at the reception.

The room had a temperature of +30 in winter. The air conditioner did not cool down, there was nowhere to screw on the batteries, they slept with the window open. There was a smell of rotten potatoes in the bathroom, which did not fade, since there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

A very quiet and cozy place. Fresh and clean air. There are a lot of trees, but a dirty pool spoils the view. Apparently, fallen leaves and dead insects are poorly removed from the surface. There are places for barbecue. Coal is free. The price corresponds to the quality.
