Several factors that influenced the assessment:
- half of the staff does not speak Russian (competently), although the location forces;
- runners can talk about working moments with waiters at the moment when the waiter is standing at the guest table;
- they somehow managed to spoil the tea with lemon ...
- they rearrange the tables when the guests are having dinner, our table is standing and an untreated table is placed to it from the center of the hall * and begin to wipe after this table was added to ours;
- unfortunately, in this institution they also do not trust the waiters to pay, they have to go down to the cashier and pay there, in some cases it can be very inconvenient ((
- the food was brought already left (tasteless, but it tastes like everyone *), we told the waiter about it, he did not apologize, and did not offer to make up for this moment in any way.
The location and the view are the best, but everything else... The guys still have to study and study)
A plus is the lack of Maintenance. I do not agree, let it be better to have 20% service than all of the above disadvantages) Success to all

I very rarely write negative reviews, but this time I will have to. On the positive side, the service is fast enough. But the nastiest thing is that it's not tasty. The prices are high and it is unclear why. I ordered a salad in which, in addition to lettuce leaves, walnuts, dried tomatoes and goat cheese are indicated. Instead of goat cheese, some kind of cheap incomprehensible cheese was grated, there were no dried tomatoes at all and walnuts either. Or rather, there was one tiny fragment of a nut. And most importantly, all this is filled with some kind of sourness. Vinegar mixed with lemon. It is impossible to eat it.

Magnificent view of Tashkent city and the fountain. That's all of the advantages. We ordered pasta and soup, cooked for a long time and brought everything that was cold and absolutely not tasty. An employee put a dirty table next to ours and started cleaning it while we were eating. The incompetent waiter, who barely speaks Russian, was asked not to put greens in the pasta, but they added it anyway. He did not respond to the request to reheat the dish.
It's worth going just for the view of the park, and it's better to order at a minimum.

We ordered an English breakfast - the egg was cold, the portion was small, so 100t was expensive in this particular case. They asked to pay the bill by transfer, which further spoiled the impression. The guys take criticism: I ordered herbal tea without sugar, they brought it with sugar - I asked them to replace it. They brought the same diluted one. After contacting the manager, they did not take the money, apologized, said they would take it into account in the future.
