I leave a review on the first visit, but I plan to come again.
The location of the cafe overlooking the lake makes it a great place for breakfast or evening dinner on the outdoor veranda (it is open from 5.30 pm).
A separate plus is that the windows are washed every day, so the view through them is gorgeous, although this is done in the presence of visitors.
We were on Sunday from 14.00 to 16.00 and the place was very crowded and noisy, the layout was not very good, there is not zoning everywhere and there is no comfort that you expect to admire the lake and drink coffee.
The food and coffee are delicious, the portions are large. It was not immediately brought as per the menu, there were small clarifications about the curd cheese in the English breakfast, but after this clarification, the service was excellent.
The prices are reasonable for the city center.
Special construction toys are provided for children, where different parts can be dragged. Adults can also be allowed to play😂😂

I would like to share my negative experience of visiting this institution. When we arrived, the hostess registered us to board on the ground floor, however, upon arrival, she changed her mind and said that many guests had already taken seats downstairs because of the rain. We were seated on the second floor. This caused some dissatisfaction, as we preferred to be on the ground floor, where, as it seemed to us, there was a more lively atmosphere.
I am disappointed with this approach to arranging the boarding of guests. The hostess must adhere to her registration data and not change them at her discretion. Understanding and taking into account the wishes of visitors is an important aspect of good service, and in this case, it was clearly not fulfilled.
In addition to these problems with boarding, I would also like to mention the unpleasant experience associated with the waiter's service. During the order, I chose a certain dish, however, it turned out that the waiter did not warn me about the presence of an addition in the form of meat, which I did not even notice on the menu. He just said the name of the dish, and I answered in the affirmative, not knowing about the availability of additional meat. Not once did he mention the additional cost of this meat and did not draw my attention to the possible increase in the bill.
I was very disappointed when the check arrived, and it turned out to be significantly higher than I expected. Insufficient information about the cost of meals and lack of clarity on the part of the staff are serious problems. As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency when making an order, so that I am given the opportunity to make an informed decision and avoid unexpectedly high costs.
I hope that the institution will pay attention to such issues and train its staff to inform them about the cost of meals and their composition in order to provide customers with complete clarity and avoid similar troubles in the future.
