One of the advantages: a good location. A cool terrace with a view of Tashkent city and fountains. The portions are quite large. We had a very good waiter.

We spent 2 weeks in Uzbekistan, drove it all the way from the Aral Sea, Baysun and to Tashkent, so we ate in different villages, local cafes and nothing, but here in a decent institution - poisoned! My whole flight home was "awesome"! It will be remembered for a long time.
I took spaghetti with chicken, Greek salad and cheesecake. No alcohol! It was April 8th.
There are no complaints about the interior and service. The view of the fountains is gorgeous.
So judge for yourself... To sit and drink coffee - yes, I would definitely not eat there anymore!

The three of us came with a 3-year-old child. Mixed impressions - beautiful interior, friendly staff. Dishes are brought when they are ready and not for everyone, that is, while one is eating, the other is waiting, apparently there are no regulations about this. The Greek salad is sour, it is not possible to eat, apparently they overdid it with lemon juice. The pasta is delicious, the chicken kebab is delicious. The coffee is good, but I'm not a gourmet.

It's a great place. The service is super, the waiter constantly came up, checked if everything was fine, knew the menu and gave recommendations. The portions are large. We took salads and desserts, everything was very tasty. There are a lot of berries in desserts, but the sizes are huge, take into account when choosing. Recently, I went to the cafe again and decided to correct the review based on my latest impressions.
First, the dishes: it's frustrating that their quality has dropped.
I ordered grilled chicken – the same chicken can be bought at the Deli at my mahalla (hello Medgorodok). The taste is great, but in a restaurant like this you expect it to be cooked on coals. And French fries seem to be bought in the same place as well-known fast food chains. Again, there are no complaints about the taste, but according to the level of expectations about such an institution...
Also, we ordered pasta in cream sauce with mushrooms. I'm willing to bet 20 bucks that it was macaroni "horns" from Makiz. Well, you know, these are about 3-4 centimeters long, cut at an acute angle. There are no questions about Macaroni, we eat them at home, but if I wanted to eat store-bought pasta, then I could eat them at HOME, and not in your cafe.
I can't say for the desserts for the entire range, but the Surprise turned out to be not as pleasant as before (this is the name). The biscuit is kind of soaked and cold. The Black Forest was also missing, which was a little frustrating, it was a good dessert.
And now the service... There is a fuss around, people constantly go back and forth, the guys can't immediately arrange customers in their places, they run around with orders asking several tables if they ordered a particular dish. Gentlemen, I understand it's Sunday evening, rush hour. But you should focus on this bar: if you cannot provide high-quality service with maximum cafe occupancy, then you are not ready to make maximum profit.
I also think it would not hurt to refresh the atmosphere: print out new menus, otherwise they are shabby. Replace pillows on upholstered furniture, they are faded and stained. This is all noticeable and affects the impression of visiting your institution.
I am writing all this because this cafe was my favorite place in Tashkent, and I hope that they will regain their former level.

They tried to interrogate the hot salad for 20 minutes - everything cooled down. Instead of warm water for the child and cold lemonade, adults bring cold water for the child and warm lemonade for adults. In small things, but in general it becomes unpleasant. A very truncated selection of dishes. The waiter who served us was very correct, sincerely friendly and pleasantly competent, but the kitchen messes up with serving dishes, does not give the waiter information about the current stop list, the guy had to blush. The idea is good, the location is great, but you can't leave just because the windows overlook the singing fountains. To be honest, we didn't find any tasteless dishes, everything was very appetizing, but the joints were directly killed.

If you still manage to contact the institution to make a reservation, then keep in mind that if you stay a little longer, they will not contact you to clarify your plans, but simply give the table to someone else. Although perhaps it was just that no one copied my reservation from telegram to the magazine at the reception, so they simply did not find me in it when I came to the institution. They asked me to wait until the customers were transferred from that table. I waited for 20 minutes, during which time no one came to give an update on when the table would be available.
