Before concluding a medical insurance contract with this company, specialists were invited to present the insurance program. They answered all the questions asked: yes, of course, please, etc. As soon as the contract was concluded, the first applicant was told that at the discretion of the insurance company, they would register for medical care only in public medical institutions, and that there was a misunderstanding between us and representatives of the insurance company. I will say this, this is not a misunderstanding, because more than 20 people present could not help but understand, and this is just a LIE and DECEPTION on the part of this company... When asked to give the director's phone number, he is always at a meeting, you will never be contacted... You can also write a lot of interesting things, I don't want to waste time, but just want to give good advice again - avoid this company!
I've been using VMI for a while. The following problems may occur when contacting a medical institution: incorrect appointment with a specialist, loss of your application, possible refusal without notification. If you are ready for this, you are welcome.

Doctors do not pay for appointments, although they are included in the package, they accept applications, but in the end they do not send a guarantee and do not pay later by check. And there is no desire to deal with them. An analysis related to the central nervous system was needed, on Friday they said they would pay, on Monday they said that the tests for the central nervous system were not an insurance event. Judging by the history of our medical insurance applications, all their cases are not insured. Therefore, I highly recommend not to take out medical insurance from them! There was no such relationship with other companies.
I have been using the company's services for more than two years. Last summer, I twisted my leg (closed ligament damage), a week after applying to the insurance company, 240 rubles were paid.

They confirm sending a letter of guarantee, and then it turns out that this is a highly demanded doctor and they say that they cannot pay. And they have no time to check the lists of highly demanded doctors, and in general it is expensive.
Then they offer to clarify on their own at the reception how and what the medical center will prescribe in the receipt, while paying for it yourself.
Terrible insurance! The tubes are not lifted . They don 't read Viber ! And I'm talking about the fact that they have the majority of non-insurance cases.
After a misunderstanding, the company got into my unusual situation and resolved the issue fairly.

Being insured through this counter, be prepared for the fact that when the insurance period ends, you will receive a letter that you suddenly need to pay for some part of the medicines (my insurance covered visits to certain doctors and the purchase of some medicines). Allegedly, the insurance does not cover them, although pharmacists always checked before selling the insurance whether the drug is included in the list of those that can be purchased under my insurance program.
The meanest thing about all this is that the letter will arrive when, alas, you will no longer be a client of the desk. It would not be a problem for me to return the money for the medicine and buy instead one that is covered by insurance (although the question remains why they sold it to me at all - I suspect it was removed from the list after my purchase). But when they notify about this almost a year later (I bought it in July 2021, the letter arrived in June 2022), this best speaks about the level of customer orientation of such an "organization". It's a shame, I don't recommend it!

I went to the dentist with an insurance card, a month later I received a letter of happiness saying that you should pay extra, since the service is not included in the insurance. As a result, I had to pay extra. But nowhere was it spelled out what is included in the list of services provided. I tried to figure out if they said either pay or the court. I call the company in the morning, the girl answers as if she had filled her mouth with water, did not even introduce herself and did not ask my name, I explain the situation, switches to another girl, and silently without saying anything, I tell her again, mumbles, they answer nothing is clear and at this moment you understand that it is useless to call and apply for insurance!!!!! I will never insure in this company again and I do not advise anyone!!!

To be honest, a dubious company... I took out insurance for traveling abroad. Insurance Insurance, Belkoopstrakh envelope.... There is information on the Internet that there has been a rebranding... It follows from this that the name should already be Asoba. In general, it is not known how valid it is at all. I did it for a visa, God forbid that it would not be useful, otherwise it is a very dubious organization..
I do not advise contacting this insurance company. We went on a tour with insurance from this company, we needed the help of a doctor, we were told to take a taxi to the hospital ourselves, take checks and then pay...The assistance was provided poorly, the company could not be reached and the insurance refund was not issued...
Terrible insurance! It's a shame to be so insured. I paid 20 rubles for the insurance itself. And for 17 days of sick leave, COVID received a payment of 15 rubles.
