This place was recommended to us in response to our question about "Where can I eat delicious shish kebab?", but alas, we received an undercooked skewer with red meat, and even without the very taste of shish kebab that you usually expect.
After unwillingness to pay for a portion of the uncooked portion and the requirement to deduct it from the total bill, the waitress stated that she did not intend to pay for it herself. Lengthy negotiations with the waiters, who had not paid 50 rubles there the day before, bore fruit and they deducted money from the bill.
Mediocre furnishings, not very comfortable chairs / sofas made of wood.
There is no card payment, despite the VISA and Mastercard stickers on the doors, you will be asked to make a transfer.

We visited this place in August 2021. The food is tasteless, there is no service, the waiters are lazy, they waited 20 minutes for the menu to be brought, although they take 10% of the bill amount. No trout, fresh, no salt, no spices, even the sauce did not save it. Khinkali is just a pose of a cook. Other dumplings from the package are tastier. There is one cabbage of all kinds in a pot of beef. The only thing I liked was the feijoa compote. And they still tried to cheat for it!!! I definitely do not recommend this place to visit.

During the month of rest, I visited a lot of institutions in Abkhazia (Gudauta, Gagra, Sukhum),

It all started with the fact that they waited a long time for the usual approach to the guests, despite the fact that not a single employee of the institution greeted them, including the manager of the institution (with a very sad table) As a result, after we found the menu for ourselves, bypassing the floor of the institution, collecting from other tables, we waited at least 15 minutes until the official came to take an order from us, then we made an order (3 servings of hinkali, dumplings with cheese and fried shrimp), we waited for our order for about 50 minutes (no one I did not warn that the dish would be cooked for so long) , then the dishes were brought... We attacked with appetite in the hope that at least it would be delicious... But no, khinkali dumplings are just cold, not even warm, the broth in khinkali is just greasy and sticks to the forehead, as a result, disappointed with the service, we ask you to count... It also took 15-20 minutes, they brought us a receipt where, as in many establishments in Abkhazia, +10% for service, but in the menu, in comparison with other establishments, there is not a word about 10% service (in other establishments they write "10% service" at the bottom of the menu)
I called the manager of the institution who (with his sad sad table, deigned to come up after 10 minutes ) the claim was as follows: 1. Why are the guests not informed about the service charge?

As a result, we had a great dinner at the nearby restaurant "Veranda", leaving a receipt for 5 rubles))) The receptionist is great there and the waiters are polite and professional!
