The food is very tasty, we took chicken with vegetables (very large pieces of chicken), French fries, a boat, a barbecue, a granny.
It spoiled the impression and for this minus one star that there were 2-3 waiters for such a huge landing, who clearly could not cope with the load. The table had to wait for others to finish and leave, and then sits down at a dirty table and wait for it to be cleaned 😒

It's not a bad place. Judging by the full boarding in the evening (local, with children) - the place is really good. The menu is very extensive: here you will find pizza, burgers, rolls, and Caucasian cuisine. The fruit drinks are delicious, the rolls are rather edible, the chacha is good, the khinkali was brought torn, with leaked broth and small.
Pancakes and cheesecakes are great for breakfast!
Great view from the terrace.
You can eat here, but it's to fill your stomach. To say that it does not work out very tasty.

Disgusting service, dogs running everywhere, almost jumping on the table. We ordered Caesar salad with shrimps, a boat and vegetables on the grill. Well, vegetables are hard to spoil, but caesar salad... some lettuce leaves with cheese and four meager shrimp, tasteless and semi-peeled. There are still crackers there, right? So, they cut the loaf into thin circles, four pieces, and lightly fried them (the bread does not taste fresh). Anyway, eat it as you want, you can't put it in your mouth, because the circle of "breadcrumbs" is large. Break it? Not an option... eat, in general, as you want. There was almost no cheese in the boat, the dough was not very tasty... We are very sorry that we came here. We also waited for half an hour, the waiters didn't care about us at all.

Don't believe the waiters--- there is one case --- in the afternoon we went to book a table for the evening, the waitress insisted that we specifically show some result---- in the evening we came- our table is occupied, I found only one on another site, with a broken pallet sofa.... The second case is that they ordered a barbecue to take away, they said it would be ready in half an hour, 40 minutes later (after ordering) they said another 20 minutes later....after 25 minutes, they said 5-10 minutes more ..... in total, they waited 1.5 hours.... Somehow a "bread basket" appeared in the bill, which was not ordered, a trifle, but unpleasant.....

I didn't like it at all, they took meat and chicken shish kebab, the meat is raw, from the word at all, the chicken stinks as if it was just taken out of the trash, a very disgusting place, no more foot there!!!! They gave 2000 rubles for meat, there's nothing to worry about at all!!!

Believe my experience, I have never tasted better anywhere, and I order this dish a lot of places, all 5 stars to the Balcony. Service zero points - ZERO. This is the worst service I've seen. I gave 2 stars, because there is one good waitress and the food in general is not bad, but this does not save the situation. It feels like the place has no owner, no administrator from the word at all. Every waiter is on his own, no one cares - they run back and forth, Brownian motion, you ask something - no one knows anything. But they walk with a very businesslike look, with such important faces. We came in the evening, there are no places on the street, a table was vacated, we sat down. We wait 15-20 minutes - nothing happens. I went up to the waitress, please clear the table, bring us the menu, please. I was offered to find the waiter who is responsible for this table on my own - what do you think?! I have heard several times how the waiters offered customers to look for the menu themselves!!?? I went to another one - the same thing) No one knows who is responsible for this table - everything has already been paid there, the money has been received - why clean it up)) Only one adequate waitress helped, who was also not responsible for this table, and was busy, but helped... If you are suddenly reading, thank you, we were sitting on the street in front of the speakers!! The music on the street is off the scale in volume, the speakers are wheezing - for an amateur. We need to train and train the staff - what we have now is a complete bottom. Go to a cafe on the other side of the embankment for the sake of interest.
The average check for two is from 2500 to 4000 rubles for dinner (without alcohol).

The location is good, we were here earlier and liked everything.
But now everything is not very good.
The first course was brought with hair and so greasy and well-visible, I asked to change it and somehow all this was not done willingly.
They ordered two swings in bacon and berry sauce and I said it would be with mushroom sauce. They brought everything in the same berry sauce.
They asked us to open our bottle of wine and were ready to pay for it, since I categorically do not recommend drinking local bottled wines to anyone. We were refused, we said let's buy a bottle from you, but you open ours, they also refused, explaining that it was not clear that someone was watching the cameras.
In general, the mood is spoiled, the hair is in the food, two hot ones ( tongue and pork ) with the same sauce and the same taste.
All the rest of the khachapuri, dumplings, and carbanara were not poorly cooked

The waitress did not duplicate the order, as a result, the pizza was not brought to the child. The wine is delicious, the mushrooms are on fire. Trout is disgusting, they refused to pay. The service is completely zero.
We waited 30 minutes for our order to be accepted. Napkins, salt and cutlery had to be requested after the order was delivered.
Ordered: fish soup in royal style - "royal" is only the name in it, and there is no "fish soup" at all, since these are just pieces of boiled fish filled with water and forgot to add salt. Disgusting.
Caesar with chicken, prepared according to the original recipe, because the chicken here is the size of a whole breast, cut into portions apparently forgotten.
If the "fish soup" and "salad" were served quickly, then apparently the mussels had to be caught in the sea)
After the guests leave, no one cleans the tables until the new gullible "victims" of this institution ask for it, instead of the waiters, local pesels are happy to clean up, happily licking the leftovers from the plates.
The bill, which of course included 10% for the service, we waited for another 20 minutes.
I do not recommend it.

When we arrived, 3 waiters flew past us, waited a couple of minutes to be met and seated, but no one paid attention. Then the girl told us to find a place for ourselves :) They found it, sat down, waited for about half an hour, called the waiters three times, they either nodded or simply ignored.
There are no complaints about the waiters - it is clear that the employment is very high, they do not have time. But can we then reduce the number of seats or increase the number of waiters so that there is time to at least serve the menu within 15 minutes??
We left there, did not wait, arrived at the "Veranda" - they immediately put us in, and the waiter was assigned, and the menu was immediately given - Thank you! The view there is also gorgeous.
