We didn't like the cafe - in the evening the music screams so that you can't hear each other. Street dogs calmly run into the cafe territory - they grappled right next to the table when we were there, the waiters chased them away.
After sunset, the feeling disappears that you are on the seashore - so in the evening there is no point in going in at all.
The food is delicious pastries, that's all (the cradle is disgusting, it doesn't even smell like a campfire and there's not even a taste of mutton, I tried and couldn't eat. Khinkali are ugly and incomprehensible. Potatoes are tasteless, they taste better in the dining room for much less money.
After the cafe, my stomach was bad - minus the evening from vacation (
I absolutely do not recommend this place - a maximum of drinking coffee in the afternoon, no more.

I liked the accessible menu. I came in for the first time, I was served by a waiter (I don't remember the name), a woman of 40-45 years old. I have never met a more pleasant waiter in all of Abkhazia. She performed the maintenance with crazy care.
Two days later I returned, I got a young extremely unpleasant girl who was rude, threw the bill. Such employees spoil the impression of the institution, even though everything is fine there. I do not specify the name and defiant appearance of this person, I think you know who we are talking about.

Based on the fact that the number of cafes or restaurants in the city is small, the owners decided that it is possible, in principle, "not to worry." After visiting this institution, there was a "sediment". A company of 10 people came, asked if there were seats, and the answer was "no seats, book in advance." The next day we decided to book in advance, and in person (not by phone), the answer was killed - come in the evening, sit down after the fact of free tables. OK! We came, sat down, made an order, it took from 20 to 50 minutes (depending on the dish), okay - normal. They bring the bill - here is the most interesting thing: a dish that is not marked in any way by weight, only the price is written (I emphasize - not for the number of grams) it cost 830 on the menu (if memory serves), it is 1920 rubles in the receipt!!! I was dissatisfied with the dish and did not eat enough. In the receipt itself, 10% of the amount "for service", in fact, "tips", which it is not a pity to leave for a really good institution, for dishes and for service, which is completely absent in this institution. If it were possible to put a negative rating, I would put not one star, but minus 10 stars out of minus 10!!! I will never go there again and I do not advise others!!!

The best restaurant of Gudauta with the worst waiters as a selection (all arrogant; they show disrespect to the client with all their appearance (especially with a check up to 5 thousand rubles) AND AT THE SAME TIME, A 10% TIP IS MANDATORY, INCLUDED IN THE RECEIPT (which you will find out in fact, no one and nothing warns about it in advance)👎🏾👎🏾;

We visited this place with friends on June 12. It was an unforgettable evening! The waiter literally did not leave our table, constantly asking if everything was fine with us and if we would like to order something else. Caucasian cuisine is a Song!!! Meat, salads, sauces.... Everything is on top!!! A great team of professionals!!! We tell everyone about your place called the Balcony and recommend them to visit!!! No one will leave hungry and dissatisfied from there!!!

Yes, you need to wait until the dishes are cooked, but the wait is worth it. A separate masterpiece is the strudel with ice cream, it is impeccable!
A 10% tip is included in the bill. The prices are high, but the delicious food justifies it.

Khachapuri is very tasty and big. In general, the kitchen and service are not bad, but it depends on the day and shift: one day everything is fine, the food is delicious and the waiters are friendly, and the next day everything is just sad with food (out of 5 hinkals in a portion, 3 torn ones, well), and with service (do not fit, do not bring the menu /appliances / ashtrays, they look like G.). At the same time, the prices are high, we can say St. Petersburg.
