A wonderful hotel. Built in 2008, it is far from a fresh renovation, but still has a gorgeous location, attentive staff, excellent breakfast, clean fresh bed, spa sauna and swimming pool are all included in the price. All these advantages outweigh its disadvantages. And most importantly, on the 23rd floor there is a Chinese restaurant rotating 360 degrees with a magnificent view of the night city. I recommend ordering a Picnin duck. An interesting presentation and very tasty. It is designed for 4 people. In general, staying at this hotel will make you feel like you are abroad. And all the niceties of this place will brighten up your vacation. I recommend it!!!

An iconic place, great changing views around, the floor (floor) rotates, a revolution in about 2 hours. It is very unusual, there is something to look at, this is an unambiguous fat plus. The kitchen was not particularly impressed, although they did not expect this, they already knew. But the service was disappointing. The menu is brought to choose on "tired" iPads, which are not exactly enough for everyone, but in principle very few, and they can also sit down and disconnect (and this happened to us). It spoils everything a lot, because 4, not 5. Even the rotation of the floor does not save the situation when we have a table for 10 people - they give out 2 tablets, the broken one turns off immediately... But you want not only to admire around, but also to eat. Well, yes, the rotation of the floor has disadvantages, the music leaves for a short time and you won't wait for it a second time))

A decent hotel in a new part of the city. Due to the large number of construction projects and repairs, there are some difficulties with logistics (relevant for autumn 2024). Nevertheless, there are attractions, good cafes/restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance. The rooms are quite large and cozy, everything you need is available, although it feels like the hotel is not the newest. At breakfast, as befits a hotel with the word Beijing in the name, there is a noticeable amount of Chinese cuisine.

I visited the Chinese restaurant in this hotel, on the 23rd floor. The kitchen is decent, everything is very tasty, the prices are acceptable, the staff is polite and diligent, very sympathetic. A nice bonus is that the restaurant rotates, and you can not only eat delicious food, but also admire the sights of Astana from a bird's-eye view. I recommend it for a visit.

As is true for many Astana facilities, the top priority was some kind of chic, beauty, pretentiousness, luxury and wealth. The quality of construction, durability, competent operation of the structure and the economic attitude are already something from another category of public thinking. In my purely personal opinion, a five-star hotel should not have peeling paint, torn roofing materials, falling off cladding, chipped mirrors in the bathroom, crookedly fixed hinges, raised wallpaper, holes on decorative moldings instead of screws, skewed closet doors, non-working power sockets, missing shoe spoon, empty bar in the room... Everything else is on top!

The hotel needs to be reanimated, perhaps 10 years ago it justified 5 *, but in 2023 it is a solid three, the pros: responsive staff on the 23rd floor in the restaurant, a nice large swimming pool and friendly girls at the reception at the entrance to the pool, the central reception staff selectively noted, stopped by - met coldly, did not tell about the sights the hotel (it's good that all the information is on the Internet), I think that the hotel's chips need to be advertised at check-in. On the second day, another shift, the boys are polite and friendly. But on the first day it was like this - they asked a question and answered, no, but also goodbye.
The revolving Restaurant is a good location and the changing views of the city are captivating, it was delicious, but there is not enough modern interior, everything is tired. The rooms have very dirty windows, they have not been washed for 10 years, it is better not to look out the window, there is black hair in the bathroom, you can see the cleaning is not the best (the middle was washed and enough). The mattress is very hard, you sleep like on planks.
The breakfasts are meager, the choice is small, if you want an omelet to be fried, you stand in line for a very long time, since the cook is in no hurry, works slowly and forgets who ordered what.

Cons: no service (the room will not be shown, the luggage will not be carried, cleaning is only on call); the rooms have very hard beds, it is cold (the air conditioner does not work for heating), there will most likely be no batteries in the TV remote control - they must be asked at the reception, the rooms do not wipe the dust from the word "at all"; breakfast for an amateur, at 10 o'clock they will approach you in the restaurant and convincingly remind you that breakfast is before 10, coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant is safe to drink.
At the entrance, you need to roll the bag every time and go through the frame. It's not difficult, but it's not very convenient.
When checking in, it is better to ask for a higher floor, since karaoke is located on the 1st floor.

The room still smelled of sewage, glass shelves with cracks, hot water in the shower should wait a little after turning on the tap. But, the bed is very comfortable, the staff is responsive, and the bathroom has a full set of soap accessories. In general, if you like contrasts, you are here. The price, in my opinion, is expensive, but firstly, who cares, and secondly, against the background of hotels nearby, the price is the most attractive for a work stop.
