Of the 10 seedlings that have taken root (I will immediately emphasize that I do not blame the store for the fact that 4 more have not taken root — I have no complaints about the packaging of seedlings and the condition of the roots) as many as 7 roses are over-graded. Two more roses are just getting ready to bloom, I don't know what will happen there yet.
That is, now I have 7 roses that I did not order (all plants belong to the same variety, which I have not yet been able to attribute), 1 rose corresponding to my order, and 2 more roses, the variety of which has yet to be found out.
This is not my first purchase of seedlings in various stores in Belarus and not the first case of resorting. But I have never seen such a percentage of over-selling and such an attitude on the part of the seller (and, hopefully, I will never see it again).
After contacting the Becker store about the resortment with the provision of photos and videos of plants, the representative of the store refused further communication about the problem. I received no apologies, no explanation of how such a transfer could have happened at all, no refund. I was told that without tags and root stickers from the seller's packaging on plants, claims are not considered and I will not receive any substantive answers.
I really do not recommend ordering from this store. This can not only disrupt the plan of your garden, but also rattle your nerves.

Order 35328347. Issued and paid for on 10/28/2024. Paid orders are supposedly collected and shipped faster. Actually, no. The order has not been sent to me yet. Moreover, he was either lost or missed. After waiting 5 days and not receiving any notification messages from Becker, I wrote to the support service myself. The managers there are in no hurry to respond. They respond once a day. Therefore, the correspondence lasted from November 3 to November 6. I was asked to send an additional payment confirmation. Orders are shipped only on business days, so November 7-10 were excluded. And there would be no one to pick up the parcel these days. They promised to send it on 15.11 so that I would definitely receive it by 22.11. There are rose seedlings in the order, which urgently needed to be at least dug up. So far, there are no messages from Becker AGAIN. I had to write to the support service myself again. It turns out that nothing was sent to me. And now they are waiting for the goods. They plan to send me a package next week. The first priority. And this is at least November 25-30. And besides, they already promised to send it to me as a priority on November 15th.
I wrote to the managers that I don't need rose seedlings in winter. And she asked for a refund for the order (a rather big one). There is no answer - neither from the managers, nor in the chat on the site. You can't call them with a claim. nowhere. There is a phone number only for orders and consultations. Other issues are not considered there. Apparently, they are hiding from customers.
So it is DEFINITELY impossible to order in advance at Becker.
I hope they return the money. The question is, how fast?

When trying to clarify information by phone, the manager suggests staying on the line after waiting 15 minutes! the manager returns without answering the question with a request to call back in an hour. And so it is every day.. They themselves allegedly cannot call back, explaining that they only have an incoming line. A week later, they were able to issue an invoice for 50% instead of the previously agreed 30. OK, we paid for it. The girl said that next Monday the goods will be weighed and ready for shipment. You should receive a confirmation email, which, of course, did not arrive. A few days later, after another wait on the line, the manager declares that they are waiting for payment! After my explanation that the payment was made 5 days ago, the manager asks me to call back in an hour while she clarifies the information.... As a result, they reported that some items from the order are currently out of stock and you need to wait another week! In addition, it is impossible to specify the shipping cost all this time. Managers constantly name different amounts from 10 to 45 rubles per parcel. Within 13 days, from the moment of receiving the message that the order has been accepted, we are still waiting for the shipment of the goods.

Firstly, it is very difficult to navigate the site, and many plants can only be found through a search engine. After making an order, it was processed for a long time (in my case, 9 days), while they did not even give a track code to track the parcel. Well, the most unpleasant thing is that the store deceives and misleads on the tariffs for the delivery of goods, since the tariffs on the link do not correspond to those indicated for the final payment. That is, if you enter the final data, the shipping cost increases by 30%. At the same time, there is no information about additional fees or something similar on the site. The support service, in this case, brazenly assures that the calculation was made according to the Belpost tariffs (however, the entered data shows the opposite). As for the product, and I bought only fertilizer and seeds, there are no complaints.

This year there are no complaints about the quality of the planting material. We made orders 3 times (35314426, 35307711, 35301554), not a single bad seedling or seed. I received a completely unripe green peach seedling, dug up in August, judging by the foliage and condition, without practically a root system. And a peony, almost 27 p. completely dried up and black, without any signs of life. I made a completely objective claim by attaching a photo and video, and it was rejected, they said you need to drop it off. Moreover, the guarantee is 3 months, I am sure the seedlings will not survive the winter. I.e. there is no guarantee. I absolutely do not advise buying anything else there, it's a cat in a poke. No seedlings, no money.
