I came to the BPT series, I chose this hotel only because of the venue of the event.
The room stock is from Soviet times, but everything Soviet seems to be on trend now, so I'm not complaining (cheap and angry)

An excellent hotel, located right in the center, near the Svisloch River, on the top floor there is an observation deck, a panoramic glass elevator takes you there. The hotel has good comfortable rooms, breakfast (buffet) is included in the price. The hotel has a cool swimming pool, has a glass roof. On the top floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of the city, there is also a pharmacy, ATM, bicycle rental, free large Parking. The good location and proximity to the sights make this hotel one of the best in Minsk. We rested in it at the end of September. I really liked everything. Breakfast and room service in the cafe and in the rooms are excellent. If we come to Belarus, we will stay only here again!!

There was no air conditioning in the room and no way to open the window wide for ventilation. The room is not very clean, there is dust on the windowsill and the back of the sofa, a sticky stain on the carpet. Very low water pressure in the shower. The hotel has a swimming pool, but guests staying in standard rooms can only visit it for free from 07.00 to 13.00. It is at this time that all the guests usually leave for excursions. And in the evening only for an additional fee. This moment spoiled the overall impression.

Even my mom, who is 88 years old, remembers her with Gratitude.
The location is excellent the city center accessibility to all significant places is great.
The absolutely unobtrusive staff is good-natured and wonderful, especially on the fourth floor.
I would like to put a lot of advantages for a sauna, a swimming pool and a gym.

Good afternoon. We had a late check-in at the hotel. The accommodation was on the 20th floor, it was some kind of nightmare all the days. Music until 01.00 at night, then the tables began to move. Noise all night, it's impossible to sleep. In the morning, you wake up to something moving again. What a disrespect to the hotel guests.
If the noise insulation in the hotel is bad, why make live music until night and stick tables afterwards. Organize the work of the restaurant according to the norms of silence. The room was poorly cleaned upon check-in in the bathroom (there were used shampoos from other residents of the room).
It was not possible to use more than one catering establishment, because everything was closed all days for specials.service. It was also not clear what kind of special.service can be provided in all cafes, if not all guests can eat at the hotel.
In the pool, in general, a man who looks at the pool came into the locker room for some reason. Why is he in the women's locker room?! In general, everything is in order in his head, what are the norms!!!
The hotel is kept for visiting only because of its convenient location and beautiful view.
I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

The hotel has fully justified its 3 stars. I liked the close location to the center, it is convenient that Nemiga metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The Gallery shopping center is located nearby. I recommend taking a room with breakfast. A continental breakfast with a wide selection of everything from fried eggs to potatoes with chicken. Yoghurts, salads, sliced cheese and sausages, everything is hearty and delicious, homemade. I do not recommend the Panorama restaurant. A sweet menu with mayonnaise salads is just not a restaurant level. The design of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. I have never come across the fact that there was no menu in the rooms and it was necessary to go up to the restaurant to get acquainted with it and order in the room 🤦🏻♀️ In general, the hotel is very good, a pleasant renovated renovation, fast and new elevators, friendly receptionists at the reception. The only negative is the cleaning of the rooms. There are no complaints about the quality, but the fact that the cleaner did not knock, but immediately opened the door with her card when we were lying on the bed. Well, these are the basics of the service.

The staff at the hotel is very polite and helpful. They always try to help with solving problems. There is a very good swimming pool, saunas and a gym. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Hairdresser - my wife needed to get her hair done urgently, quite professional craftsmen. Breakfast is a buffet, a large selection of dishes. But there are queues, often this is due to the arrival of delegations and teams, especially youth ones. But in principle, there is nothing terrible. The waiters very quickly clean the tables and put the food on the table. Everything is quite edible. We took breakfast a couple of times - everything was normal (they can be purchased right on the spot, which is very convenient).
There is only one disappointment - this is the Panorama restaurant. Located on the 22nd floor, the view from the top is very good, the hall is quite cozy... This is where the positive ends. I had to have dinner there twice, I decided for myself that it was better to call a taxi and go somewhere else to eat. The waiters are always jostling at the bar and moving away from it with extreme reluctance, showing with all their appearance what a favor they are doing you. The second and last time I had to wait for the waiter for 20 minutes and then I just went looking for him... The time was about 23.00, the administrator offered his wife coffee as an apology... It's a win-win option, he kind of apologized, well, what kind of fool orders coffee at eleven at night... They brought beetroot salad with a curd souffle, but in fact - just sliced pieces of beetroot with a spoon of ricotta... apparently, this is what souffle is in their understanding... I also ordered carbonara... well, one of the most standard restaurant dishes that is difficult to spoil. But the local chef does not back down from difficulties - they brought some Tagliatelle vermicelli, but for some reason it is very much not al dente, for these noodles(???) a handful of semi-fried brisket is poured on top and all this is abundantly filled with either fat or oil.... the sauce, garlic, parmesan parsley and pepper with cream apparently ran out, which did not affect the price for it in any way....uh.... Well , let it be ...dish. Both the receptionist and the waiter agreed with my assessment, but that was all... As a result, the hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The employees are responsive, the Panorama restaurant got in there by mistake ...
Yes, I almost forgot - the coffee in the hotel is very average, there is a nice cafe Brioche - very cool pastries and pastry, well, the coffee quality is much higher than average.

The girls at the reception are quiet horror, unfriendly, do not smile, answer questions as if they are forced to work here, sit with sour faces, and it is the administrators who determine the first impression of the hotel, in our case even of the city. I remember Vera - very unpleasant, they didn't even approach her specifically, so as not to infect her with her negativity.
We lived in a suite, the view is gorgeous, I don't know how in other rooms, but we had a refrigerator, large TVs. The sofas are shabby, the bath is too, but the rooms are beautiful. In the dressing room there were hair apparently of past guests.
Elevators really work fast, they arrive quickly. The breakfast is gorgeous, everything is there, very tasty, although it is very stupid on the part of the leaders to hold breakfasts for left-wing tourists during the breakfast of guests. We were standing in line for the buffet because of these tourists. Although we are hotel guests. The queue for the buffet is even funny)) In general, everyone really wants to make money there.
We didn't go to the pool, but there were always a lot of people there. We went up to the observation room on a panoramic elevator - cool, thanks to the guard, accompanied us, warmly communicated, I didn't remember the name, unfortunately, I remember that there was a mustache :) There are always no seats in the restaurant on the 25th floor, we need to book a month in advance, we were unlucky, we didn't get there
Parking is large, free, there was always a place, even though they came for the holidays
In general, if we take into account these points, then everything will be great, but there is still room to grow.

In general, a good hotel, especially with regard to the location. We are located in the very center of Minsk on the banks of the Svisloch River. Very good views of Minsk. There is an observation deck, although there is a paid 4 b.r. per person. I'm on the view elevator. As for food and accommodation, in general, everything is also quite on the level, but of course there are comments. Breakfast is served in the cafe on the ground floor. Everything is quite convenient and standard. There are vegetables, sausage products (but I don't eat them), cheeses, casseroles, omelets, pancakes, porridges. Coffee from the coffee machine, but only American, other varieties are not offered. There are cream and hot milk, and sweets, if someone can't do without them. The room was clean, towels are changed on request. We had a standard room, so no frills, but it's enough to spend the night, the main thing is a comfortable mattress. The only drawback is that the motion sensor will work at night and the light in the vestibule turns on, that's what I didn't like. As soon as you get up to go to the toilet, the light turns on right away, then you won't fall asleep. We have not found how to disable it. As for the other establishments in the hotel, we visited only the Panorama view restaurant for a business lunch. It is difficult to evaluate the kitchen based on it. But the beetroot was delicious on kefir. I actually noticed that in Belarus everyone loves fried, all around or fried meat and sausages and draniki, draniki, draniki... I didn't find any diet food. Maybe there is, but there was no time to search. So who has problems and dieting will be too hard - the food here is greasy. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel, but we did not go there. Parking in front of the hotel is large, you can come in your own car, there is a place to put it. There is a park in front of the hotel on the embankment. There are very few people in this area, and in the evening there are few people at all. The place is quiet, although it is the very center of Minsk. The nearest metro station is Nemiga. I recommend this hotel, although the price tag is not so small.

Now the cons, for which I lowered my rating: QUEUES (see photo) for breakfast, in which you can stand at the entrance for 30 minutes, guys, this is no good! It's not the first year you've been working, you can't organize food for visitors normally!!! I stood in line for 25 minutes, did not get to breakfast, went to the reception and asked for a refund for breakfast, which I could not get through. QUEUES for elevators to go down/up to the room! The Stone Age is simple! All the advantages end as soon as you reach the elevator! We settled a lot of people, but we didn't figure out how to arrange and feed them!!!
