I stayed at the hotel for about a month. I will share my impressions. The location of the hotel is captivating - the main sights of the city and the Gallery shopping center are within walking distance.
The rooms are not bad, they correspond to the status of the hotel. Although due to frequent use (the hotel is almost always "full") it has become somewhat dilapidated.
The staff is polite and responsive, both the reception and the floor attendant responded adequately and promptly to all requests.
The food is wonderful. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Lunch and dinner - at the Panorama restaurant, which offers a stunning view of Minsk!!!
The quality of the dishes is evidenced by the fact that my gastrointestinal tract has never been damaged during a month of staying at the hotel!

I have already stayed at the Belarus hotel several times.
Nemiga metro station is a 15-minute walk through the old town or along the side of the sports palace and the shopping mall.
The hotel is large, with a huge lobby and a room fund. View rooms, high floor will allow you to see the whole of Minsk, the Svisloch River
Delicious, varied breakfasts.
One of the disadvantages is the inhospitality of the guest reception. During the check-in, we felt the cold, rude attitude of the administrator ((there were difficulties with Wi-Fi, we did not get help from a specialist ((((

There were no problems with check-in, the room is small, clean. A minimum set of hygiene, no-frills breakfasts, but you can have a delicious snack. A cool observation deck, which everyone can climb by paying in advance at the reception.

The rooms are standard, clean, the linen is fresh, towels were changed every day. The breakfasts are very tasty, a wide range of dishes.. But there is one inexplicable disadvantage, which was encountered only in the hotel "Belarus". Why can Wi-Fi be connected to only one device? It was inconvenient.

He lived in the Belarus hotel for a whole month, from February to March 2024. What can I say, the food is very tasty, the buffet has a very, very huge selection. I haven't seen this for a long time. The rooftop restaurant also cooks very tasty, in general, you can't find fault with the food. As for the room, or rather the bathroom, it's atas. Everything is leaking everywhere, hangers and hooks are kept on their word of honor. The sealant peels off from the shower stall. The duct fan was falling out of the wall all the time. And if you climb to the very top of the sept. by elevator, you can see the city from above..a beautiful sight...!

A wonderful hotel! The room is clean, cozy, very beautiful view from the window to the very center of Minsk, the room was on the 16th floor. Breakfast was included in the room rate, buffet, excellent assortment, everything is very tasty. Polite staff. Private Parking at the hotel, very convenient location relative to the main attractions of the city, everything is within walking distance. The room rate also included the use of the swimming pool and sauna for 1 hour.

We were with my husband in October.Double number.The chic location of the hotel.Clean everywhere, very pleased with the bathroom -simple and clean.There is everything in the room for living, there is a cooler on the floor.We went to breakfast 3 times, a huge buffet.I do not know who was hungry before me, in my opinion, an assortment for every taste.The dining room is clean, the officialnts are quickly cleaned.The only thing: please set up at least 1 machine with coffee for cappuccino.Special thanks for the pool, large 3 simple saunas, Jacuzzi.Let's come back again! A wonderful hotel. It is convenient to get from the railway station auth. 1. and 69. Hospitable, attentive girls at the reception.
She lived in a single room. The rooms are spacious, clean, snow-white linen, TV. Unfortunately, there was no kettle and coffee and tea in the room, and there were no slippers. For 160 Belarusian and 5000 Russian rubles, such a trifle could be provided.
The food, breakfast, is quite modest, but you will not stay hungry. 24 rubles. or 1000 rubles for a modest breakfast is certainly expensive.
It is convenient to go on excursions from the hotel. The work of the tour operators from the hotel is well organized.

In general, I liked the hotel. There was not enough air conditioning in the room and an incomplete set of bathroom accessories. I was especially pleased with the pool, only the slide is included for a very short period of time. Good location, awesome view from the window. A nice dining room. It's a pity we didn't have time to visit the panoramic restaurant on the 22nd floor...

I really liked the hotel. We lived as a family for 3 nights. The room filling is above average, the plumbing is not bad, but clearly "tired". However, there is no rust, no chips, no cracks. Despite the 3 stars, bathrobes, shampoos, slippers are like in a good "four". The room was cleaned without reminders or requests. Breakfast was bought twice - for 21 BYR, you can hatch like a wild boar: cheeses, vegetables, delicious sausage in excess, two hot fish and two hot meat dishes. The hotel itself is impressive from an architectural point of view, and it is very conveniently located.

I really liked the hotel. Excellent location - close to the center, but in a park area.Good rooms - everything works, a comfortable bed, a good small pillow (and this is very important, sometimes there is a behemoth pillow, it does not fit under your head, you have to put things under your head), a warm light blanket. A wonderful breakfast buffet, where there is a large selection and delicious (although by 7 a.m., when the service begins, a lot of people gather), you can even use the pool for free (at certain hours)

Ugly shower curtains. One dispenser with liquid soap (there is no shampoo even for 1 time).

I give it 3 stars. Since the hotel is exactly 3 stars. When traveling in the hot season, keep in mind that there are very few air-conditioned rooms in this hotel. The rooms are small and cozy in principle.
When we checked in, there was a blockage in the shower, the plumber quickly came and eliminated the blockage. And one more nuance. A large hotel (about 400 rooms) has almost 2 employees at the reception, often people wait up to 40 minutes when checking in. The individual set consists only of a shower cap. The breakfasts are good, the buffet has plenty to choose from. However, the feeling is like in a Soviet dining room, depending on the room itself (the Soviet interior, depending on the number of people). We concluded for ourselves that if you come in the cold season, the price and quality of this hotel correspond.

We had a family vacation. I liked the hotel. It is located in the center in a very beautiful place. The view is gorgeous on any side. The breakfasts are varied - for every taste. There is a large Swimming pool with a slide (for the sake of this slide, the choice fell on this hotel - the children asked very much), however, the pool staff had to almost beg to turn it on, although the reception assured that the slide turns on at the first request of vacationers. A good hotel, delicious varied breakfasts, but not just wow. There is a long queue for breakfast. A pleasant bonus was a compliment in the form of a swimming pool, we arrived at 7 a.m., there was a sauna and a Jacuzzi. The room was pleasant, there was a balcony. I liked it, I recommend it.

We were left with a bad impression of the hotel.
Of the advantages, only a convenient location and comfortable beds.
What we didn't like was that they put us in a dirty room.
We arrived much later than the standard check-in time - upon entering the room we found that it had not been cleaned at all.
The reception staff just informed me that the maid would come and clean right now. And where can we go during cleaning?))
They did not offer to move us to another room, they did not make any discount for this misunderstanding. The price tag for the room, as it were, is not cheap. And customer orientation is very low.
Also, there is not even water in the rooms.
I'm sorry, but I don't recommend this hotel for people.

I was on a short trip to beautiful Belarus, stayed in Minsk for two nights at the hotel of the same name. A cozy, clean single room on the 16th floor, a comfortable bed, snow-white bed linen and towels - I liked everything. Shower gel and liquid soap in dispensers. Great wifi. The breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. is very varied. Vegetables, fruits, omelette, cottage cheese casserole, porridge, several types of pancakes, salads, chicken, cutlets, sausages, meat and cheese cuts, pastries, juices, yoghurts, etc. Everything is delicious and fresh.

The king-size room, a balcony with a view of Svisloch and Troitskoe is definitely worth attention - beauty! The hotel itself is very friendly, the staff at the reception is normal. Of the disadvantages, it is worth being prepared for the absence of a shoe spoon and the smells of a stagnant dwelling - ventilation helps. Soapy soap in the dispenser, it is better for girls to have a set of shampoo-balm with them. In this room there are also sets of brush paste and machine cream, bathrobes, towels of all kinds, a bidet, a large bathroom. The chairs are comfortable, the bed is large and the mattress, pillows and bedding are good.

In the Republic of Belarus, for the first time, I was in a hotel, if compared with the Russian Federation, 4 points at the same price.
But in general, it's fine, I won't write quibbles, I'll write down the strengths.

We had a rest in Minsk, stayed at the Belarus hotel ***
The hotel is large, the rooms are clean and spacious. Some rooms even have a balcony. The room had the necessary things - a hair dryer, wi-fi, a refrigerator (it cooled rather than froze).Personal hygiene products are not provided. But there was a sofa in the room, which made the room cozy.
4 elevators will take you to the desired floor, and the restaurant on the 22nd floor will feed you deliciously and show Minsk from a height!
There is a water park in the hotel, I am not a fan of such places, so I have not visited, but as far as I know, the first 2 hours are provided free of charge to visitors!
For breakfast, you need to go down to the cafe on the ground floor. The space where the buffet is placed is large and spacious. A large assortment was offered for breakfast - omelets, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, cereals, juices, pastries - everyone will find something to their liking!
The hotel is located very conveniently between the old and the new part of the city. Within walking distance of the old town with sights, museums, theater, shopping centers, cafes, bars, restaurants.
I recommend the hotel and Minsk to visit!

We celebrated the new Year in this hotel. Thanks to the organizers of the show program. There was a great New Year's table. I liked everything very much. I didn't like the long queue for breakfast. The hotel is multi-storey, and the cafe is small, so there were huge queues for breakfast. I advise the maids to move the sofas and clean up the age-old dirt behind them. The friendly reception staff responded politely to all requests.

We stayed at the Belarus Hotel from September 8 to 10. 12th floor. The view is beautiful. There are a lot of elevators, the wait is less than 2 minutes. The breakfast buffet is varied, something is delicious, something is edible. The room is small and clean. The bed linen is clean. There are a lot of pillows (this is important to me). One blanket : (we needed two, but not critically. There is a working refrigerator, a safe. There is no air conditioning, but that doesn't matter either. Everything is clean. The flooring is worn but clean (I went in white socks, not on purpose), I liked everything. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, sauna, gym, even a Jacuzzi.. A huge hotel but cozy at home
