I applied once, the location of the office and parking with a car is convenient, near the metro stop. Of the three people, only one works there, and if you get to him RIGHT AWAY, then everything will be OK. Otherwise, you can waste your time and nerves. I want to note that they differ favorably from their competitors with their offer, but you may simply not be heard and or not understand, as in a Soviet store, do not like goodbye. We contacted the managers in the messenger . We discussed everything, booked a car for 1 day in 4 days. The only company that agreed to place a reservation for a car without prepayment of comfort class for 1 day. The rest offer to choose from what they have on the day of arrival.
On the day of the transfer, the car was examined together in a circle, although the car was not dried and covered in drops only after washing, we managed to find small scratches on the body and small chips on the windshield, but the guys assured that they did not find fault with this and also offered to fix it on camera in the act, we did not make.
There are also no complaints about the car: the car is 23 years old, the mileage is 65k inside everything is clean and tidy, the interior is white. There are no odors, no extraneous noises were detected during movement. All systems worked normally and without complaints, both the help assistants and multimedia. I went the whole trip on cruise control, it's a pity that it's not adaptive only. It was a little hot, there was not enough tinting for the rear hemisphere. After standing in the sun, the car inside heated up very much. At least make an athermal film!
Upon arrival, the receptionist scanned the car with an OBD scanner, drove a couple of meters and skirted around in a circle visually for damage, they did not find fault with the little things, and in principle they did not search for them purposefully.
Around the office. The office is conveniently located next to the metro in a 5-minute walk, which is also a plus, because a taxi from the place to the center is expensive about 26byn. There were not enough signs on the ground floor of the building. But the guard will help and orient you in principle

Quick registration, an honest procedure for accepting and handing over the car to the tenant and the landlord back, polite staff. I rented a budget Logan, drove the 2,400 km required by the contract without refusals and crossed myself, and completed cultural events according to plan. Still, I would recommend taking a closer look at the technical condition of the car, whether it's budget or premium, since many tenants come from afar to spend a vacation and if the car refuses on the road, then the vacation will be ruined. Of minor faults: the gas tank hatch did not work (it was eliminated promptly - thanks for that), the ignition key battery died on the road - it was very difficult to find. There is a strong knock in the suspension - this is very annoying. The landlord has a lot to work on here. On the whole, it went well, thank you. If I come to Belarus again, I will use the services of belcar)

We rented a car in the middle of October. A couple of weeks before that, they sent copies of all the documents: driver's licenses, passports. Because my wife drives a car with an automatic checkpoint, this was chosen. It is clear that cars with automatic transmission are more expensive. Upon arrival at the office, we begin to draw up documents and we are informed that the wife cannot drive, because she has expired rights (certificates extended without replacement in the Russian Federation for three years are not valid in Belarus). But after all, we sent the documents in advance - why didn't they tell us about it then, we would have taken a car with mechanics, which is much cheaper. Okay, we take what we ordered and immediately announce that we need additional hours to the ordered two days of rent, because we can travel more than planned. Yes, they tell us, no problem, pay for two days and part of the third and ride. At the end of the trip, we hand over the car. Everything is fine, we washed the car and refueled it to a level higher than it was at the time of issue, but the manager says: you have an overrun: you can drive no more than 400 km per day, i.e. you should have no more than 800 in two days, and 900 by car. Yes, we say, that's why we bought part of the third day, because we assumed this and discussed it with the manager when issuing the car. No, the office employee answers, it is necessary to pay extra. I tell him: let's do this, in any case, we return the car a few hours earlier than the paid period and there is more gasoline in the tank than when it was taken, so we make mutual settlements and disperse. He doesn't agree. OK, then I demand a refund for the unused rental time: let's see if the guy answers. As a result, I manage to return part of the amount for the unused time, but they took the penalty for the overrun. As a result, taking into account the fact that we were not warned in advance that the driver's license in force in the Russian Federation is not valid and the wife was not allowed to drive the car ordered for her, for some reason they took a fine for overrun, although part of the day was paid and we agreed with the manager at the beginning of the lease, This organization does not deserve a rating above three.

The interior of the cabin is generally covered in scratches, some white spots on the panels. The big disadvantage is that the vehicles are surrendered with an incomplete fuel tank and in a Formidable form, it is difficult to visually assess the defects. Therefore, the advice is: take photos while taking, if possible, take a light one and write in the act that "the vehicle is accepted in a dirty form, therefore it is not possible to assess all the existing defects."

I have been choosing a car rental in Minsk for a very long time. Somewhere they did not answer for a long time, somewhere there were no normal cars at a good price.
A rental advertising banner was accidentally highlighted Belcar.by . I decided to write. They answered very quickly, solved all the questions, and took shape. No prepayment was required.
As a result, we rented a Volkswagen Polo 2021 for 6 days, new, cheerful, with automatic transmission. It drove almost 1000 km from Minsk all over western Belarus. The roads are super, the car adapts comfortably to weather conditions both in the rain and in the fog.
When handing over the car, everything also went smoothly, the full deposit was returned without any problems!

We came on vacation from Russia. We rented a car to see the sights in different parts of the country. We agreed to hand over the car at the Minsk airport. We drove about 500 km in a few days. The day before the end of the lease, in the evening, a warning about the low voltage of the on-board network lit up at the entrance to Grodno. We stopped in a small village to check the battery. The engine was turned off. After that, the car did not start again. The problem was probably in the generator. We called the guys. They calmed me down, asked me to reset the coordinates of the car. We agreed that we would get to Grodno by taxi. We had about 50 km to go. The guys were in touch with us all the time.
The next day, the guys picked up the broken car and took us from Grodno to Minsk airport for free. So the breakdown did not affect our plans and finances in any way.

We quickly ran around the car, looked at small shoals from past motorists, signed a contract and an acceptance certificate. For 15 minutes at most, I sat down and drove. Yes, as we wrote below, cars can be with impressive mileage. I don't see anything wrong with that. We rolled 615 km by ourselves in a day. If the car is on the move every day, then it has been running for more than 100,000 km in a year. But this does not affect the driving performance - all the nodes are in perfect order. The minimum payment is charged for the re-run. My friends and I have extremely positive emotions from the service in this company and the trip by rental car. thank you!

I took Geely Emgrand for 4 days. We agreed promptly, discussed various options, communication was friendly and adequate, but since I applied late, only Emgrand was available from the normal one.
The car was served clean and tidy, the contract was prepared in advance, issued quickly. In general, I am satisfied with the service. As a car, the Emgrand seemed a bit noisy, but it also costs not like an Audi / VW, the car, as they say, for its own money. I drove a Chinese for the first time in general - better than I feared, but worse than I would like. Still, it would not hurt to make additional noise insulation for the car.

We needed a car for a couple of days in August, of all the services we chose this one in terms of the number of positive reviews, so we are writing our own for the following tenants)
Due to the impossibility of advance planning, the car was ordered just a couple of days before the trip, but the manager still found an option, albeit a little more expensive than planned, but this was a brand-new Geely just from the factory, so they did not regret it)
To confirm the booking and draw up the contract, prepare a photo of your passport and driver's license, the managers are very unobtrusive, but at the same time meticulously clarify all the important nuances via Whatsapp, this pleased me, because by the time the car was handed over, the contract was fully ready.
The manager told us everything about the car, even showed that it has a small lapping (by the way, which you won't notice with the naked eye), it was also marked in the contract.
By the way, the contract price includes insurance of 150-350 EUR, which is very thoughtful and psychologically becomes a little calmer)
The manager clearly announced all the terms of the lease, we walked around and photographed the whole car together, drew up an acceptance certificate, handed over the deposit and flew)) The car is new, it still smells like a salon, it goes like clockwork, we enjoyed the trip immensely!)
The only advice to future tenants is not to leave more fuel divisions than it was, it will not be compensated))

The staff of this rental is polite and responsive. Personally, my advice is, in case of any problems with the car, immediately inform the staff about the problem. They respond to the problem quickly. The only thing that alerted me was that, at the time of signing the contract, the staff immediately allowed me to conclude the contract and pay the rent, without giving me a look at the car. Personally, I am from the Russian Federation, unfortunately, we can run into such a dilution, and personally I have this experience in the Nizhny Novgorod region. There is probably a higher level of trust between people in Belarus than in Russia. However, about this company, I will say that the breeders do not work here, the car really existed and they did not try to hang any unnecessary damage on me. It's just that if you are the same person as me who adheres to the "Trust, but check" rule, then I advise you on the day of renting a car before renting it, find the car that you plan to rent in the parking lot in front of the office, call the staff so that the representative goes out to the parking lot and see the car immediately and do all photos of damage to the car, if any, because employees sit on the 2nd floor in the office, so as not to go down and up and down once again, and only then conclude a contract. I also advise you to take out increased insurance, which costs 10 Belarusian rubles per day. Because this insurance will cover at least a tire puncture and cracks in the windows. And it was easy to get a crack in the windshield during our trip, because we met a lot of roads that were in a state of repair, on which there was gravel.
