The car was delivered quickly. The payment from our side was on Thursday, and the car was picked up on Saturday. We arrived at 10 o'clock and at the beginning of 11-00 we were almost on our way home. I contacted the service three times for various issues, and after the third time I finally decided that I would not come there anymore.
First service: oil at a minimum. I had to go to Minsk to get refilling, the dipstick was not put in place - the engine compartment was splattered.
Second, I had to drive 100 km to the service in order to get information that could be told over the phone.
Third: I signed up for a low beam lamp replacement, and upon arrival I realized that there were no such lamps. As a result, they put a lamp different from the second one, as a result, it needs to be fixed again in Minsk.
Marketing, management, after-sales service, decent customer service are words that are not in the vocabulary of a particular dealer.
