I applied to the official service station, which gave me the address of Belgosstrakh, and they tell me: You pay for repairs with your own money, and then go to Belgosstrakh and demand a refund from them! Belgosstrakh provided insurance for 1300 rubles, and repairs at the service station were estimated at about 4000 rubles. Where can I get that much money and pay for repairs? It's absolutely ridiculous!!! No kidding! What do we pay insurance for when it doesn't reimburse repairs. I put a big minus on Belgosstrakh for evaluating the car

As a result, my treatment for 2 months from this insurance amount amounted to 6 rubles 05 kopecks. And the payment will arrive, tadam, after 6 months. 6 months, Carl! Are you serious????? My God, when are you going to close? When will you stop deceiving people? I spent more on gasoline in six months when I went to see you than you covered for my treatment.

But it is very confusing that there is only one such organization for the whole city of Minsk.
Driving through traffic jams from the other end of the city after work is still a pleasure...
but you may not have time to solve all the issues at once.
It seems that the number of specialists is sufficient, but still, it takes a very long time to complete the application. The center itself is far from the city center, but if it is more convenient to go from the MKAD, then of course the location is good.
There are plenty of parking spaces. In general, you can go if you need to.
A "full" hard hat in Belgosstrakh is an impudent divorce. In terms of insurance, there is a whole list of the most common damages that are not an insured event (shallow scratches, chips, i.e., in fact, what this type of insurance is used for in normal insurance companies). Of course, at the time of signing the contract, no one tells you this. We only need your money.
It was 11/18/21 at 7 pm. There was no queue. The service was carried out by a competent and polite employee (unfortunately, I did not remember the name), we were in 4 booths. He explained the nuances that could arise during the inspection of the car (they applied for a refund) and its further repair.
Very few people counted after the accident and refuse to paint some elements in the car. I was disappointed in this organization, trust was lost, next time I will insure in any other one, otherwise this one has a lot of jokes.
