Further more: I arrived with my passport, they gave me the card with grief in half, I informed them that my phone number had changed, they seemed to have changed it, and then it turned out that I could not log into mobile banking, the phone was not updated there. As a result, I called the line, wrote on the website, and called the department - they couldn't do anything, although they said that they had a new number in their questionnaire, but they had to go to the department. Please tell me what it's called - you have my number, I warned all employees that it was changed, it was recorded. And as a result, I had to go to this branch on Bobruisk street again, wait in a long queue to stupidly change the number in the mobile bank. Just disgusting customer service. I would never have contacted this bank if it wasn't for the student card. And I won't contact you anymore.

Unfortunately, the current situation does not allow us to provide banking services in a timely and high-quality manner.
I recommend considering increasing the number of employees and working hours (at least at the beginning of the academic year, when students collect their cards). In the meantime, I will hope that the bank's administration will listen to the opinions of its customers and will be able to ensure a high level of customer orientation.

Customer service by a bank employee for issuing / processing payment cards takes 20-30 minutes, respectively, if there are four people in front of you in a queue, then you will stay there for TWO hours (taking into account the service time). In my area, a branch of this bank issued me a card in 5 minutes!!! If there is such a large flow of customers, including students, it is possible to somehow distribute the load on employees evenly, and not so that five windows accept payment, and one employee working in the "turtle under sleeping pills" mode issues payment cards! In short, complete horror!!!
I've been to this bank a couple of times. And it's always more than an hour. With a minimum number of people in the queue. I waited two weeks for an SMS about the card's readiness instead of the promised 3-5 days. And by the way, I didn't wait😒 I understand that the situations are different..
