I had a rest in the summer of 2019. The staff is good, but the whole impression was spoiled by doctors, rude doctors, they impose paid procedures on Reshetnikov, Dubtsov. There is no organization of work in the dining room (buffet), do not take it, because you will be standing in line, and you will constantly miss food.. As a result, I paid for the treatment twice. I did 60 % of the procedures at my own expense,
The food is disgusting, an unreasonably expensive banquet for the New Year. In Moscow, for this money, you can visit a good restaurant. There is no room service. In 10 days, we have never changed the bed linen, or even changed the towels. Wet cleaning is one name. They didn't even try to pick up small debris from the floor. Well, the presence of water in the cooler - neither late in the evening, nor in the morning. And massage is generally a separate conversation. I paid for a full back massage. After 25 minutes, the masseuse says that's it. And you have to pay extra for the collar area. I tried to find out from the manager how long the session is, because I have 3 times 20 minutes recorded in the slider, to which she replied that the doctor will tell you everything himself, although I need to know what I'm paying for....
A modest place . There was no TV in my room, not as clean as I would like, in the second building the nurse is evil))). They prescribe a variety of procedures that take place inside the sanatorium , without diagnosis , there is one doctor who sits for all diseases , I think it 's definitely not worth treating yourself without consulting a doctor by pointing a finger at the sky .
I liked everything in the sanatorium! The only drawback is that you can't swim...we were lucky with the weather, but the shore and bottom of the reservoir should be cleaned and sand sprinkled on the coastal entrance into the water or the pier should be cleaned....this is a disadvantage, take action and everything will be great!!! Thanks!
This is the coolest sanatorium!Wonderful specialists!Great food! And the procedures for me as a diabetic are just bliss!Thank you all for the rest, treatment and a low bow to you as a sign of appreciation.Ekaterinburg.
Terrible nutrition. Especially if you are eating on a social package with a child. Maybe the Shvetskaya line is better? Everything is very expensive (groceries in the store, procedures and everything else)
The Soviet trade union dispensary with medical consultations. Meals in the dining room according to the menu made up for two days in the style (vyazskaya porridge - rice, pearl barley, steamed), according to the medical report. The territory is large and clean. Swimming was forbidden in the summer. A paddling pool for pensioners. It is not a problem to get to Minsk, there is a regular bus. The contingent of the sanatorium is nomenclature pensioners of the Soviet era.
The conditions are good. The food is very good even for a man. They cook delicious. The staff is polite. Only the procedures for the voucher are secondary, the main ones are paid.
The first thing that I didn't like was the strong smell in the room from the bathroom, since there probably isn't any kind of screw, there is an unpleasant smell of standing water and therefore I always have to keep the door ajar. The windows open halfway, the balcony door cannot be opened
We lived in a suite and it smelled like that from the sewer, dust, cobwebs on batteries along with summer villages, although it's already December!!! Buffet meals for 3 will not stay hungry, but there is nothing delicious either. The baths have very strong Yellow water...

Personally, I was generally satisfied with everything, because I gave a lot of money for the ticket and there is no point in demanding a lot for this money. I'll describe what I didn't like. We lived in the third building. The rooms are very small and the toilets are just tiny. Since it was winter, I had to develop in the room and put dirty shoes right there, they began to drain along with the sand and the hallway was covered in dirt, I took a small roll of lint-free napkins with me, wiped the floor with them, cleaned up as best I could this dirt. It was infuriating that they didn't clean up every day, but everyone took out the bucket and at the same time threw away my rag, after 5 days I had no more and we had to endure this dirt. The floors were washed once in 10 days! And that's because I was guarding the cleaning lady! The bed has not been changed even once! The mattresses in our building are just disgusting! It's high time to change them! The springs are digging into the sides! We occupied 3 rooms and all the relatives confirmed it! It is impossible to sleep comfortably! Everything creaks, the beds are wobbly, the mattresses are old. Everything else is tolerable. There were New Year's holidays, a lot of people queuing in room 305 of course finished off too, people sat for 2.5 hours! I also heard a lot of discontent all the holidays. A lot of people complained about the quality of the food, saying that there was nothing to eat, everything was not tasty. Personally, I can't say about the food that it was unbearable, the usual sanatorium...We weren't hungry. The territory is beautiful, the main building is well renovated, there is a bar, dancing, fireworks on NG , the atmosphere was created. I also heard that they complained a lot about the office with dirt, very rude and rude aunts work there, they also barked at my child, he couldn't stand the hot dirt and pulled out his leg, thereby soiling the bedspread, they spoke out quite rudely about this. And in general, I want to note that I was in Belarus in 2012 and now - these are two big differences, the people have become angrier, rougher, more conflicted. In Minsk, we constantly saw people who were swearing.
We had a rest for the New Year holidays. Everything is fine, but there are big problems with the Internet. To be more precise, it does not exist at all. Sometimes he catches it in a cafe or canteen. But otherwise everything is fine. I think it's very beautiful there in summer.
