The day of departure came, my husband had procedures scheduled for 10 o'clock, they were going to leave by 12 o'clock, ordered a taxi. And what turned out to be: first the maid came and said that it was necessary to vacate the room at 10 o'clock, then the administrator came and, with mental pressure, persistently demanded to vacate the room, thereby crossing out the best feelings for the sanatorium. Of course, after half an hour they vacated the room and waited for a taxi on the street. Shame.

Good staff, procedures (which were unrealistic to sign up for) were carried out professionally.
But the food and rooms (dorms- more suitable for the description) left much to be desired. Kefir, which has an expiration date coming out tomorrow. All side dishes are mushy. We lived in a room where repairs were carried out 10 years ago.
But the places are picturesque.
I will say that I will not go there anymore and I will not send my mother.

Problems with hot water, as they said in Marketing, are Force Majeure. Three days and no one can answer, how long will this last? I'm not a walrus, taking a shower in cool water. I won't come here a second time, that's for sure, although the nature here is just a delight. The food is the same, it's the same every day, and the portions are small, you won't get fat. In general, the sanatorium is not ready to receive guests completely, the benches are shabby, not repaired, the door to the room opens with difficulty, the bedside table door was hanging on one hinge until I did it myself.

I was on vacation with my child in March 2022. Before arriving, I read reviews in which there was a lot of negativity, I even began to doubt whether it was worth going. But upon arrival, everything turned out to be very good. The nature, the location, the room, the staff- I liked everything! Because this is a sanatorium, then the food is appropriate, dietary, this is normal. The disadvantages are minor. There are a lot more advantages. We did not regret that we were here.

It feels like time has stopped and you get to the 90s. The room stock - TVs and so on - needs to be updated, the dining room does not feed tasty and cooks a blunder, I have not seen such a catering service for a long time. Regarding the territory and location - a very beautiful place, clean air, lake, swans. But the quality of the services provided is low. It is necessary to carry out a high-quality system update of management according to the modern level of service provision. And what I saw there was something between a Soviet canteen and a regional dispensary of the same time and in such a wonderful place.

I want to share my negative experience of staying in this institution, I will start with feedback in one word, there is none. They can't explain anything, settlement is generally a disaster. We arrived on 04/9/2022 and allocated a room for the disabled, well, let's go spend the night. They were supposed to check in on 04/10/2022 at 12:00 as they say on the website, at the reception they told us that they checked in at 15:00, as a result they settled in at 18:00. An ugly attitude. What can be said about the reception, above the administrator you need to hang a sign Carefully angry dog.

So, the devil pulled me!I've never rested like this before! We rested from 05/28/12 to 06.06.22.I and the child rented a suite. The food is a buffet, so to speak (Greek.potatoes, pasta as a holiday)It's terrible and nightmarish in terms of nutrition.Nothing really worked in the room .I didn't get any sensible procedures.(we were sitting in queues mostly)Guys, if you want to go to a sanatorium, then definitely not this one!And the cost for a minute is 70t.

We did not expect anything supernatural from the sanatorium, we wanted to relax on a budget and see Belarus.The food is very simple, there were people who came to the meal with mayonnaise, ketchup and sauces, apparently to somehow diversify the diet.The repair is very simple, the bed creaked, the toilet-shower is very, very small, the TV was showing, the linen is new, clean. The territory is large, it's good to walk, the most important thing is close to Minsk, I was upset that even though there is a reservoir, you can't swim in it and there is no beach like that, there are several sun beds, in summer I would really like to take a dip.The procedures are good, the staff is attentive, delicious therapeutic tea and cocktail, super baths. Therefore, if you are not whimsical, do not think about it.You will be able to meet a contingent of different people from 0 to 100.

Medical care and vacation procedures are on top. The procedural nurses are polite and friendly. The sanatorium itself is located in a picturesque place. on the shore of the Minsk Sea, the territory is well-groomed and has many flowers. The only drawback is the meager menu in the dining room.

The territory has not been cleaned, there are many abandoned swimming pools and fountains, the staff is not staffed. The rooms are at the level of the last century, the level of organization is also lame. It takes a very long time to wait at room 305, where medical and cosmetic procedures are distributed according to time. In the office, where there is a paid Aquaroll procedure, dirty chairs, loose putty and paint. Somehow it doesn't relax ((( The procedure itself is about nothing. There is no information about the procedures, time and performer.That is, you pay and you will be surprised by outdated and incomplete information about the staff on the site. THE food is too monotonous, dietary, and meager. A swimming pool is declared, but it is said loudly-rather a font, which can only be accessed once a week. The lake is green, overgrown with reeds, many ducks and ducklings swim with you.Officially, bathing is prohibited. The playground is not well maintained, the island of desires and all structures, fences are not painted and covered with cobwebs.The summer cafe is closed. The shop is located on the territory with a modest assortment and is open only until 19 o'clock, which is very inconvenient.

We took a wellness package, but were shocked when the standard should include a swimming pool, aromatherapy, baths, inhalations. I had a rest in the spring of 2018. I really liked it. Clean, cozy,attentive staff,good treatment,well-groomed territory,Swans live on Lake Drozdy,fed the swans.you could look at them endlessly, simple but good food, Minsk was close. The pool is small but clean, I really liked the physical education instructors.The set of exercises is well composed, I lived in the 4th building, I liked it.

A wonderful sanatorium!!! I rested for 3 days. It's great to relax, there are different treatments for all parts of the body for a reasonable price! Nutrition is a separate topic. They feed a lot and are delicious. For breakfast I had porridge and cottage cheese with jam. Lunch in full:soup (2 types), second, compote and sweet!
For those who want to relax modestly and in nature, this is a wonderful option! And the winches here are manual

The receptionist is incompetent, terrible rooms with old Soviet furniture (the rooms look decent in the photos), there is no WI-FI in fact, there is a buffet table with the same type of dishes in the dining room, when checking in on weekends, the ticket office does not work (advice to those who arrive without booking - have cash and check the correct dates in the issued coupons). We have been traveling here since 2017, but alas, in 2022 the service deteriorated, we will look for an alternative in the future.

There is no organization, there is not enough staff, the rooms in the 3rd building are dirty, stinks of sewage, the beds are old, the script, they were settled in a dirty room, the food is disgusting, you can do it for 10 minutes, there is no food anymore, provided that an hour is allocated for food (((The territory is good, but not well maintained. Wi-Fi is not working well. There is a problem with payment at the reception, if there is no cash, then it is simply impossible to pay with a Russian card.

I have rested in Belarusian sanatoriums more than once, and I want to advise not to choose (Russians)Trade union sanatoriums (which turned out to be Belorusochka).I'll start with the therapist-upon arrival, we sat in line for more than an hour.However, the doctor (Reut) is a very pleasant, attentive and good-natured woman!She gave us all the procedures...and then the daily queuing began...There are a lot of people in the sanatorium, and the staff is one nurse for 4 rooms...People are nervous.The children scream, she snaps...in general, a madhouse!!!!
Food!!!The order menu is declared...but there is nothing to order-the same thing is on the list every day (potato soup, cutlet, buckwheat porridge or hercules (mash)!!!We weren't hungry...but there are no pastries, no fruits at all (like in a bad hospital).You drink tea with black or white bread!!!
In the evening after dinner - a movie, in terrible quality (some old American), at 20.30 -a disco, hosted by a very pleasant clockwork girl...but why is it declared there by a disc jockey.... the songs are the same every day (from what depths of the Internet are the songs taken...horror)...but the grannies are swinging, and at least Kirkorov or Mikhailov are waiting for them!!!
Separately, about paid procedures!!!To buy Procedures with your own money (by advertising a cat. all the walls are hung)You also have to sit in the 305 office for several hours!!!therefore, the money passes by the administration again!!!
There are good points, of course....A large beautiful Territory, a forest, an embankment (which is cleaned by two schoolgirl girls), a beautiful First building with expensive repairs (curly mirrors, floral arrangements,sofas,aquariums, expensive chandeliers, curly glossy ceilings...excesses), and in the 2nd building, where the toilet and shower on the entire floor are broken locks....
In general, I concluded that this sanatorium will not depart from the Soviet Department in any way!!!Trade unionists who come there for free can "And So"!!!
In general, there is no Owner in the Sanatorium Belorusochka!!!
I do not want to advertise..literally two hundred meters from the sanatorium Rocket and Krinitsa, I do not know what is the matter, but there is no such mess and indifference at all!!! Beautiful, clean, friendly staff!!!

Poor service organization. Queues at all offices. Half of the procedures prescribed by the doctor have been replaced with others, half of the nurse who makes up the schedule does not see at all, or says that everything is busy. You don't have to recruit so many people then, since you can't accept them normally. There is a crush in the dining room, there are not enough tables. Why should my husband and I sit with someone else at lunch?
The rooms smell of something foreign, chemical. It does not fade. They couldn't stay in one room at all - the smell was so strong that after half an hour my head started to hurt.
WiFi works very poorly. Almost nothing can be loaded.
In general, we will never go to this sanatorium again and I do not advise others. There are much better sanatoriums in the same area, there is something to compare it with.

We started our acquaintance more than 5 years ago. There was a gorgeous sanatorium, but now... The treatment remained more or less, but the nutrition...Only negative reviews. Moreover, there is no variety, so everything is still undigested, tasteless, porridge on water. Every day we discussed with the vacationers where to write to whom to complain in order to change the situation. The POOL is very small.treatment...there were significantly fewer procedures, we had to literally "knock out". Of the advantages, the territory, and, of course, the proximity of Minsk. Based on all of the above, I do not recommend this sanatorium. At least we won't go there anymore, unless things suddenly change for the better.

I put two stars only for the sake of physiotherapists and a beautiful view on the shore of the reservoir. An old dilapidated sanatorium, Soviet times!there is nothing new there , all the baths for procedures are rusted , there is almost no new equipment . A dilapidated so - called gym and swimming pool , everything is old . The food is terribly not tasty, and it looks the same.. the suites pretend to be cleaned .. brusque cleaners who barge in without knocking . There is one small shop on site where you can't buy much, and a small bar that is open all 3 hours a day...It's a pity that I spent a lot of money on this....

I rested on a trade union voucher, normal treatment for money and not small, the treatment that is included in the voucher can be done at the district polyclinic, the room is normal for such money, but they cleaned 1 time in 7 days, a separate conversation about food, 3 days you are fed with what is left of them (the usual menu) and only on the 4th day you have a choice, you ate pearl barley for 2 days, lunch on the 1st, 2nd and dinner gornir pearl barley, breakfast is also pearl barley. To Minsk only by taxi, to the train station too. VERY friendly staff, nurses, it is better to change money in the city, the territory is not large, but everything is beautiful.

During the first check-in, we were faced with the inability of ordinary staff to resolve the problem with accommodation. The problem was resolved only after communicating with the Director. The second check-in at the sanatorium for relief from the pandemic is a lot of vacationers. Faced with an already weak diet at the level of an ordinary canteen, as well as constant confusion with the chosen one. It is difficult to call a weak diet due to VERY, VERY poor cooking... Bottom line: there is no desire to come to this sanatorium next time!!!

The nature is beautiful. The food is not very good. with an old repair (photo on the website, 10 years ago when it was made). There is a refrigerator and a kettle in the common corridor, only in the suites and where there is a room with two rooms. Windows without screens, all midges and mosquitoes in the room. There is no air conditioning. There are not enough staff, the day of arrival is lost for registration, everywhere you need to wait a long time. Everything is beautiful on the site, in reality it is not the same at all. Manual massage has not been done, everything is scheduled.there is no underwater shower massage here, although it is stated in the price list.

The sanatorium is located not far from the city. 20 minutes by minibus. Upon arrival, order a Yandex taxi 300 Russian rubles. The staff is nice and polite. Guided tours every day. The food is good. But salads should be adjusted. I advise everyone to take gas injections or in another way called carboxytherapy and manual massage, you will not regret it. Communication is expensive....in 12 days -5000. There is Wi-Fi in all buildings. Disco, karaoke, modern movies. Concerts every other day for 300 rubles. If the treatment is not enough, then you can optionally buy everything, it is issued in the 305 office where the amazing woman Svetlana Yakovleva works, very patient. I want to express my gratitude to the staff of kab 214 Larisa, physical therapy is a very good instructor, I even study at home now after arriving. And of course Harlan M.V.
