The Philharmonic Hall is in a very convenient location. Very close to the metro and a large number of Parking lots. The repertoire deserves only praise. The poster is full of concert offers for every taste. I would like to share my impressions of a recent visit to a concert called the Musical Lounge. I've been to these concerts more than once. The atmosphere is simply mesmerizing. You really feel like not just a listener, but a welcome guest. We came out with a great New Year's Eve mood. In addition to music, it was created by a live Christmas tree in the lobby, which is unfortunately rare nowadays. One of the disadvantages is that the chairs are not very comfortable, and it is especially uncomfortable to sit on the balcony. But the beauty of the music and the art of the performers certainly make up for this shortcoming.
Our family's favorite gym!
We have been regularly visiting our Philharmonic hall for many years.
For the first time I have an incomprehensible emotion ((- I accidentally got to "music therapy".. Mozart was there.
But in the words "relax your hips, shoulders."..It seemed that we were at a session with Kashpirovsky..
Please forgive my subjectivity, but in my opinion, the philharmonic is not the place for therapeutic sessions of such a video sequence in the dark under an ensemble of instruments and some tantric sounds at a price too low-budget and primitive. Somehow, the Philharmonic was unpleasantly surprised.
Moreover, not only we have this impression, we heard other puzzled listeners during the intermission, with the same regret.
You can relax in a rather quiet version with a video sequence both at home and for free.
But also this text at the beginning "about relaxing the members" ..
does not fit.
For 80 rubles in the stalls and 40 in the gallery.. it smacks of pure commerce.
Many private projects were attended at the Philharmonic, but there was never any disappointment.
I'm sorry for the opinion, it's subjective.
Maybe the Philharmonic is for music , scale and emotional health , and not for dubious sessions for a lot of money.
We have never written reviews about our wonderful Philharmonic hall.
We have been living next to the Philharmonic Hall for many years/decades. We visit regularly. We rejoice in the variety of the repertoire.
The Philharmonic itself is a top five!
But I still want to discuss something.
On November 24, 2024, a performance by Nastya Ivanova and a jazz quartet was announced on the poster, which, as it turned out, included herself (?).
In large print it is highlighted: "Glenn Miller - 120". And Nastya Ivanova (trombone, vocals). And that bribed us.
Our Philharmonic Hall is a wonderful place, which is an indicator of the level of high-class musicians and performers.
And everything seems to be clear.
80 minutes of the concert. A couple of compositions by G. Miller with variations and a "medley".... Not the highest class of performance. It's true. I don't want to discuss the whole quartet, but it was announced that it was "international" (people from different cities). They remembered.
The microphone was playing. Nastya reported that their driver was "tuning the sound", like, "he's still studying." They remembered.
She probably plays the trombone well (she said she was from Gnesinka), But, excuse me, her voice is not jazz, and not from the 30-40s. A new "reading"? But we didn't read it. Well, that's all I didn't read. Why? But because everything was at the jam session level. Not a performance by a pro, but a skit of jazz musicians who just have fun(?) from his game. This is what big pros can do, whose skills everyone knows about, and these "all" forgive them for slight falsehood and everything else. It's a session, that's how it's done. But there the performers replace each other. Such happiness did not happen here))).
But we didn't come to such a performance. We have come to the professionals who can (and should) capture us.
This did not happen.
The last straw was Nastya's phrase that Glenn Miller is by no means her favorite author/performer, but she loves someone else... because of the microphone settings (oh, the driver), they never heard who this "lucky guy" was.
When the call was made for the fourth time to "buy her CD in the lobby after the concert" - the desire to do so completely disappeared. And according to the performance itself, nothing motivated me to do this.
My wife and I have only one question: What are the criteria for selecting performers for the country's main philharmonic venue? And it's not about some 30 rubles for a ticket in the 18th row, not even Glenn Miller. And it's not that the trombone is not even close to a trumpet or a saxophone as a soloist. And there was no music, or rather there was very little of it. It's a pity ...
God grant Nastya good luck and success in the future (in the way she herself said that she "does it best"). But this is not a solo concert, especially at the PHILHARMONIC.
This is more modest for halls...
I'm not talking about music right now. There are no complaints about the performance of the music. The sound and visibility are good. Spacious hall, comfortable buffet, clean toilet. but! The chairs are very uncomfortable! They are installed tightly, the back is low, a tiny wooden armrest is one for two... I strongly do not recommend taking a ticket to the central part of the balcony. It's so crowded there, as if these are places for pioneers, and by no means for pensioners, of whom there are more in the philharmonic hall. Narrow and very high steps on the balcony between the rows. The rows are separated by partitions against which the knees rest. It is impossible to move your legs, there is nowhere to chew them if you are more than one and a half meters tall. There's nowhere to put my hands either, I've already written about the tiny handrail. People's shoulders touch each other. It is impossible to take a comfortable position in such an armchair. The beautiful concert was hopelessly ruined. The people in the neighborhood were also clearly struggling to get comfortable. By the end of the concert, I practically did not feel my legs, only a terrible pain in my knees. The photo shows a partition right next to the seats.
I recently visited the Belarusian State Philharmonic and was absolutely delighted. Talented performers Nikita Petrov and Anna Bryleva have created a unique atmosphere that you want to return to again and again. The concert program of the Tour de France was diverse, which made it possible to enjoy both classical music and modern works. Separately, I would like to note the high level of organization of events and friendly staff. I recommend all music lovers to visit the Philharmonic Hall — it is a real cultural treasure of our city.
An amazing place, probably one of the most beloved in my beautiful city!!!! Gorgeous concerts, the atmosphere, the smell of women's perfume and always a full hall of caring people!!!! A visit to the Philharmonic is always a spiritual celebration, whether it is a symphony orchestra or modern hits of the world stage. It's great that Minsk has such a wonderful place where you can relax culturally and listen to wonderful music!!!!
We constantly attend various concert performances here. Nice building, well renovated. The acoustic characteristics are also at a high level. Plus, various themed evenings and events are held, for example, an annual New Year's tree and so on. It is very convenient to get there right at the exit of the Yakub Kolos Square metro station.
Attention! It's blowing in the hall! Dress accordingly! The chairs are uncomfortable.
Ventilation works very well in the hall. To put it simply, it blows strongly there; my wife was cold, and my eyes were watering. The attempt to put on a jacket was stopped by the inspectors - they say, these are the rules, but when asked what to do, they said it wasn't us, it was a plumber. In general, the controllers at the hall behaved in the best traditions: they have someone to blame for all questions ("this is not our responsibility"), rudeness like "this is not a village club." There were no attempts to solve the problem or at least show participation.
The chairs in the hall are uncomfortable, the coccyx responded with whining after half an hour.
During the intermission, an overly intrusive disc salesman awaits you.
The corridor where the wardrobes are is very small and crowded after the end of the performance.
On the plus side, the buffet was perfectly organized - in the sense that champagne can be purchased without a long queue.
All of the above should be kept in mind if you are going to the Philharmonic. Of course, it does not affect the quality of the performance and the talents of the artists, but it does affect the impressions of the visit.
We attended the Philharmonic Hall on 5.01.24, the program "Christmas relaxation". I really liked the Philharmonic hall, a very beautiful live Christmas tree in the lobby, excellent acoustics, very comfortable air temperature in the hall. The most positive impressions remained from the program of the evening "Christmas relaxation". There is a wonderful atmosphere, the musical compositions are perfectly matched, their correct sequence and a beautiful video sequence that creates an atmosphere. I really liked the singing bowls and the sounds of nature. Thanks to all the performers, strong and beautiful vocals. We got peace and pleasure from the evening.
Well, the overall impression is Excellent. But the assortment of the buffet is meager. Although of course they came for this. The concert is beyond praise. The acoustic effects are mesmerizing. Everything is great.
A very atmospheric place! Decorously, nobly, with a soul. Good sound, light, clean everywhere. The location is good, near the metro, which is very convenient.
From the nuances. Chairs placed quite tightly to each other-you sit elbow to elbow. The buffet closes early.
The Symphony Orchestra! Lots of great musicians, instruments, each with its own sound! How to create music from this variety!!! Penetrating into you, which begins to live in you !!
In our difficult times, live music has a very beneficial effect on the nervous system, so I would like to say a huge thank you to the Philharmonic staff for the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of art for very little money. I view the poster regularly, because tickets are sold out very quickly. There are places for every budget. As for my wishes. I would like to see more jazz concerts. I really liked the literary and musical composition with the participation of Konstantin Khabensky, something like this could well be prepared by the troupes of Minsk theaters.
A beautiful room with comfortable chairs. A brilliant foyer.
It's just a pity that the programs have been more and more entertaining lately, and serious music can be heard extremely rarely.
Who decided to give preference to banal Hollywood melodies from movies? Rock hits?! Why is there such an emphasis on Western mass culture? And what can you learn there? Under the roar of drums, you will not think about the sublime.
The Philharmonic is a temple of music as an art, not three-chord songs.
Due to the decline in the level of programs, we visit the Philharmonic with our family less and less every season.
I enjoyed the concert to the point of goosebumps!!! I didn't want to leave this magical atmosphere, which was created by real professionals! My husband and I are very grateful to you
for the evening! The only thing I didn't have enough time,
I would have increased the program by at least another 20 minutes...And so, everything is very worthy of praise and respect for the relatively inexpensive cost! bravo!!!!!!!
The best and only real concert hall in our capital. Of course, I would like a bigger hall, it does not accommodate all fans of symphonic music. But otherwise everything is fine! Acoustics that allow you to hear music in its natural form, without amplifiers and other nonsense. Beauty, convenience. Comfortable chairs and leg comfort. A beautiful lobby where CDs and books are sold. Wonderful philharmonic groups are the Symphony and chamber orchestra, the Schirma Choral Chapel, the chamber choir, the Zhinovich Folk Orchestra... The Mulyavin Museum is also interesting for many. The Museum of Musical Instruments is located in one of the corners of the lobby.
A beautiful Small Hall named after the Screen on the third floor, with very interesting programs. The only drawback is that it is difficult for the disabled and elderly to get there. The costs of the building being built 60 years ago were not thought about at that time. The new Philharmonic was a blessing in itself. She is happy now, but a new concert hall is urgently needed. The Palace of the Republic does not save - there are no acoustics.
Wonderful and cozy atmosphere.
It's a pity that the cafeteria stopped working.
And unfortunately, for some reason there are no concerts from the series "Classics are cool"
The building is beautiful, a good hall for classical concerts. We were there for the "Christmas Relaxation" - an unusual candlelit concert. Classical works of a calm nature were accompanied by meditative instruments. It's interesting and really very soothing.… Milking the pre-Christmas evening is very good.
I attended a concert. I liked. There is a good view of all the seats in the hall. The only thing is, if you are big and tall, then you should not take places not on the ground floor.
I attended an organ music concert with my wife in January 2024. Well, what can I say? Childhood is connected with the Philharmonic… Music school at the Conservatory... piano class... dozens of hours of Bach... subscription to the Philharmonic… The organ is bad. Deaf. Quiet. Constant sound out of sync. The rapid articulation merges into a smeared mess. The lower registers live their own lives. Even an experienced musician, an honored Artist of Russia, could not squeeze any digestible Bach out of him. But it wasn't always like that. He was completely tired after the modernization of 2013. And the remains of the legendary organ in the form of a severed Czech head are gathering dust in the foyer. Sorry.
A place of spiritual relaxation and enjoyment of live music. "Stop for a moment, you are beautiful." - this thought comes when you are here in the aura of the sounds of musical compositions. I recommend.
A magnificent organ! The acoustic capabilities of the hall for concerts of not only classical music) Following musical traditions, wonderful themed evenings with professionals are another of the strengths of our Philharmonic. Affordable prices for performances completely negate some nuances in the interiors) Interesting event formats
THE BELGOSFILARMONY...
There is no danger and no risk,
There is harmony here.
Right in the center of Minsk is
the Belgosfilarmony.
World classics
Famous masters
Two hours every day
I'm ready to listen.
A classic building,
A symphony of soul strings,
The national recognition is
the Belgosfilarmony.
DL2024
The building is the center of classical music culture — the main stage of the country. At the same time, the conditions of technical equipment are on the verge of such a minimum. Technical specialists are very good, dedicated workers in their creative ministry. But the conditions in which we have to do our work are almost not created.
Technology is moving forward, and we are true to our traditions. But we just need to look back at what is happening in the world of show technology.
I visited this place for the first time. I was very pleased. A wonderful place where you can really relax your soul. I advise you especially to attend a performance dedicated to Chinese music.
The hall is relatively small. The atmosphere is cozy. It's not cold inside. On the 4th floor there is the Mulyavin Museum. On all floors there is an exposition of musical instruments of the Soviet period, free for inspection.
The Philharmonic is a temple of classical music. One of the few places where you can enjoy the sound of the organ. Large and small halls. The symbol and pride of the city of Minsk.
A wonderful place, a cozy hall, good acoustics, comfortable seats. An atmospheric place, they put a real fir tree on New Year's Eve, just like in my childhood! I come here for jazz!
All my childhood I went here with my grandmother to the performances of the orchestra conducted by A.A. Anisimov. He always carefully selects the program with which the orchestra travels around the world. There are simply no words of admiration. A wonderful place that fosters the best feelings of a person.
The institution is pleasant in all respects, it is located almost in the very center of Minsk, ticket prices are pleasantly surprising (compared to the Russian Federation). The only oddity is a very deaf organ hall, there is no reverberation at all. Otherwise, everything is OK, there is a small museum, CDs are sold for special fans (in 2023, yeah :)). I recommend you to visit!

The music is beautiful, but.... All the Soviet stories about the evil "guardians of order in the temple of art" (aunts who guard the doors to the concert hall) have come to life here. A full hall of visitors in sports clothes - everything is normal, the dress code is the same, and a child in a fur jacket was not allowed into the hall, low. The pungent smell of "Red Moscow" in the hall, it is simply impossible to breathe, the crush is terrible in the wardrobe after the concert.. Well, what kind of mood can we talk about in such conditions?
I go there sometimes. I like the different concerts and performances that take place there. The location of the seats is such that it is clearly visible from almost any row.
Actually, when I came here for the first time, I didn't expect much. It was thought that, as usual, sad uncles and aunts would come out, mumble something, leave the room and at the end everyone would go home with a tick in the box "I was at the Philharmonic"... But it turned out that this was far from the case! A good friend dragged us in. I dragged you to a New Year's Eve concert consisting of Frank Sinatra's repertoire and I want to tell you that I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and quality of everything I saw and heard, starting with the interiors, the sound in the hall and the production in general. Frankly, I got a pleasure! Of course, there were also spoonfuls of tar - sleepy sellers in the buffet, jostling in the wardrobe... Plus, my wife was very unhappy with the number of places in the women's toilet, as she went and disappeared for half an hour to stand in turn, although everything is fine with the men's. But that's probably all the little things. In general, everything is very decent and on the level. Recently we also went to a Christmas Concert and also received a charge of positive emotions. Definitely, the place is very decent! Oh, yes, I almost forgot, there's a problem with parking spaces, so either take the subway, because it's a meter away, or leave early if you want to park your metal horse without any problems! Good luck to everyone!)
We were together with an old mother. She can barely walk. The staff of the Philharmonic treats the elderly and the disabled very tenderly with special care and respect. Low bow and deep respect to you.
The concert was enchanting, it seems that I have never been present at such a harmoniously arranged and diverse performance of the numbers. We will remember this day with gratitude and look forward to the next interesting concert.

My favorite place for evening leisure in Minsk. The music of Mozart and Bach has 45, 432, 179 hertz, which are useful for the human body. Isn't it wonderful to listen to compositions of useful frequencies just by coming to the Philharmonic?)
The place is great, but the service- count it yourself in the cafe and bought a CD with the first concert of the Songwriters, so half of the songs do not play but jump.
A cult place for music lovers. It's not a bad bar, but as in all theaters, it's very difficult to get something during the intermission. After the end of the concert, they do not immediately expel kaa opera. You can safely go out, discuss, get dressed
A wonderful place, renovated, very beautiful. We were sitting on the balcony in the first row, the acoustics are super, but there is very little legroom, so we need to take this fact into account.
I recommend you to visit!
For fans - on the ground floor they sell a glass of champagne for 7 rubles, relevant for July 2023)
I really liked the New Year's concert!!! The repertoire is wonderful, it really created a festive mood. We didn't regret for a minute that we went. Everything is decorated for the New Year, there is a live fir tree in the lobby. The staff is polite, considerate, there is a good buffet.
One of my favorite places in my native Minsk. It is very beautiful both inside and outside. I like jazz and can often attend wonderful performances. The hall is beautiful, spacious, and the acoustics are good. The staff is helpful and friendly.
The place is nice and pleasant. High-quality acoustics.
However, there is a very limited repertoire, constantly repeating, the same soloists.
It is extremely rare to invite artists from other countries.
I would like to see more variety of performers, and not the same names.
Thank you.
Not everything is always interesting. But there are very vivid impressions and emotions.it smacks a bit of nostalgia from the Soviet era.but on the whole it's not bad.
We were at the play Cinderella, this is the best musical in Minsk. The child was delighted. I was surprised by the continuation of the holiday in the foyer at the Christmas tree with New Year's games for children
Everything is fine in Minsk!
🥰👏👏👏
And the Philharmonic as well!
It is also pleasant that the musicians hold concerts at outdoor venues. For example, in the square behind the Philharmonic Hall, on Mulyavin Boulevard.
Come to the Philharmonic for concerts!
