The organization of the work is disgusting. It feels like customers aren't welcome here at all.

A few months later, the registered letter was not returned again and a new power of attorney form was brought. I have to go to the post office again and submit the documents. How can this be? There are 3 phone numbers listed. No one picks up a phone.
