Long queues for individuals. There is a legal entity service center at another address and there is no one there, there are no queues, it is not known what they are doing there.
If you need to close the tariff, write an application and wait 30 days. And if a person needs to go abroad for a long time or forever, then what then. Why it is impossible to provide for a quick closure of the tariff.
It touched me personally, so I'm writing. Pay attention to this.

I connected as a new subscriber. They didn't tell me the details and specifics of the tariff plans. They offered to choose on their own, having read the information on the operator's website. They did not tell about the discounts provided by the operator for new subscribers, and there is no such information on the website. I independently inquired about the existence of discounts, and only in this case they offered a discount on TP in the amount of 30% for each month of the first year of service. Such a discount was not interesting. I said that at that time there were no interesting offers for me from the Beltelecom operator, in response, I was immediately offered a discount of 50% for 11 months, and the first month was free. Because of this attitude towards my clients, I gave a low rating.
The work of the department was well organized. The electronic queue and the administrator guy helps and prompts. It is convenient that you can sit down with a specialist, and not stand with all the bags and papers in your hands. I was at 3 p.m. there weren't many people.
